Stake.com suddenly banned my Account

I don't know what happens to the stake, it seems I have seen more and more threads complaining about their services.

What he probably means is the answer that he gets from the ban that he received. The customer supports are always telling him the same reason for having a multiple account.

I agree with @bitinity. Stake has given the reason and connected all of those accounts to the accuser and that's why he has received a ban. I'm sure that they won't do any harm to your account if you don't do anything wrong.

But if you insist, that's why you're taking their attention and you have to prove that they're really wrong with their decision.

Stake gambling casino has been here for how many years and I think they are just very strict if you have nothing wrong, they will not harm your account and that is definitely right. The reason upon picking a gambling casino, keep in mind always to read the TOS before proceeding with depositing your fund, this prevents a case like this once you have zero ideas.

I had a similar issue, I didnt have any funds frozen, but my account was frozen. Only had the one account.

Havent you sent out some ticket to support asking on whats the reason? as long there were no funds been locked then i dont see this as a big issue but if there is then there would really be corresponding violations
which you do able to commit out.They wouldnt really be making those actions or blocking if you havent able to violate something.

This is where people should really consider off when you are being blocked then theres always a corresponding reason behind that.

I can take the blocking and will reach out to customer support if it's a reputable casino and I consider Stake.com a reputable casino, but there are casinos that just blocked their players for no valid reason at all and it's been the complaints of many players I'm talking about 1XBIT they just blocked their players, give them a notification that they are cheating and that's the end of it.

Stake is always ready to address issues and correct them if necessary just let them know and give them time to investigate they will come out a fair decision.

There's no such thing about being a perfect casino on where you could really expect immediate response considering on how big they are and busy then there might really be some delays in related to support responses.
They wouldnt really attain or achieve this current reputation if they do suck on that part on which support system activeness is one of the most crucial factors or being preferred when you do deal with
online casinos and as i said earlier that Stake is reputable, it is really just you do need to wait until they do make out some assessment in regarding with the issues.

I mention it as cause and effect, you know that Stake.com casino can't block their users' accounts without a reason for them to do that. This is a fairly large casino, so it is impossible for Stake.com to lock your account arbitrarily. They have established procedures and run them according to company standards. This is actually commonplace and does not need to be discussed again. So think about what you do, so the casino says your account is indicated for bonus scams? Please re-read the Stake.com rules.

Undoubtedly stake.com is a large and reputed company and it is well known that they are not scammer. Not only stake.com but also other gambling site who has referral system or any types of bonus system will not allow them to create multiple account and also will not allow their user/users abuse their referral/bonus system.

Did you contact them again for the support I am unable to digest that you have keep so much amount at one place. This issue was raised last year in December and we had enough discussion on it. We haven't heard from the OP if the case was resolved or still unresolved but it seems that this case is still not resolved.

By the way, since you asked if OP was an Russian, this issue occurred before the war and has no link to it. Also i don't think that stake is blocking Russians users ? Are they ?

I don't think this account can be blocked because is related to a Russian (and on that date there was no reason to block someone for Russia). I hope this is not another case of "radar technologies". It seems this is a kind of fraud where bookmakers have 0 tolerance when caught some one...

creating a multiplie account is a scam, however the referral system created by gambling sites is to attract users to spread more information to other people about that gambling site. most accounts that get banned (not just stake) on a gambling site are due to manipulating the referral system provided.

Unfortunately, lots of people nowadays blindly create accounts without even reading the TOS of the gambling website. This step is crucial especially if you are planning on gambling long-term on the website as your acts might be against their stated rules. Such TOS is constructive notice to all gamblers whether they have read it or not and enforcing their claim which is prohibited by the TOS will remain futile.

Like you guys mentioned, Stake will not punish anyone arbitrarily. There has to be some due process before they arrive at such decision and the fact that they banned your account means you have violated their stated rules on their website.

The terms and conditions can be broken by a user in various ways. In case a user has created multiple accounts.. That is (almost) nowhere allowed I think. If that is the reason, you can expect that your account will be blocked and that you will no longer be able to log in. Judging by the story of the situation, it seems to me that Stake acted correctly, although perhaps it could have been resolved in a different way.

There is not enough information to support your question, honestly. You have to understand that stake does pay millions for sponsors and such and therefore they are having a great profit back there, thus if they try and ban accounts for no reason at all it's going to ruin their reputation as a whole.

You have to see if you asked other friends to recieve the bonus and send it to you as well. The whole thing on discord where someone posted about how they earning so much doge for just sponsoring stake was actually very shocking..

You have to email them and ask them for futher updates, reasons in depth so that you both can provide supporting arguments. Please go to their page on the forum and try and messaging them as well.

First, your post is dated back to December last year, so I personally want to assume that by now, your issue should have been resolved, but if it still lingers, then I want you to understand that stake.com is one of the respected casinos on this platform, they spend millions on marketing as well as on other stuffs, I personally don't believe they will ban you for just winning a bet which is not even up to a thousand dollars, you probably did something which I believe you are not saying here.
But then you know yourself, like many have said here, your post lack enough information to ascertain what really went wrong, so if you don't mind, it did be nice if you can provide more information on your first post, or maybe just lock this thread and proceed to creating a thread about this on scam accusation section of this forum, but this is if you are very sure there no skeleton in your cupboard, else, you might just be wasting your time.
