I am glad that OP has finally responded here in the thread. It would be really nice if OP will delight our request to see the conversation he had with the support, highlighting of course the exact words said upon the banning of his account. I think that only from there we could really understand the stand of the casino why the account has to be banned.

To make this thing clear out, I don't want to have a one-sided judgment, let the stake explain it here too, and ask the exact reason why OP was banned.

One thing that I presumed, OP was broke the T&C but to confirm this, sounds good if the Stake.com team will respond on this thread.

You need to understand the stance of the people though because you're making an accusation about one of the long-existing casinos with no adequate evidence to back your accusation and to be honest with you. I personally still find it hard to believe you're guilty of the banned.
But what I am still surprised about is that the casino representative hasn't said anything about this issue in other to clear the air.

Man, to be honest your deposit and withdrawal is still small and there is no reason if stake banned your account without the reason. If you not ask what bonus or T&C you are broken then you should ask the fully detail.

More people have fund more than your account and there is no single issue at all, there always has some reason about the banned. If you are abused some promotion or against their t&c no matter you are deposit or not, their action will always based the rules not by deposit and how much money you are own in the account.

What's the point of showing your deposit history and vip level? It does not prove anything.
I'm sure you have read the suggestion from many members here show your chat with support, why dont you provide it?
Are you afraid of it? If you are afraid then what's the reason for it?
If you are honest and you feel that you did not do anything against the rules, you should not be afraid to show the full conversation.

From your provided screenshot we can see that all of your deposit was made in 2020. So, you haven't made any deposit in this year? Don't hesitate to post your bonus claim screenshot from your account transaction page. Everyone is asking you to post the support conversation screenshot here. Deposit screenshot can't be consider as proof where there is no deposit record of last 12 months! Your accusation is connected with bonus abuse. Kindly show us your received bonus history and support conversation screenshot.

Since he isnt even VIP bronze I doubt there could have been a lot of bonus abuse since at this level all you get are some cents if anything.

I think weekly bonus (maybe also monthly) also starts from Bronze. So I wonder which bonus he should have abused.

I am an active using STAKE.COM site and using sport betting as gambling way, last week my account suddenly banned after success winning sport betting and now I have 2.3k doge in my wallet but my account have been banned. I try to chat support online but their reason my account banned because fraud with bonus, I never joining any bonus program and only active with gambling on sport side, how come 2,3k doge coin received from bonus, here my fund and my account still banned until right now

There has been a lot of complaints lately about Stake.com.

I'm still of the belief that they are a legitimate player in the crypto gambling space, given their long standing history.

As long as you didn't do what they claim you did, you should be able to get your DOGE withdrawal soon. Just keep in touch with support.

No matter how much the bonus is, if the security sees the abuse on that reward system then there’s no excuse for you anymore and I’m pretty sure Stake have their proof about the abuse better to ask them how and why. Stake is a good gambling site, many got banned because of that fraud and violating the ToS, if you don’t want to get banned just do what is right always.

Most probably he just came back to visit his account and found out that he got banned without knowing it. Stake have the proof as well about the abuse, they can’t just banned gamblers without any proof. Anyway, let’s see if OP can provide such information about bonus so we can know if he is telling the truth or not.

Did you do something that is against their terms of service? If so, maybe that thing is the reason why you have been banned. If you know to yourself that you have bypassed their conditions, then you shouldn't be crying here because you'll just waste your time and effort. Even if there is only a thing that you did wrong and clearly it is stated in their policies that you will suffer repercussions, then you should have prepared for the worst. The things that I am referring to are abusing bonuses, multiple accounts, usage of VPN, using scripts and the likes that basically has the common ground of cheating on the casino.

Now, if you know to yourself that you didn't do anything wrong at all and you are a good player that follows the terms of service, then that's the time that you should take an action to secure your funds. You can post on the scams and accusations board to address your concern and to spread awareness as well.  Post every detail of what happened and attach your pieces of evidence on your posts such as your screenshot of a conversation with their representatives and history/record of your account activities. After doing your part, wait for their resolution. If you won't receive any in the following days, escalate your issue to have necessary measures be done by the higher-ups or authorities.

What you mean is cheating. If it is true to do the misfortune, then it should only be the victory taken by the gambling house, but the capital is returned. If that is not done then he better move the gambling house and find a more profitable place, meaning that when he cheats again, then the capital will be reversed.

Needless to write perhaps, but Stake has had a considerable and good reputation on the forum for years. If your account is blocked, there is a reason for it. Representative Stake is also active on the forum. I'm sure he can explain and solve it well, but solving it directly with would be better. I agree that you have to provide substantial evidence first before making accusations.

Exactly, probably be the best to happen. Just to clear all of this, once and for all, they should converse directly. Although they could do that in private, I think somehow they owe it to us to share some progress in the case, since they already put this out in here.

One important thing to note. All those deposits OP is talking about was made in 12/2020 which is almost a year ago.
So probably the chat OP had with the customer support would have been cleared by now and hence we won't be able to show us the screenshots if them unless he talked to the customer support recently for a thing that was done a year ago.
I think he would have abused the bonus unknowingly since he made back to back deposits which might have broken the terms of the bonus.

People talking about a bonus here, what kind of bonus did he get anyway, some cents or some $, not more. He isnt even bronze level and before bronze u get nothing from stake.
