TFF is moving to the new application. After the removal of the U19 League, the Reserve League is coming. Reserve League matches will be held with the participation of 19 clubs in the Super League. It will be organized according to the Super League fixtures and to be played on the same day as Team A matches. The aim here is that the players who can not play many matches in the A team play in the Reserve league. A silly decision in my opinion. Because the player, who can not find a place in the squad, works harder to get into the squad and keeps his condition ready. If the player is going to play in the Reserve league, he will not be able to play in the Super League when he needs the A team.

I think this is good application which was borrowed from European leagues. I see why some people like you, find it silly. But let me explain, imagine a young player who never finds a chance in main league. Now he will play in reserve league which will be more competitive than proper youth leagues. So he can compete with olders as well.
And for older players that always stay in reserves: They will build condition through reserve league.
These are reasons why I believe it is good idea.

Beşiktaş are about to sign a 1+1 year contract with Cenk Tosun. Cenk Tosun experienced unfortunate injuries in England. That's why his English Premier League career was not so bright. It looks like Christian Fassnacht transfer would be unlikely. Young Boys want 4 million Euro while Beşiktaş offer only half of it. Fassnacht would be a great addition as he can play in every position in midfield. But Beşiktaş won't give 4 million to any player under this economic circumstances. Fassnacht only played in Switzerland and he didn't see any matches in more competitive leagues so that's a question mark on him. Beşiktaş can't gamble on players, they need a direct positive contributor to game. He is in his prime age and he should show his top performance. It will be a nice transfer if Young Boys agree to reduce the transfer fee.
