Regardless of how most people think that Saudi Arabia is playing quite boring, I feel that it is indeed difficult for them to play openly against a team of Argentina's caliber which is very much the favorite, so carrying out a defensive scheme like this is definitely something that is really good to do.

The most impressive part of the match was the offside trap which was carried out by Saudi Arabia which was very effective for an opponent who has speed in attack like Argentina. In the first half, Argentina scored a lot of goals but unfortunately all of them were offside. so it doesn't count. Saudi Arabia is aware of the weakness in their own team. namely the weakness in the defense of Saudi Arabia which will be easily passed by Argentina (just like in a training match). and the only way to cover this weakness is to set an offside trap. and saudi arabia did it. but there is a luck factor too in this game. like in the second half, Argentina almost always almost broke into the Saudi Arabia goal but always failed. even when the goalkeeper was fooled, it turned out that one of the Arab players managed to hold the ball. I didn't like Poland's performance even a bit. They were the underdog according to bookmakers maybe but I was still expecting a decent effort by them. There was just only one shot on target by Poland. Lewandowski missed a penalty and maybe they missed a big chance to get a win against Mexico. Argentina needed a win against Saudi Arabia to advance to the next round. Everyone's confidence in Argentina has gone down a bit after losing this match. Croatia is definitely the favorite today, they play phenomenal football, were excellent in the League of Nations and showed that they are ready for the World Cup. I would not underestimate Morocco, they are also undefeated in the last 5 games, but now they will have to play against much stronger teams and if they want something more, they will have to make a lot of effort.

I played for Croatia to win & both teams to score at x4.9. I think it's possible to see 1:2 or 1:3... not even bad to try to bet on the correct score.

Very nice game of Saudi Arabia yesterday, luckily I only bet on England and France so far. Argentina was one of the countries where I would expect more from them. Today with group E & F matches the are some more good games to bet on. First with Morocco vs Croatia that should go in favour of Crotia, but I am passing on the match. More interesting is Germany vs Japan, that should be a sure win for Germany. Then Spain vs Costa Rica seems a pretty one sided game for Spain. And then last match should Belgium beat Canada. I will place small bets on these three games for today. Just going for outright wins and not placing on particular scores as I am a bit afraid for the number of goals we have seen so far. With France getting 4 and England 6, these where hard scores to predict. Right now it's all about building a higher bankroll for the semi and quarter finals to place some more risky bets.
