According to Sugar Sean O'Malley, boxing against Ryan Garcia is not an impossible occurrence. We have witnessed uncle Dana mention before that he does not like to promote something similar to Conor vs. Money Mayweather anymore. He did not tell everyone his reasons. I speculate this is because uncle Dana certainly knows that his UFC fighters will be defeated and become the jokes of the internet again hehehehehh.

Going to be a mismatch if this fight is going to happen, obviously it will be boxing rules so Sugar Sean is at a disadvantage. For the odds, I see that the odds maker make it right and didn't underestimate Jaime.

@5.10... He was underestimated for sure? This looks like a similar odds on Haney vs Garcia fight but as we all know, there was a big upset happen in that fight as Garcia came to dominate Haney. Not sure if it could happen here but we all know that anything is possible in boxing. I hope I can see a knockout, it's always entertaining to see one, and since Jaime Munguia is still undefeated and has a decent KO rate, it should not be impossible for him to knockout Canelo.

Well, whenever I saw that Bill told Floyd Mayweather that he is "something something" I knew there was going to be a heated discussion. I understand if Bill is actually salty because his son is no longer undefeated. And that’s why he actually said that the record of Floyd Mayweather doesn't mean anything. But I also thought this could be a way to actually arrange something between Floyd Mayweather and Devin Haney. Not sure if that is going to happen.

I just wish there was not too much respect that will happen, that would lead to giving the champion his belt because they are fellow Mexicans. Munguia can box and his fists are heavy after he TKO'ed John Ryder in January. I think he can give Canelo a hard time if he takes this seriously and not just for entertainment. I think Munguia will go and try to win here, it's will not be for entertainment purposes for sure. He has been dreaming of fighting Canelo for years and this is his one chance to win and get the belt and become the next star, him and Ryan Garcia. Lol, not sure, it seems that Bill Haney is on the offensive on that video and says that Floyd's record is nothing eventhough he is undefeated. But Bill doesn't want any of Tank Davis as there are videos of him saying to that effect.

Not saying that Davis is not a great boxer, but it's not even 50/50 at the start because Ryan needs to squeeze and force his body to the weight limit  here and he is really weak that's one when Davis hit that body, it's over for him.

There’s no doubt Tank had an unfair advantage but Ryan bears some responsibility for agreeing to those terms. Canelo and Floyd have used similar tactics before, but it has not had much impact on their legacy. For me it diminishes their accomplishments, which is why I consider Beterbiev, Nakatani, and Bivol better pound for pound fighters than Canelo, even though many lists have him third only behind Inoue and Crawford.

I think Ryan has no choice though, he is the B-side on that negotiations and we can say that he just wanted to fight Tank Davis. And there could be upside as well for him as far as PPV revenues and live gates and that's why he said yes.

And he just try to make it real but telling the public that there is a rehydration clause and Davis camp didn't disagree with him and they justify that Ryan is too big for Tank that's why they inserted it in the contract. And most likely why Tank as much as he had that superstar power, is still behind with some fighters that you mentioned as far as greatness is because he just wanted to protect his 0 at all cost.

Ryan sees an opportunity to make a big paycheck once he fight Tank Davis and it did happen. What's in the contract are valid, and since the fight happen, that means both have agreed to it, so Ryan could not come up with excuses on why he lose to Tank Davis. But that's the past, Ryan have live up his name now after he defeated Haney which is of his own size, and if we think that Ryan and Davis will meet again, then I think this controversy or excuses will come alive again, better these two will just move or stay to the weight limit they are comfortable with so they can always give their best to win.
