why not test them if they will honour their words? but maybe only with small amount, don't take risk yet with big amount. so far no complaints with withdrawal. but it is understandable as they are new in the playing field. as much as possible they don't want issues or complaints.
i understand where youre coming from. some casinos indeed ask for unreasonable requirements when their player wins big, just to stall the payment or to avoid the payment.

The casino representative confirmed twice that KYC is not required in any case. You don't have to deposit millions if you want to check it. The minimum deposit is (if I good remember) only $10, so if you still have doubt just check it out.

why took that long for withdrawal? how much is the amount why they are taking this time?

sometimes you must be detailed in posting since we don't see any problem as you clarified that KYC thing and the Location you have in which not banned from the site.

Hello guys, I'm new to the forum but I've been following and reading it for a long time. Last week I opened an account at this bookmaker and deposited around 190e, after the first winning bet I withdraw 50e and continued to gamble, on Friday morning I withdraw another 100e, while in on Monday I tried to withdraw another 400e, on live chat and the rules they told me that I would wait for 72 hours and that there would be no problems, but after 96 hours nothing.

This morning i got email from support:   Hi,

I want to refer you to our Terms and Conditions:

7.5 All withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours, unless further review is required. This decision will be based on the gaming activity and the placed bets.

You need to post screenshots etc to support your claims since it's difficult to believe whatever you are stating without proper proof.

If you can successfully prove your statements, 4444sport would be in trouble since the accusations against them keep rising constantly which is bad news for a site that has started advertising their services in this forum recently.

Please don't attempt to just void all of my bets, as about 50% of the bets I placed were live bets, which would not line up with the reasons you have given above for voiding all bets. It would not make any sense and it would be entirely disreputable.

This is interesting to follow, if indeed there will be lawsuit coming up or just a threat. Have he carefully read the terms of the site? Because he may really be violating some terms. But either way, both sides need to provide proofs. I haven't seen actual lawsuit stemming from this forum. Maybe this will be the first. I think this is a user who knew very well what he was doing. He wanted to take advantage of that it is new bookmaker and now he is doing a show on Bitcointalk to scare and make pressure to get the money that he won unfairly.
More and more often I see such situations that the fresh Bitcointalk accounts reports an issue and starts doing drama. However, looking on behavior it is very clear that this is not a newbie, but someone with a lot of experience. He always has screenshots and a detailed description ready. In my opinion, they just want to take advantage of the fact that this is a brand new bookmaker so will scare and/or fall for their tricks. It is not possible for him to take any legal action. This is only part of the show.
