Very disappointing match for the Welsh fans so far. I desperately want Gareth Bale's team to win a match in the world cup, but Iranian defense is putting up very stiff resistance. Wales has more than 2/3rd ball possession till now, but so far they have been unable to breach the Iranian defenses. We are well in to the second half and both the teams haven't scored a goal till now. If Iran loses today, then they are out of the world cup. For Wales, whether they will progress to the PQF stage or not will depend upon the outcome of their match against England.

I am actually very surprised how this match is going so far. I expected that Wales would be the totally dominant team in this match and that they would have not that big of a problem to win it. As of now though it is kinda the opposite. For me Iran is the better team so far and they had 2 huge chances to score at the beginning of the second half but they hit the post 2 times within like 10 seconds or so. Therefore i would say that Wales can be even lucky that it is still 0-0 now in the 80th minute. I don't have the numbers in my head now but i think if Wales will not win today then they definitely win their last game against England, which will be hard.

Qatar were never going to qualify, i feel they may even be eliminated with no points and no goals. Senegal are a strong team, and they deserved at least a point in their first game against Netherlands, they held on for a very long time, until the 84th minute, and then they lost it all and conceded two goals. I expect Senegal to correct their mistakes and beat Qatar today, that will leave them on three points, and if Netherlands beat Ecuador later today, then the final group game between Ecuador and Senegal will be a deciding game, the match that will decide who will join Netherlands in the quarter final. But a lot of things can happen differently, but on paper it is expected to play out like this.

Qatar greatest achievement, is that they hosted the world cup, they will not qualify from the group stage. They just want to prove that they participated with a goal. Definitely they will score a goal in this world.  Senalga has to be be serious and get a win in this match today. If they draw against Qatar it will be difficult for them to get to the knockout stage. I believe that senagal will win Qatar by 2goals to 1.
Then , Netherland vs Ecuador game. This match will end in a draw, i don't see Netherland beating Ecuador easily, it will be a rough game for both team.

It will be more interesting to see how Germany and Argentina will play there second game after a first match defeat. Today Qatar will take on Senegal, Qatar need to play like saudia Arab and Japan in there second game to keep the tournament alive for the home country.

it looks like Qatar is only ready as a host but not ready and mature to face clubs from countries in this world cup, they don't attack well, hopefully they learn from their first match yesterday which lost to ecuador, at least improve and work hard as much as they can for the match against senegal in the coming hours, even though we know senegal is not an easy opponent, but in the world cup that is impossible can become possible

Watching today's game I was forced to say that Iran v Wales might be a draw but the drama changed with three minutes to go.  Just dramatically, Iran created a miracle in the match by scoring two consecutive goals.

So we start in my opinion the day with a surprise result and I think the goals came from that red card.I had bet on draw no bet on Wales and I was hoping for a draw as a minimum so I could have taken my money back.Now Iran with this victory is going to have a hell of a clash with the USA,it will be very interesting to see how these two countries with big hostilities in real life toward each other will behave in the field.Maybe Iran for the first time will pass the group stages if they manage to beat USA.

Wales played even worse in the second half than in the first. I thought they could win, but the match commentator made an interesting point about Wales not winning a World Cup match in the last 60 years. They've either lost or drawn. That's a huge statistic and speaks volumes. And Iran played much better today and had more opportunities.

I think that the match between England and USA because both teams showed really good play in their first games. Especially England with the 6-2 win over Iran. I'm curious how will Qatar play today against Senegal. If both teams play the way they did in their first games, it should be an easy win for Senegal.

However Qatar is nowhere near ahead against Senegal if their first game is against Ecuador to compare. Qatar would have lost if their form had never looked good but who would have thought because a surprise is something we never know like Wales vs Iran which just ended for a 2-0 Iran win.

I've watched every world cup match so far, and after the 1st round I have some thoughts:

Of course Japan and Saudi Arabia were the biggest surprises and I don't have to point this again, but Canada surprised me with a pretty good match against Belgium and I was amazed how they play against a stronger team.
Belgium is not a medium team, it is almost a favorite, and Canada have real chances to win, Belgium only won because of Courtois.
I hope Canada classify to next round, they are deserving

I think Argentina can classify in their group, but Germany don't

Brazil, France, Spain and Netherlands showed why they are favorites, followed by England and Portugal.

I'll keep my bet on Brazil, but I have some doubts about Argentina

I don't agree about Netherlands. It's true that they won against Senegal, but it wasn't an easy victory. They scored those two goals in the end of the game and it could have easily finished a draw.

Iran successfully conquered Wales in the final minutes of the match, of course it was very, very painful for Wales in tonight's match, because they were mired in the lowest position, and it seemed impossible for Wales to qualify for the next round, because they will meet England in the next match, and Iran have a chance to qualify for the next round, if they win or draw against the USA, they will be sure to qualify for the next round, the competition in group B is really very fierce to watch.

Iran didn't win because of red card they deserved to win this game because of their game, they played brilliantly today and fearlessly ,Wales was not playing good at all they seems to be out of track many times.

At the start of the match iran looked like they would be able to maintain this tie in defense until the end. Iran has spread over wales throughout the match one attack after another at the scheduled time of the match, bhagyadevi was not helping Iran at all. Iran's two shots hit the goal post and came back but keep your attack and wait until the end of the match. Iran secured the victory by scoring two goals in the 8th and 11th minutes of extra time.

So that's the problem, and if I'm asked when is the best time to place a bet then I think it's during the match especially for the World Cup match. The simple reason is because many matches are difficult to predict, including the Brazil vs Serbia match yesterday. Brazil was feared not to win after the first half ended goalless, but in the second half Brazil managed to score 2 goals for its victory.

For Qatar vs Senegal I think Qatar will change a little compared to the first match. Qatar will probably try to calm the match by appearing brave to attack during the match. If they play brave like that then I believe there will be opportunities to score instead of total defending and throwing occasional counter attacks.

The Iranians showed that they wanted the win the more in the second half knowing that their survival in this competition depended on it, and cheers to their fighting spirit, they got the win. In the final minutes of the game they knew they had to take advantage of their one man advantage on the field over Wales, and the two goals they got in that heat is proof that they went all out for it.

since goalkeeper Wayne got a red card in the last minute it made Wales' confidence decrease and in a short time in extra time iran was able to score 2 goals in this match, fortunately I bet on iran so they can win this match, iran's victory put iran in 2nd place in the group B and other matches England are likely to easily win the game against the United States

The match today Qatar vs. Senegal is KO Game. This Team were lost the game is out of the World Cup. Both teams are without a point so far and Qatar have not shot on the goal in the first game.... unbelievable. In the group A you can't go in the next round with only 3 points, so if Qatar loses today, then the host is out as first. The 3th matchday on 29.11. (last in the gourp): Ecuador vs Senegal & Netherlands vs Qatar.

Qatar will almost be not qualified so their achieve is attempts not to finish at the bottom of standings group so they will attempts to gets 3 points from Senegal although this is hard because in my opinion although Senegal lose from Netherlands in the first match but they can able to playing well but indeed Senegal cannot playing consistent in this tournament and this might be can be utilized by Qatar to earn points from this match but Senegal also do not want to ended this tournament without a single point so my prediction is this match will be tight and whoever the winner of this match probably will ended with slim score and for betting options under 2.5 goals might be good
