FIFA rank don't mean everytime because sometimes the lowest rank can beat upper ranks and the odds for England was @1.36 and recently i had bet too for them because so far this is the safest bet for this match but i am quite worried about England recent performance because on Nation League they had spend 6 matches without the winning results so i hopes England previous matches results won't any effect for their performance in this tournament and England can able to bounce back through this match and return to winning track however Iran has 3 consecutive no lose and one of the important result is they can able to win from Uruguay so apparently they could be strong opponent for England
