Love to see Ame and his team Xtreme Gaming qualify for both the Esports World Cup 2025 and The International 2025.
Do you think Ame can finally win the Aegis TI this year? I don’t really watch dota 2 live games much anymore, but I do keep up with replays and YouTube clips. I also regularly check the Liquipedia standings for Dota 2 tournaments. And I see those quilifying rounds for Xtreme gaming so easy win.
In the last DreamLeague Xtreme Gaming didn’t even make it to Groupstage 2. Usually PARIVISION who are dominating the major Dota 2 tournaments. What team do you think has the best chance of winning TI this year? Can't find any outright for TI. If you see any please drop here.

Gotta wait and see how good they are on EWC though but its going to be a tough year for sure.

On an offline tournament, Team Liquid is practically the best. Tundra on the other hand is pretty solid and would most likely placed top 3. PARIVISION is a new rising star that dominates the field but Team Spirit on the other hand is a dominating team as well before they decided to skip most of the tournaments so yeah I think the winner would be either one of these 4 teams

Even though Xtreme Gaming has a good roster, I don't see them winning it all when they didn't look that convincing in the recent DreamLeague tournament. I'd even go as far as saying Tidebound and Yakult Bros have the better chance of producing better results on the international stage.

Those outright odds might take some time since we still have another set of closed qualifiers this week.

I was able to bet on a series that you didn't list and that's the Liquid and LVG. But unfortunately, Liquid seemed to have hard time beating LVG. We're now moving on to the round 2.

Bo1 games are unpredictable in this major, and i kinda expected a lot of upsets after how stage 2 went, and i was not wrong. Vitality lost to Legacy, G2 lost to 3dmax, Faze lost to Aurora, Liquid lost to LVG, and all of them were one sided games.
i'm honestly surprised by how well Legacy and LVG are playing, they may even make it to the playoffs.

let's see how round 2 Bo1 games will go.

Yesterday was wild in Austin where right from the start you just knew it was going to be one of those days.
Immediately when Vitality were losing so badly to Legacy, who infact stopped their unbeaten record since they had not lost a match back when Aurora were still Eternal Fire, for the opening match.
It just got worse from there with all favorites falling. That is when I stopped watching the Blast.tv tournament.
And yes the best of 1 are very unpredictable to place bets on. As this display of CounterStrike showed.

Later in the day, Lynn Vision lost and so did Legacy after tuning back several hours to witness the end of their matches later in the day.

Qyite the day of upsets if you had the guts to bet on the heavy underdogs to grab odds @7c & @11c.
That is for certain and some brave individuals infact did just that!

Also , VP started today TI qualifiers and lost in first game again 4Pirates ? ahahaha ,if this ain't a rigged game , then I don't know what it is.

Those two face off against to start today's Swiss stage round 4 matches in about 5 hours from now.
Along with 3Dmax vs paiN gaming, Mongolz vs Faze Clan, Aurora vs Mouz, Virtus.pro vs Vitality and Navi vs G2.

Out of the matches yesterday I would have to say FURIA beating Virtus.pro 2-0 was surprising since VP have been playing solid Counterstike in this majot. Atleast from the games that I watched of them playing.

So are these matches later on still BO1 or are they split like yesterday's games?

I get your point, but as i've mentioned before, there are no other tournaments (after EWC and TI), and that next chance could take place six months from now or even next year.

I also heard they only played the qualifiers because Pyw encouraged them to go for it, and I guess they'd rather chill than burn themselves out throughout the season.

I thought that Liquid would take that game but didn't expected that LVG would have won. It's true that best of 1 games are unpredictable and it's the same for Dota and CS2.

He's made it. Well done to him and his teammates, he has found a home with Heroic and I think that this org is consistent for qualifying at most times with TI. We've also another region that has ended the qualifier and that's the North America and the team that's able to make it is Wildcard. Congratulations to them! Big win for Wildcard. I thought Shopify had the NA slot locked in because they had a clean run in the EWC qualifiers, but Wildcard somehow flipped the switch and had the upper hand in the TI qualifiers.

