It would be nice if you could implement a 3D function somewhere, that you could virtually walk around in a casino with Glasses, for example. The live games are now based on VR technology, but not yet completely complete. I think that software companies will focus on that after all. That makes the connection between players and the casino greater. A bit to taste the real atmosphere when you walk into a physical casino.

ya.ya.yo!
It looks like we will definitely get there sooner as online casinos continue to grow and develop, live gaming has developed a lot and VR will attract people's attraction easily for gambling lovers, it is something new and they have shown the response.
and players will want to experience casino games full of high-quality graphics, loop sounds, and realistic effects and new sensations that will make players feel at home, that too in your home, without having to go anywhere.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

~What is your personal bet on the next big events in the betting industry?

These days here or there bets are accepted literally on anything, so it's hard to imagine an improvement in this sector. The quality of service is on the highest level on many gambling sites too. But it's not like there is no room for refinement, of course. For example, most online slots have the minimum bet set at $0.1-$0.2, and there are even those with around $4 as min bet. With the help of crypto currencies, technically, we can bet small fractions of a cent, but I personally don't know slots that allow less than $0.01 minimum bet. But why not? Since there's a fun mode where you can play infinitely staking zero of real money, why betting with, say, $0.0001, is not allowed?

I think in the future the platforms allowing the smallest bets will be booming.

people are always thirsty for new and interesting things, so it's VR, the metaverse has a trillion dollar market potential, gambling business owners won't miss this big money opportunity

The bad impact of course there is that humans are getting lazy to travel to offline casinos but it is a development of the times that we cannot refuse or delay

Most of the trend today is relayed on the world of NFT so there's an instance or chance might be they will adopt this kind of a trend right now afaik there's a thread too related to the Gambling and metaverse and also the virtual reality due to pandemic many people now are would like to entertain with this trends its the new meta of the gambling industry well looking forward on it lets see.

NFT, NFT, NFT... looks like everyone talks about NFT! I decided to try some NFT game at Biswap, we will see what will happen with that... I don't have some big hopes, it was a bit complicated to start everything, and now it's just clicking! I didn't see anything super special for now, so I don't know why this big hype, maybe because it's profitable for people? I hope it's not the only reason why people like NFT so much... for now I am missing the excitement I get from playing any classical gambling game!
That is the way things are, in 2017 people were talking about icos and nothing else as it was the fastest way to get a lot of money according to them, and now people can not stop to talk about NFTs and everything related to them for the very same reasons, now I am no saying that NFTs do not have a future but at least when I look at the way that people are just trying to convert anything they can find in an NFT and then sell it is not the way forward, and sooner or later this hype will end.

I think that this is an excellent point.

It's probably going to be an eventuality as well. With more integration with decentralized infrastructure we are definitely going to see minimum bet sizes go way down as time goes on.

This is a tangible benefit that we can get from the crypto gambling industry without any fancy stuff like NFTs, Web3.0 which are just unnecessary at this point.

It's crazy to think these booms have been going on throughout history and it is primarily driven by greed. Going back hundreds of years ago there was an explosion in the price of rare tulip bulbs and it turned into a fad that drifted down from the higher classes into the middle classes. When the rich started to question whether the bulbs were truly worth the price, the bubble began to burst and some of the bulbs went on to lose 99% of the value. As you say, we see it now with NFT's being a crazy fad in almost worthless images, driven by a celebrity culture, with the internet allowing mass dissemination and encouraging many more people to waste all sorts of crazy sums on them. You barely hear ICO's discussed like they were a couple years ago, the world goes on and keeps finding new waves to draw people in.

If there would be changes then expect that there would be something will really be mainly affected because of these changes or innovation but if its for the better good then it would be considerable.

Industries would really be having these changes even though VR is something really that hard to be fully developed and would takes time but we are really heading there.

Whether we do like it or not we are really open on changes and its up to someone if they welcome such changes.

The gambling industry will always stay profitable, however, regulations will be stricter especially in poor countries, but in rich countries where most people can afford to gamble, they will just likely increase the taxes so the government will benefit from the industry. With the popularity of crypto gambling as well, it gives the regulators more opportunity to earn and the entire industry will grow as gambling across borders made possible and easy with cheap transaction cost.
But that is precisely the thing, what you are describing about countries raising taxes was effective when casinos needed a physical presence in the country, however now with the Internet you can reach people from all over the world, and if the jurisdiction in which the casino is registered tries to raise the taxes that they charge you then you can just change the jurisdiction in which the casino is located and pay less taxes without losing a single one of your client in the process, so it is not as if governments can do whatever they want as they did before to the gambling industry.

