I believe that the growth in the gambling industry will continue in demand but in particular I have seen how many online casinos are growing regionally supporting the regulated Fiat Local currency.

Where each country requires kyc control where it is preferred and in fact only local players.

Those countries that have prohibited gambling, online and physical might change their decision and they're now going to be totally okay for gambling. It is in high demand and those countries that are missing the profit are going to change their minds that they should have allowed it for them to benefit the gambling industry since many people not only their citizens are liking to gamble.

We shouldn't be surprised if there isn't going to be a big move at all for the time being. I mean, everything that is more slightly possible in the gambling industry seems to me already there, right? There is always room for innovations, but they have to be functional and that is an enormous amount of work to implement. I recently read something about 3d on the forum, maybe that could be a logical next step. And take it to the next level for online gambling.

We are really heading there and as mentioned that innovation is something that do continuous to happen as years passing. We do hear up rumors about those innovations or developments then we could

already presume that we are really heading there but there's no definite time on when it would happen or would be available on the market but for sure we are gradually getting there.

For now lets just deal on what are the current offerings and techs we are into.Developments and  projects cant really be built in one day and it do takes years.

Gambling industry is on the move in the last years. Legalisation across Europe and USA has forged new empires, online gaming has received all the positive impacts from COVID confinements and it seems that is going to be plenty of consolidation in the future. What is your personal bet on the next big events in the betting industry?

I don't really see what other things the betting industry could do in addition to that what they are also doing right now. I mean it should be obvious that, as soon as a new sport, or e-sport or any other thing becomes popular out of sudden, then the betting companies should be quick and offer betting on those activities. What i could maybe as the next step that a lot of betting companies could do is to offer their betting services also withing metaverses if those begin to fully come to live in the next few years and months, if they become mainstream at all. That way users of that metaverse could place their bet inside their virtual world.

My guess is that countries where gambling is currently forbidden are going to open their minds to this industry and embrace the opportunities it can generate for their local economies on the next years. We are suffering from economical problems everywhere and the solutions presented so far aren't enough to fix anything at all, what means new sources of income and jobs generation are needed for the government to keep the country working without going deeper into the financial crisis. One of the biggest challenges for gambling industry in order to achieve it, however, are the religious groups who rule the local politics from different countries, especially in the Middle East.

With metaverse gambling is about to see some new innovation in coming years and definitely going to have some countries that have in time past banned gambling unban them and incooperate it in their daily activities. Over the decades we have seen the gambling sector advance from local to digital activity and currently it's becoming part of the advanced society.

As others have said, it's certainly the metaverse. There really is no other way to move from here, knowing that we have already tweaked with the algorithms, the design, and other things that can be changed immediately. Perhaps, we can now focus on VR and the likes, and with the current tech that we have it is no doubt achievable.

Or they could just focus on getting gambling in the legal side of things. I mean, up to now, we are still having lots of difficulties in making sports betting as legitimate on a lot of countries.

I believe that there will be a shift in focus to more P2P gameplay.

Most of the casinos right now are centralized, and as a result not very secure.

Gambling dApps can solve a lot of issues regarding KYC and transparency that traditional centralized casinos simply cannot address.

I think that metaverse gaming will be the clear next move.

As the metaverse industry expands, more people will spend time inside it and naturally people trying to make profits will move towards providing games of chance.

It's a natural progression for the industry to take in my opinion, and an imminent one.

Maybe in connection with the development of AI and the growth of computing power of mobile devices, offline casinos will undergo certain changes - I heard that in roulette a system that scans the movement of a ball with high accuracy predicts its hit in a certain sector. Every year casinos will take into account the fact that they are not dealing with a player, but with a player + AI.

Quote
- Regulations on gambling are clarified and old laws reinterpreted

This will be the next big move.

Jurisdictions that do this first will have a distinct advantage and see their tax revenue skyrocket pretty much overnight.

But jurisdictions which fail to do this in time will likely see lack of engagement with regulation, a surge in unregulated casinos and all types of undesirable effects.

