The more popular competitions have higher limits. These limits differ from league to league. Some examples are UEFA Champions League, NHL, NBA.
Easiest way to check the limit is by clicking on the "Max" text in the bet slip, where you can see the Maximum bet amount.
You can already see the limit without placing the bet.

Yes, the information is also available in their T&C page point #7.5
Since it is being said that all withdrawal will be processed within 72 hours, means that you may get it faster before 72 hours.
Hope it wont take that long and I think 4444sports should change this policy as it might be the one that makes people do not want to play here.
Most other bookies implementing quick/instant withdrawal, logically 4444sports as a new bookie should compete with other bookies especially about the speed of withdrawal.

They, probably, process withdrawals manually so they can have the time to verify the legitimacy of bets/wins and to be sure that there was no abuse of any kind. It's understandable since they don't enforce kyc.
But due to the high volatility of cryptocurrencies, delays up to 72 hours can be an issue and may cause inconvenience for their users. They should allow instant withdrawals for small mounts, at least.

For now surely they are not requiring KYC , but lets see if you Hit a jackpot or at least win a 6 figures , maybe rules will change instantly
