Have missed the conversation about the matches and what is going on in the dota2 scene lately.
Since we have mostly have been discussing about CounterStrike2 and their tournaments.

So it is nice to have a change of the regular talk, so to cleanse the pallet from time to time.

Seeing Yellow Submarine qualify through the WEU region is a surprise. I thought Nigma should've secured that spot after clutching up on the Birmingham qualifiers last week.

The Americas qualifier came to an end with Heroic winning the grand final in a clean sweep over Peru Rejects. They finally qualified for something and made the necessary changes by putting Wisper back in the offlane.

This tournament for the IEM in Krakow has been really intense!

The music used is very good and goes well with the CounterStrike vibe that has always given off for us fans watching these IEM tournaments!

Pretty nice trailer, i think this is first major LAN for s1mple after a long time, they beat Legacy yesterday 2-0 pretty easily

Today BC will play 3dmax in about an hour, i think pretty good odds on 3dmax just because people betting big on s1mple.

S1mple and company lost so badly today versus 3DMAX! Think  Isaw the score of the first map 13-3 and the second was 13-4 so they got his ass handed to him to a not so bad CS2 squad.

Was this sposse to be Donk's reflection in the trophy during the trailer of IEM Krakow I posted earlier?

Honestly, that Donk artwork on the trophy is awful. Are they trying to force the kid into these unnecessary poses to promote the championship? The guy is good, but this photo looks really strange to me. And in the end, his team is going to sink and he won't be able to carry everyone.

Anyway speaking of competitive dota2 scene, I've been noticing that Russian are really dominating dota2 pro scene right now. There are alot of Russian player on PGL Wallachia and look at the number of Russian players on FISSURE right now, I manually count them but there are atleast 15 Russian out of 40 players.

As far as I can recall, yeah Russian are everywhere on pro scene but throughout the years they are still pretty competitive in dota2

That's true, their roster is like in a slow descent, but at least they've qualified for one event.

yea, he didnt cover that line against nip in map 2, so maybe he wont cover in both maps vs vitality

Not looking great for s1mple and his squad (kinda expected, but I had hopes they could make a greater fight).

Team Vitality taking out s1mple and Bc.game yesterday was to show who was the more dominate team.

Today's matches see G2 having difficulty with another lower tiered team in FUT on their first map.
While Falcons are seeing if they can comeback down two rounds 8-10 in their match against Aurora where it is tied one map for each side.

Within the next half an hour we will see The Mongolz going up against FURIA, Natus Vincere seeing if they can defeat Spirit and a rather hot Parivision vs Astralis.

Well, it was KCB who won in their match. I don't know why LR went with the same draft, when it clearly didn't work in their first game. I'm also starting to think that they're just not yet ready for tier 1 competition (or at least their jungler). And people were saying they would be top 4/top 5 team in the LEC, lol. What's even more surprising is that G2 is now 0-2 as well.

Maybe they thought it'd work the second time around or against weaker opposition, but they can't get away with this when they're the weakest team in the whole tournament.

I agree they're outclassed in the LEC. I also had the same view as the majority back when they dominated every tournament outside LEC until KCB upgraded their roster and shut them down in the EM.

G2 going 0-2 this early is also not what I was expecting. The loss against MKOI was fair, but against GX is something that shouldn't happen regularly if they're locked in.

Things have changed a lot these past couple of weeks. LR actually managed to win 4 games in a row, and they even beat MKOI and G2! They did get stomped by NAVI in their last game though. Still, I really hope that they make it to playoffs. On the other hand, KCB haven't won a single game after they beat LR. As for G2, they managed to get 5 wins as well after their rough start. It's funny how the tables have turned, I feel like it all comes down to which team has the best meta read, considering all of the new changes.

Nigma should have been qualify there if they didn't change their roster and let ghost play for them. I think it was with him when they're having a good results. But letting go I think is a business decision.

The first day of the Blast Slam VI has now ended, I've followed some guys but mainly looked at the OG's stack. And I wasn't wrong in following their games today. They ended up 4-0 with all of the games they've played today. They've beaten, Liquid, Yandex, Mouz and GamersLegion. I can't wait to see how their games will end tomorrow because it will be with Heroic, XG, Falcons and NaVi.
