Today there was a general meeting from Schalke members. The sports director Peter Knäbel said that the goal from Schalke is to be back in the top 6 in the long term. After they were relegated straight back, they should not talk so big. First of all they have to get back up and then show that they will stay in Bundesliga 1.
sport director Knäbel . among the best 6 of the district league Wattenscheid ? he was already at the Hamburger SV and even there he was not quite as successful. he was even coach for two games at the Hamburger SV . then in zürich,Stuttgart and now Gelsenkirchen. but maybe Schalke will manage the miracle under knäbel. i personally don't believe in it

i personally don't believe in it Neither do I. And neither do many Schalke fans. But Schalke has its first newcomer. And that is already a surprise. It is a player from a club that will probably play for promotion next season. It is Ron Schallenberg. He was at Paderborn and was even captain there. He has signed a contract for 3 years. Ron probably thinks that he is more likely to get promoted with Schalke than with Paderborn.

as it is reported in the media, the hsv has signed another new player. his name: Immanuel Pherai from eintracht braunschweig. he is an attacking midfielder and could come as a replacement for Jonny Kittel who will possibly leave the hsv. this is the second new player at the hamburger sv. but there will surely be one or two more new ones in the next days or weeks. and another hsv player wants to get more money: Bakery Jatta demands more money from hsv ..... he currently earns 500k euros a year . that much would be enough for me personally

Jonny Kittel has said every year he wanted to leave Hamburger SV. But then a transfer did not work out after all. So as long as Kittel does not play for another team, we should wait and see. Schalke has also brought a new player. Seguin from Union Berlin from Bundesliga 1.

Hamburg played very good matches throughout the year to advance to the top league, but they had to play play out when they came in third with a 1 point margin. The sad part is that they will have to play another season in Bundesliga 2 because of the 1 point difference. I'm sure Hamburg will rise next year. They didn't beat their bad luck this year, but next year a better Hamburg will welcome us.
Hamburg had the most expensive team in Bundesliga 2 last season and they did not promote with it. With the 30 million euros from investor Kühne they will certainly have one of the most expensive teams in Bundesliga 2 again. If they will not make it in the following season then they really have to ask theirself, when else. The risk is increasing that they will no longer play for promotion but will end up in the midfield. True, Hamburg was the most costly team in Bundesliga 2 last year but they were unsuccessful in getting promoted. They are set to once again create one of the most expensive teams in the league thanks to the substantial investment of 30 million euros from investor Kühne. The cost of a team however cannot be the only factor used to determine success. The intricate process of promotion is influenced by a number of variables such as the performance of their rivals and the chemistry of the team. Although having financial support is advantageous it does not ensure automatic promotion. Given their recent failures Hamburg administration and supporters definitely feel a sense of urgency. It is crucial to keep in mind that there is a chance of not getting promoted again. Hamburg must analyse their past performances pinpoint their areas for growth and make the necessary adjustments to strengthen their chances of winning the upcoming season.

and now it's official: jonny kittel is leaving hamburger sv. hsv has not made jonny kittel a new offer . kittel has played 136 games for hsv in the last 4 years and has scored 36 goals. it is not known to which club kittel is moving. he would like to get a well-paid longer contract . and hsv did not want to offer him that . Do not understand this. Kittel was an important player in Hamburg last season. But maybe he wanted too much money and the club was not willing to pay it. The cost of a team however cannot be the only factor used to determine success. Although having financial support is advantageous it does not ensure automatic promotion. Indeed. Many factors determine success and money is not everything. But one of the most important. That was seen very well at Hoffenheim.

yes. jonny kittel has played very well in the last few weeks. but before that he was often injured and sometimes not in top form. maybe that was also a reason not to offer jonny more money. and maybe immanuel pherai is a good replacement for kittel. let's see how the first test matches go. then we'll see if walter changes his playing system a bit 4:4:2 ? other news : Daouda Beleme extends his contract until 2025 > > very good Javi Montero leaves hsv again and goes back to istanbul > >

Well, it's worth saying that Hamburg was definitely unlucky this year with promotion to the Bundesliga, because their competitors turned the course of their match in the time added by the referee in the right direction for themselves, although the whole match score was in favor of Hamburg. Therefore, I perfectly understand the chagrin of the Hamburg fans, who joyfully ran onto the field after the Hamburg match, and then it turned out that Hamburg would have to fight for promotion further, which the club then successfully failed. Although, of course, with such a budget, Hamburg had to solve its problems much earlier and not bring everything to such a deplorable finish.

the last time a third-placed team in the 2.bundesliga had 66 points and didn't get promoted was in the 2016 / 2017 season. braunschweig also had 66 points then and only came third. and braunschweig didn't get promoted then either. they lost the two relegation matches 1:0 to wolfsburg in each case. since 2017, every club with 66 points has been promoted to the first bundesliga .... only hamburger sv didn't make it because 2 teams were better. and next saison they are trying again. and again with a very good budget

and next saison they are trying again. and again with a very good budget But many other clubs will also try it. And from Bundesliga 1 comes Schalke and Hertha Berlin. And in Bundesliga 2 there are many candidates who will fight for promotion next season. St. Pauli, Paderborn, Kaiserslautern, Nürnberg, Hannover. I think it will be an exciting season.

They were very close to qualifying for the Bundesliga. But it was bad luck and also inconsistency. If they were a little more consistent, I think they’re good at actually getting promoted without even playing the relegation playoff match. That would have been the best case scenario for them. I think they need to make some changes in the team. They are able to score quite often but at the same time, they are also very prone to conceding goals. They will have to make some changes in the defense. That is going to make the team a more balanced one.

hamburger sv has signed the next player.
It shows that Hamburger SV has a lot of money for new players. Although the transfer window has not yet opene, they are buying new players very early. They will certainly buy a few more players from 01 July onwards and they will certainly cost more money than the previous transfers. I am curious to see how many new players will be on the field at the first matchday.

And the next player goes to Hamburger SV. The grandson of Hamburger SV icon Uwe Seeler is coming back to the Elbe. Midfielder Levin Öztunali. He has played 2011-2013 for Hamburger SV in the youth team and now moves from Union Berlin on a free transfer. He previously played for Leverkusen, Werder Bremen and Mainz 05. His contract runs until 2026.

They were so unlucky in previous year it looks like with so many new signings that they might become the favorites for promotion. But this season will probobly be the hardest to get promoted with so many good teams in the league this season.

Yes, a little surprising, Kittel is one of Hamburg's key players and was the top scorer at the club. However, it turns out that he moved officially. It's not a big thing, but it seems that Hamburg will have to work even harder to find a suitable and more talented replacement if they want to reach even higher positions in the Bundesliga. This is a homework that is quite troublesome.

This is really a great first game. Both teams have the goal of promotion and they can show what they can do right at the first matchday. Hamburger SV is now trying the promotion for the sixth time and has to play against the other relegated team on matchday number 3. But then away in Berlin against Hertha Berlin. It is great that Bundesliga 2 is about to start again.
