So GG is already on the invited list for the next Esports World Cup and if GG win tomorrow then GG will be #8 on EPT Leaderboard which means #9 Nigma would take the last spot for the Esports World Cup

If Aurora wins then naturally Aurora will take the last spot to Esports World Cup though so Im really excited with this game

Because whoever wins, advances to the top bracket and if they lose against the Parivision, they will still be part of the tournament at the lower bracket. Whilst for GG and Aurora, that's the do-or-die tiebreaker, whoever wins gets to be part of the lower bracket. But I am saying this for the sake of tournament but since you've mentiond the EWC, then you're right that the GG-Aurora game is more important not just only for their placing on the playoffs but for the sake of their place and spot on the EWC. So Aurora needs to get this one.

I remember that's how it was back then for the tiebreakers, and now they always have to play an extra set of games regardless of the map difference.

I'll be rooting for Aurora for the other series so we'd have more teams playing in the EWC because GG already secured their spot while Aurora needs to make it to the playoffs to get the last spot.

Just started watching this Betboom vs Talon match and yes it does say Tiebreakers right in the middle of the screen while the teams are doing drafts.

This should be an interesting matchup since Talon has been on a roll and one of the better teams this tournament and Betboom has been always clutch when it comes to their must win games.

Great series for both teams today but I think BetBoom played better and it's a well deserved victory but I cannot see them winning against PariVision tho... . Talon on the other hand , woke up a bit sleepy and draft 1&3 were a complete mess so no wonder they lost those maps.

Now , I'm watching Aurora vs GG and to be honest Aurora will easily take this game and series and eliminated GG from DreamLeague season 26 because GG is clearly having issues with this patch and Quinn seems to be in the worst phase of his career so far.

Gaimin is still doing okay, but we'll see in the third map if Aurora can close this one out, or if Gaimin Gladiators complete the reverse sweep to deny them the last spot for the Esports World Cup.

I wouldn't say this is Quinn's roughest point in his career. His NA days back then were much worse, given that his team usually hit their limits, unlike with the current Gaimin roster, where the ceiling is much higher.

While we want to see more of Quinn, this has to end now. They've been eliminated by Aurora gaming and that's how the playoffs will proceed.

Yup. They always release a balance or letter patch right away because the major patches, like the 7.39 will always have a bunch of heroes that are too strong.

The players on PARIVISION are just too good, they also picked it against Gaimin the other day and still made it work together with the Veno offlane.

Tidebound can do it and I've seen the recent comebacks of the former legends that they have from that region. While we know not all comebacks are good for all of these once great players. The meta is changing, and updates are making the strong ones to become poor performers depending on how they play.

They made the game easy. I think that they are the strongest team right now and if they break the curse of being a TI champ. That means whichever team dominates in the whole year can be already considered a champ.

Not just that, on top of that. They're already qualified for the most sought tournament after TI for all dota 2 players and teams, Esports World Cup. Being the top 1 in the EPT leaderboard, that made him get a slot for that. And also, with TI, they already have the direct invite. So, Parivision is doing it and getting all of the prize money that they get while they are on their prime.

They're just locked in compared to the other top teams that participated, and it looked like a done deal for them when the second-best team in the tournament was playing with a standin.

Just started watching the beginning of this tournament with Heroic introed and their team looks the freshest team out there.
They just won their first matchup against a team I never heard of called Chinggis warriors in convincing fashion 13-7 and now playing NRG for their second of the day.
It will be in three stages for this one so it lasts from the 3rd to the 22nd.

I agree, it's unexpected to see both NA teams go down against one of the Chinese teams and the other against the Brazilians.

I also remember the bookies set them as the slight favorites to win their series, but unfortunately, they were in their off game today.

Tyloo made it through stage 2 as well while FlyQuest fell short again, similar to their previous major run. I have to say they deserve it after meeting decent opponents throughout their stage 1 run.