This is possible in online casinos because you don't know if the player is using something to aid his games. unlike in physical casinos, they are seeing the person and can monitor his moves. But i agree that online casinos will boom in the next years to come. We have seen the growth during this pandemic era. Online casinos are one of the businesses that survive and gain their massive following even during this crisis. Just look at how many online casinos that were born during this time. You can see that here in the forum, and am guessing a lot more which are not yet introduced here.

One of the biggest challenges for gambling industry in order to achieve it, however, are the religious groups who rule the local politics from different countries, especially in the Middle East.

It seems that with the increasingly rapid development of the gambling industry, then the large turnover of money in the gambling industry,
this is an opportunity for the state to get large tax revenues from the gambling industry, if the country legalizes gambling. This might be
a consideration for some countries that have banned gambling before being a little open to the gambling industry. Because after all, many countries
are still experiencing an economic crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One solution is to accept the gambling industry running in their country,
it provides a large tax revenue for the state. It would be a big thing for the gambling industry if many countries started legalizing gambling.
But I'm not sure a middle eastern country will do that, because we know that the Middle East country is indeed ruled by the religious group who is
against gambling. After all, some Middle Eastern countries are still helped by large oil reserves. What's interesting is that I want to see
the movement of countries in the Asian and African continents towards the gambling industry, because it is quite tempting income from
the gambling industry that can be obtained by the state.

The gambling industry as an extablisment has grown over the years even with the common facts that disney and the rest of the companies have supported them allot on grants and promotions but also,in other places they haven't still gotten their full grounds yet as people sometimes don't even value it at first sight until when it seems to work real to some, then later luring many more into it....
In my suggestion, I believe since it has been growing over the years, there's still a probability of getting to its peak someday

I believe that the growth in the gambling industry will continue in demand but in particular I have seen how many online casinos are growing regionally supporting the regulated Fiat Local currency.

Where each country requires kyc control where it is preferred and in fact only local players.

As well, I've noticed that previously, if we talk about gambling, there were only a few online gambling sites, but since the pandemic has struck, there are many more online gambling sites, which are evolving as people are unable to physically visit casinos anymore. If the gambling industry makes this kind of move, I believe it will have significant ramifications because it will allow them to evade taxes from their profit. However, because they can play whenever they want and from wherever they want, this move is also prone to causing addiction in all people.

I expect that for the next years, gambling operators of both online casinos and brick and mortar casinos will be openly accepting Bitcoin bets. And not only that, the Lightning Network will definitely be utilized as well for a more convenient and generally smoother gambling experience.

It is also possibly a big thing in the next years that gamblers could already bet on blockchain game tournaments. For now, I cannot see odds on certain crypto matches. There will definitely be future tournaments on games built on blockchain and gamblers would be able to place their bets on certain teams and players.

- In 2019, Disney generated around 55B. The gambling industry 59B.

Gambling industry is on the move in the last years. Legalisation across Europe and USA has forged new empires, online gaming has received all the positive impacts from COVID confinements and it seems that is going to be plenty of consolidation in the future. What is your personal bet on the next big events in the betting industry?

I read about metaverse and it will be integrated into gambling for real user's experience, maybe in the future every top online casino will have their own token, those who were into gambling and gaming will go back to playing cards, once this is integrated, the industry is very much alive and robust so many new online casinos coming up and big casinos are sponsoring big sporting events like MMA, Wrestling and boxing, soon the gambling industry will be one the biggest industry in the planet.

MetaVerse will really change the whole dynamics of gambling and it will be a new experience. We are already experiencing some metaverse games being developed in the market but not sure if the gambling industry had started thinking in this direction?
New casinos or old ones need to think on metaverse integration if they want to survive in the future.

Doubt that this will happen.

Most physical casinos are bound by really strict regulations that will likely not allow them to accept anonymous payment methods for AML purposes unless they are situated in a safe haven country.

There is much more value for mainstream online casinos/sportsbooks like Bet365 to accepting BTC though.
