Well they deserved it for sure. I think the early goal messed up their plan but they really did well for most part of the game. They needed to contain Mbappe's run but no one matched to him today. It would be interesting to see how Scaloni will plan to contain Mbappe in finals.

Today Morocco also had some close shots but France defence were very alert and Lloris also pulled off some crazy saves. Good game from both teams, still heartbreak for Morocco but they will definitely get a huge confidence with how they played in the tournament so far to reach the semifinal stage.

France managed to beat the best defensive team of the tournament with a clear score. In the first goal, El Yamiq made an individual mistake. In the second goal, the ball was in front of Kolo due to luck. In fact, small details determined the outcome of the match, but France managed to keep the pace of the game throughout the match. They won the match because of their experience. In such critical matches, the more experienced team usually wins. France continued this tradition tonight.

The final match will be the scene of a nice matchup. Messi at the end of his career and Mbappe at the beginning of his career will face off in a final match that will be remembered years later. Despite all their shortcomings, if France win, I think it would be a great result for them, because they came to this tournament with a lot of shortcomings.

I always feel like betting on the favorite to score is such poor odds.  People tend to bet Messi, mbappe, etc which skews the odds in the wrong favor.  I haven't found it but I wish I could bet the other way betting that those individuals don't score.  Either way the final is shaping up to be a great show.  Will we see Messi bring it home or mbappe added to his already historic start to a career.

Thank you Morocco for trying their best to stay strong during the match. The players have shown great determination and this time they were not as lucky as the previous matches against Portugal and Spain. I admit that France is the best over Morocco, but Morocco had several goal chances which all failed due to Lloris' good form. Congratulations to France for getting to the final.

And in the end, Argentina vs France will play in the Qatar 2022 World Cup final. It will be very interesting to see the two PSG strikers appear in the final for the defend of their respective countries. Will Messi win his first World Cup title, or maybe it will be Mbappe who will lift his second World Cup trophy. Interesting.

Yeah, they had a lot of opportunities but I just don't understand why they were unable to get even 1 goal through, it seems to me they weren't relaxed, and the second goal they conceded was majorly out of carelessness, they left spaces wide open and mbape being so fast took the chance and turned it into a goal, it was so sad watching France second that second goal.
Morocco have done their best, though they didn't make it to the finals, making it to the semi finals was already a good achievement for them, it is their first, just that alot of people expected them to make it to the finals since they were already here, but like you said, it seems luck was in indeed not on their side.
I wish them better luck in the next world cup, and a big congratulations to France and their supporters, and so good luck to them battling it out with Argentina in the finals.

Actually people expected a different game but Theo Hernandez scored very early and France didn't have to attack much. They gave the ball to Morocco and that blew Regragui's plans. Morocco normally defend but this time they saw their own strategy against themselves. Even though second goal came late France never looked like they lose this game. They didn't have the ball but they had the control of the game. We also saw experience difference. Morocco had good attacking players like Ziyech, En Nesyri and Amrabat but they couldn't score. Morocco conceded only one goal until this game and they conceded two today, when you conceded two goals from France basically you had no chance left.
Congrats to France, they deserved this final. It's not easy to make it to finals back to back, they made a rare achievement. We'll see what happens in the final this weekend.

Yep, now there will be a battle of the mastadons, Messi vs Mbappe, who everyone has been considering as the best player in the world at the moment. I think even if France win the world cup, Mbappe will get the golden ball 100%. But it's still a long way off, they need to win the final... The match will be unbelievable, two really strong teams and I don't even have a clue who might win.

Not actually as sad as you have said. They played very well against France which many people including myself didn't believe. The luck of goal wasn't in their side. I also didn't expect them to be pressuring for goals if not for the early goal they conceived. They would have continued with their all.attack all defence method of playing