The fourth round of the Austin Major also wrapped up earlier, with Navi, Faze, and Vitality securing the next set of spots for the playoffs.



Out of all the series played today, i'd say the Navi vs. G2 series is worth looking back. After a close first map win for Navi, it felt like they were about to sweep G2, but they struggled in the CT side of Anubis. When it got to Inferno, things got dicey for Navi because they barely won the half on the T side and needed OT to close the series.

Yeah, many have thought that it was a sure slot for the Shopify Rebellion but they failed and Wildcard really was a wc on this TI. But what's good for the both teams is they get to represent the North America for these two good tournaments, The International for Wildcard and then Esports World Cup for Shopify Rebellion. And as for the TI qualifiers, the remaining regions are near to be completed for their slots.

Mouz will try to seek a quarterfinal ticket against Legacy.Legacy made the surprise of this tournament in the first match and managed to defeat Vitality.Mouz stopped their bad run and managed to bring it to 2-2 in the tournament where they started 0-2.Both teams have a high potential to win and it is difficult to predict who will win.Although Mouz seems to be one step ahead, we can say that they also have a performance decline.
Mongolz and G2 will meet for the quarterfinal ticket.Although monesY and NiKo left in G2, we can say that the team still performed well.They were good throughout this tournament, except for 3DMAX.They narrowly lost to NaVi and obviously they should be the favorite against Mongolz.In the scenario where Snax and HeavyGod are a little better in firepower, they can beat Mongolz.

All 3 games will be huge and I hope Virtus Pro won't go home and will continue to play but unfortunately they are facing Pain who is a double edge sword team and you never really know what to expect from them besides Snow shouting and screaming after every round hahaha.

Legacy vs Mouz ...hmm , in theory it should be a victory for Mouz but after what I saw with Legacy and how great they are , I wouldn't be surprise to see Legacy winning.

MongolZ vs G2 and hopefully Mongolz will win because this team is nr 4 in the world right now and they need to prove it against G2

VP vs. paiN is still ongoing with paiN currently in the lead after winning their map pick and leading by a round 5-4 in VP's map pick (Inferno). This should go to a third map, but if VP crumbles in the CT side then this could be a wrap for paiN.

Pain managed to eliminate Virtus Pro. We can say that it managed to be one of the surprise results of the day. Both teams managed to win their chosen maps and the match was extended to the decider map. Pain started Dust2, the Decider map, well and won the map with a close score and made it to the quarterfinals. Pain looked better as a team and we can say that they deserved to win.

VP actually almost made a come back on map 3. But unfortunately the way VP played was impatient and seemed too ambitious. And another mistake when VP has a position to be CT, it hunts more often. In fact, when being CT it would be better to maintain the position of A and B it is much better. And team communication seems very bad.

Meanwhile, when paiN became a terrorist, they were more skillful and had good communication. Every attack to plan B or A is always perfect.

I also thought they'd go to OT in Dust 2 because they've been successful at the early rounds, including several key gun rounds to break paiN's economy in that final round. Unfortunately, they had to choke when paiN's buy wasn't the best.

That 10-2 half in Dust 2 could've been avoided if only a third player from VP stepped up. Also, I can't believe we somehow got two SA teams in the playoffs.

Did anybody see that match last night with G2 going up against these MongolZ?
That was just an insane match were they finally ended the map with a 28-25 win for the mongolians.

That was a record for CS2 having 53 total rounds for a map.

I actually started watching it when they were 14-16 so that was alot of based CounterStrike played by MongolZ to 2-0 G2 Esports.

For their team, which I haven't watched them play since m0nsey left, I didn't recognize a single player on their roster expect for hunter when he was talking post match about the loss to a hot Mongolz team who many were saying before the tournament started were the favorites in taking this major in Austin for BLAST!
