I think this is going to be a war. Both are on a comeback trail and they know that their careers are on the line and whoever losses this fight might have to take a break in my opinion. Pacquiao has been in attendance at these Saudi Arabia fights recently so I think there is genuine interest from matchmakers to see him back in the ring. Connor Benn, as long as he’s not eating “contaminated” eggs, is a perfectly suitable opponent for Pacquiao to make his comeback against and gauge what level he can still compete at.

Terence Crawford will eventually vacate or be stripped of his belts so Pacquiao might see this as an opportunity to make one last run at a championship. I don’t expect Pacquiao to fight a high risk, low reward fighter like Jaron Ennis but there are other boxers such as Mario Barrios and Giovani Santillan that he could fight for a vacant title if he beats Benn.

He will have a exhibition fight with Buakaw, so obviously, it's like that. But against Conor Benn, I reckon it will be a pro-boxing fight. Pacquaio still looks in shape and probably still walking around 147-154 lbs and not getting weight. It's really on his genes. Conor Benn is a welterweight, so it's a perfect fight for Manny to fight. And I do agree, Manny i still in the limelight, he has been in Saudi and seen with high profile fights. So most likely this fight is being work already by Sean Gibbons, Manny's promotional honcho. Regarding AJ, it is speculated that he will be facing the winner of Usyk vs Fury, so in any case, whoever wins still a good for AJ. This boxing bodies will surely give Pacquiao a free pass specially WBC as he has been a champion for their division, and it's Manny. The name itself is legendary, if they can give Francis that special treatment coming from MMA, then they can more so for Pacquiao. If the Saudi's are going to back up this fight and held it on their home country, it's going to be big money for Manny and Conor and I don't think they can refuse the offer.

The exhibition with Mayweather could wait, Manny has Buakaw first and if this fight is going to be push through then Conor will be next. And most likely early next year or December for a Floyd exhibition fight. Usually Floyd fights in December, so this is still possible.

Manny has been long retired isn't he?  He is just participating in an exhibition event where the match is less serious than the real one.  A boxer especially if he is dedicated to the sport will never back down if someone challenges him or offer a fight where he can benefit financially.  So I also expect that Manny, just like Mike Tyson will agree to fight when someone invited them to have a match.

Connor Benn has a good record of 23 wins and 14 of which is by KO so I am a bit worry about Manny's situation here.  This fight might be made to create an impressive career record for Connor Ben if the fight proceeds.

I agree to that, he needs money for his upcoming candidacy for sure he will particiapate again and will re-try his luck, with opportunities like this where he just need to show up and fight, it's  a money generated passion for Pacman, for sure there are many fans who still thinks and believes that Pacman can still make a big damage, and like what you just mentioned, the amount of a ticket will be more expensive even the fight is just an exhibition.
