In the match between the teams tied at 2-2 in Cluj Napoca, I don't think there were any surprises.
Our representative Aurora defeated Astralis 2-0, securing their place in the quarter-finals. Astralis didn't perform particularly well on their chosen map, Overpass. Aurora, however, staged a remarkable comeback on their chosen map, Dust2, winning the match 2-0. Woxic was one of the standout players of the day and played a major role in securing this victory for his team.
Our other representative, FUT, narrowly lost to Parivision. FUT lost in overtime on the Dust2 map; had they won that map, they might have also secured a spot in the quarter-finals, but it wasn't to be. lauNX's solo performance wasn't enough. Parivision was the better team overall.

I was expecting more from Astralis, I think I've already mentioned that here. HooXI and jabbi are good players overall, they're not stars but they're relatively good, they can make a better team work. This Astralis team isn't performing well, and they should be better than they are today. They don't even compare to what they were in the past.

Astralis has lost its former influence, and I don't think it will regain it. I don't believe the Astralis of 5-6 years ago will return. Back then, the Astralis roster was truly legendary, and everyone's individual talent had propelled them to fame, but just as all good things come to an end, so too has Astralis. Next up is Vitality, and their time will come too. I don't think the problem with Astralis is player-related; it's entirely tactical. Currently, I believe all the players on Astralis are performing at a sufficient level individually.

Furia shouldn't show anything new; I think the only issue is that their game was nullified against Vitality, and they end up frustrated. I hope it's different, but what will happen is Vitality in the final.

PGL Cluj-Napoca! Such a great event so far! My national crowd is insane today making heroes and villains across the games and it seems our favorite team NaVi is about to be eliminated by previous winners Mouz.

So , 2 crowds favorites going home in 1st day ? because falcons were fans favorites after NaVi and the amount of boo's we got for PariVision was insane ...and even if I'm Romanian , I was super happy to see Jame qualifying further and hopefully he will have the chance to play against Vitality.

However, the map was lost due to simple mistakes, and the match was lost. We are making truly unnecessary mistakes, and these errors are glaringly obvious. Maj3er and Fabre are unable to address these issues tactically. Our aim was also somewhat weak today. I believe both XANTARES and Wicadia failed to deliver a strong performance today.

That frog really is annoying, it only needs an aghs and it can contribute very well from sustaining and team fights and when it's being hit by appa blast, it will just ranaway from the team fight with its strings lol. OG picked also largo from the first matches they have against BB on the tiebreaker but it's not enough. They're already being read and studied by their opponents, they need to increase their hero pool.

Hands up and down to Aurora, this is the best team for now IMO. And they just beaten Parivision with 2 straight games, they're very good and I think they also got a good coach there which is kpii and G. Two experienced players. Aside from Spirit, too many good teams were out early like NaVi and Yandex. Anyway, here's the result of the first day of group stage 2.

Thank goodness we don't need to do that. Because it will just end the same way and would just be tedious to watch. Give Vitality a new opponent and I think Parivision deserves to face off against them in this grand finals. Jame showed that he is a great in-game leader for this team and only needs to display it during a major.

Welp Vitality is still too good, but props to Parivision for trying their best to avoid getting 3-0'd and almost got Inferno before choking in OT.

I agree, even though Parivision only placed second, they're definitely one of the better or most improved teams in this tournament, together with the MongolZ.

Beating Vitality is out of any team's hands, as it's almost similar to facing an all-star team in the NBA due to how well each individual can carry and clutch, even if the others are falling behind.
