12. To keep your loyalty level you need to collect the points needed for your current level each month. If during the active month you do not collect the points needed to retain your loyalty level from the previous month, you will drop 1 level next month. For example: If you managed to reach the Master level in June, then after your level (loyalty) points have reset at the start of July you need to collect at least the required amount of points for Master during July to keep the Master level for August. Should you not achieve that you will drop one level at the start of August as the level (loyalty) points reset - you will then be on Expert level.

You will that the badge on loyalty page is back to color gray during the start of month but there’s no lock icon on it. It just show that you are still not on the safe zone for that level and it will light up or have colors once you reach again the required wager. The only difference was your benefits for that month is for the last level you finish for the previous month.

This is true, You are safe when you just click links and visit it but scammer nowadays are improving there ways on phishing users account. They are impersonating legit casino promotion to send it on emails that leaks online. I will take a guess, I think he is trying to say malware that is auto-installed when we click the link.  We can't deny the possibility that aside from redirecting to phishing sites, some advanced malware is also embedded on the link that auto-installs when clicked.  Kaspersky or other anti-virus and Malwarebytes often detect this kind of malicious website which is why having an anti-virus/malware installed on our pc is needed. to block this kind of malicious attempt.  But of course, phishing sites unless reported can't be detected by this anti-malware software, so double checking as you stated is highly advised.

Wait a minute, what are you saying exactly? 
Virus is just a code, not some physical device or evil microchip that steals information, and you can't get computer infected like that without installing.
Phishing link is not a virus, you just get fake website and you give them personal information yourself if you are not careful.
