Have you contacted their customer support? As per item 7.2 of their terms and conditions, bitcoin deposits should be credited automatically after 1 confirmation and you already have 5. By now, it will have more than that. So they say, if it did not arrive, contact their customer support.

The OP here is still active so if it has not credited in your account, maybe try to reach out also to him.

Unfortunately the live chat support is not online 24/7, the online time for the live support is limited between 11:00-21:00 CET. Although they say that players can reach them 24/7 through the email support but I guess the effective time to contact them is at the same time as the online time of the live support.

All deposits are credited automated after 1 confirmation on the network and each time you make a deposit, a new unique bitcoin address will be generated but if you still use your previous address to make new deposit it will not be credited automatically. In that case you need to contact us through live chat or via email in case you have deposited on a previous bitcoin address, so we can lookup the transaction in our wallet and manually credit the funds.

In regards with the promotion. We are not yet running a signature campaign, we are still planning to run promotion(s) before running a signature campaign.
We will launch a review campaign soon. The information about this campaign will be published soon regarding the levels of the bitcointalk members.

Nice to know that you are about to make a promotion on this forum, but the fact that your site was called out to be linked to adkinsbet you will need to clarify things for tour potential clients to have trust in your platform.

I'm not sure just for these purposes. I actually think it is more worrying on the customer side because they will lose the evidence to capture when the balance is not credited. Maybe it will be fine now, but who would have thought that in the future with thousands of customers you will need a lot of admins to process manually. Of course you can't control their attitude, can you?

For anonymity, a "no KYC" policy I think will suffice. Even if you want to add this, give the customer an option eg by adding the "generate new address" button below the previous deposit address.

Thank you for your feedback we are taking consideration of putting a minimum withdrawal, but we may apply it in the future and set a small minimum withdrawal amount.

I looked up which posts got deleted and it's no wonder why they got deleted. if you want your post to stay make it constructive. posting something that short will almost always be considered a low-quality post by the mods if the post were reported. also, reporting a post does not guarantee deletion of the reported post but seeing the posts that got deleted, I am not really surprised why they got deleted.

The placement of the features is quite neat and not random. This look reminds me of the gambling casinos of the past. But it looks like I'll try to play a few bucks and test it out like all the casinos I've explored since 2005.