I think the poor countries will be given consideration and they will put the regulations on the country where most people are rich and they are only securing their earnings with that kind of so-called regulations. We might not see the gambling industry spiking in the metaverse but it is assured that they will gonna be there as soon as they see a huge number of people going there. Makes me think that the rich will be more prone to this kind of entertainment because they can afford it and regulations are always behind them.

Gambling regulations are imposed on gambling in general. There is no distinction whether a gambler is poor or not. If a gambling jackpot is to be heavily taxed, there would be no special treatment if the winner is a poor man.

It is also probably not correct to say that gambling is mostly for the rich people. Rich people may gamble in huge amounts because they are rich, but in my observation the number of poor gamblers are much higher than the number of rich gamblers.

However, regardless of whether there is a metaverse or not, the majority of wealthy people are particularly susceptible to it because they can always afford it, in contrast to the poor, who usually only have enough money to gamble. However, when you only have a few dollars left, gambling becomes an even more attractive proposition. For regulations, I believe that only a few countries currently prohibit gambling, primarily due to religious beliefs in third world countries, which usually allow it as long as you obtain a permit because they are the number one payer of taxes, which could significantly benefit the economy in those countries.

Somehow, I agree with this because gambling is one big industry that can give many gambling companies a big profit, whether the gambling industry is in developing countries or rich countries.
When the government increases the taxes, the gambling industry still grows because many new people are curious about the gambling games that will always give new things.
With the VR technologies that already happen, that can push the gambling industry to reach a new level that we did not imagine before to give more experience to many gamblers.
Many gambling companies build their business in many places, making people gamble to any place they want, which does not limit their country.

Online casinos are expected to become even more profitable in the future of online gaming from a business perspective is going to be very different from what we know now. Most importantly the industry will be more about fun and entertainment than money some gamblers had reservations about the safety of online casinos but technological advances have enabled online casinos to provide their sponsors with a safer gambling environment. If the government receives taxes properly there will be no restrictions on it.

It's what they have been saying about metaverse where gamblers can walk around with thier avatar like it's the real world and meet gamblers in the metaverse and play together like the traditional casino. it's different from the futuristic movies we watch in Hollywood actaully but i guess blockchain had brought a different path for where we are.

if you think flying cars will be the next, you are far ahead because electric car seem stealing the stage.

I am very interested in how the Metaverses will be created and developed.  The main question is whether people are ready for total immersion in virtual reality?  This is a very ambiguous question.

For example, free video calls are now ubiquitous.  But people have not fully switched to video calling.  Nowadays, people use different formats of communication.  People write text messages, even though it seems to be an outdated way of communication.

And this healthy conservatism of people can slow down the process of introducing the Metaverse.

And along with them, the further evolution of online casinos and gambling may slow down...

Because, poor people have a lesser money and they will try to gamble to increase their wealth. It is wrong to discriminate poor people and why will the gambling company do it when they can maximize their income when both rich and poor people are going to play with them instead of only one.

It is not a problem for the poor people to pay the tax as long as their winning is big because there will still be left for them and that is better than not getting anything at all. They are not giving money for nothing but the money that they gave are tax and taxes has their own usage. Not only the winner can benefit with it but all people living on his country.

I feel like this is going to become more common as better and cheaper VR sets are made. Zuckerberg with his metaverse vision is ahead of time. There's a lot of people who buy properties in virtual worlds but it's actually a kind of a future bet. They are hoping that one day this will become big, but the available hardware available sucks. It's heavy, expensive, not very natural to operate. When VR sets become light, like your normal glasses and you'll be able to use cameras to read your motions and face expressions instead of using buttons, gloves, or whatever, it will surely attract more people.

have you watched the facebook Keynote when he announces the name change for Meta and the new vision?
they're already working on a new technology that uses ray ban like glasses for immersion, instead of these huge and probably not so confortable VR sets.

only this change would already be a huge game changer.

Announcements are one thing, a working product is another. Years ago I've seen phone company showing predictions and even some basic alpha models of transparent phones that look like a piece of glass. So far it's still something we can see in the movies, not in stores. That's why I feel like they're ahead of time with the predictions of how popular metaverse will be.
That said, I'd love to use it, but in its target form, not the one available today that they were playing with on presentations. This is like pre-alpha stage.

The example you've given is because there are other means of communicating and we're in abundance of those communication apps and that's a good thing.
About the metaverse, it will be like the real world that has almost everything and depending on the developer if they're going to allow everything to be in it. But I'm almost certain that casinos won't be gone. Just look at most of the casual games that we play that looks like Metaverse, there's always a casino that's on it. We will see how it's going to be when a casino or any project that introduces it.
