Galatasaray will face at Salernitana at tonight. Galatasaray's starting XI against Pardubice: Okan, Dubois, Metehan, Abdülkerim, Kazımcan, Taylan, Barış Alper Yılmaz, Cicaldau, Oğulcan, Emre Kılınç, Seferovic. SUBS: Berk, Jankat, Omar, Ömer, Nelsson, Luyindama, Ali Turap, Moruţan, Berkan, Beknaz, Baran, Hamza, Efe, Gomis. Galatasaray next match will be played on Sunday July 31 with Fiorentina. I am not curious about the performance of young players this time. Because my comment hit Galatasaray badly last match and Emin Bayram was injured.

Am going to give Salernitana a win in this match because Galatasaray's last performance was poor. Galatasaray's starting Xl is ok but they still lack that killer pass in the finishing touches, I expected Gala's coach  to get more players to the squad now that the transfer window is still open and he has more reason to do so now that Emin is sidelined due to an injury.

Salernitana is a very difficult team to play against despite that it's a friendly game so we expect Galatasary to improve in tonight's game against Salernitana before preparing to play against Fiorentina in their next game on Sunday the 31st of July.

Seferovic scored 1 goal at the match yesterday. The match ended at 1-1 draw. Two matches ago, Emin Bayram was injured and I was very sad for him. But there was an opportunity for Metehan and he was playing well. I liked Hamza Akman's performance again yesterday. Also Özgür Baran Aksaka should be given more opportunities by coach.

Beşiktaş sent away Domagoj Vida. I think he was not bad player though Turkish teams love to renew many positions starting with strikers and defenders so he became one of losers in this transfer window. So I think stopper/defenders will be Romain Saiss (new transfer) and Welinton. I think it seems ok for a start. I cannot wait to see whole new Beşiktaş next week. Weghorst may surprise me and many people even in his first match. He is the most valuable new player in the league right now.

We are quite close to the beginning of the season now. For now my biggest favourite teams for the title are Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor. The reason why I include Fenerbahce in this is that I expect Jorge Jesus to do a good work with the team. They have already made a nice start against Dynamo Kiev even though the match ended up with a 0-0 draw. When it comes to Trabzonspor they are already the last champions in the league so the expectations from them will be big again.

Both teams are doing good, specially Fenerbahçe because they are going to play their second leg game against Dyn. Kyiv with first was ended in a 0 - 0 draw, a good opportunity for them to have their spot into group stage of Champions League. I am expecting good result from them in this tomorrow game with most chances they will advance into next round where they are going to play against Sturm Graz but win is must for them in tomorrow game if they want to be against this team.

Their form is good, and now they are also having few good players those can give them success and with this they have some good hopes for staying into Champions League hunt.

It was a really unfortunate match for Fenerbahce and they have been eliminated from the Champions League. However they are continuing on their road by the Europa League qualifiers. Their opponent is already known as well: Slovacko. I hope that they can continue to represent our country well there. However their being out of the Champions League isn't going to be good for our country coefficient. But if they still manage to be successful in the Europa League they can make up for it.

Right now, decline in quality is a big issue for Turkish League because they are not competing with average sides in Europe, and they can go down if they fail to bring themselves into good position in near future. I was expecting good fight from them, but they do good but fail to score goals which is surely not good in these competitions with not converting penalties are also having another problem.

Now after exiting from Champions League they need to go through in Europa Cup which is also good platform for them and from here they can do positive change for having good results in near future hopefully in next few days we will have good news about new striker which is badly missing right now.

He was one of the great defenders in Turkish league but he is older now and he can't get same wages he used to get. That's why Beşiktaş released him, he was the top earner of all defenders. Also he had a lot of errors in his last matches, Beşiktaş need a more reliable defender now.
Fun thing is we saw news today that Vida is robbed in his hometown and his transfer to AEK is delayed. He just lost 600k Euro worth of goods to thieves. Feels bad. He will go to Athens to sign his new contract with his new club soon.

I hear from the news that Vida was looking for more money. When a club in turkey has to deal with euros, which is like 20 or something lira per euro, that means even a 500k increase on a salary would mean like 10 million more in lira. This is why I understand why they wanted to go with another route and not have Vida anymore. If that was the case, then I think it was a reasonable case and it was the right call to send him away.

Besiktas can always replace Vida, not because he was a bad player, but because he became too expensive, if any other reason then we need to hear the reason. Also MLS team LAFC paid 1.3 million dollars for Bale, why didn't Bale went to any other European club? I thought Turkish teams were VERY interested since he became too cheap.

He was on loan at Udinese last season and played in 15 games in the Serie A. He scored 2 goals as well. He isn't an important player for Arsenal now so this transfer wouldn't be much hard for Fenerbahce. However we don't know if he can play strongly as Kim Min-jae.

Of course it would be nice to sign a player from Arsenal. But he is not a good player to fill the place of the player who left the team. However, Fenerbahçe needs a good player to play in this position, it would be good to add a player that Arsenal will not care much about anymore.

I read these days in a speculation that Ali Akman, Fredrik Midtsjö and Evander were on Galatasaray's agenda. If this transfer takes place, Galatasaray will pay 6.5 million euros to Midtjylland for Evander. And if this transfer takes place, Galatasaray will pay 3.5 million euros to AZ Alkmaar for Fredrik Midtsjö.

Actually there is nothing more than strikers in Fenerbahçe's squad right now.    However none of them seems too impressive to me. I don't know if they are thinking of signing another striker soon. But if they do then this striker should be a really qualified one to add a big strength to the team. If it is going to be a similar striker to the ones in the team then they shouldn't bother going for anyone. On the other hand, they have already added King and Pedro so it is doubtful if they sign a striker again.

Pablo Mari is still doing pretty well in the 2020/2021 season but due to injuries and Ben White he doesn't really have a place at Arsenal and even though he was loaned to Udinese in the second half of the season and has returned he's still not included in Arteta's plans. Obviously this is a good opportunity to hijack this player but maybe in this case Fenerbahce might have to pay a little extra because if I'm not mistaken Milan are also linked with this player.

One week left until the start of the league. The league starts next weekend. Teams are still playing friendly matches, but I don't see a team that is ready. Again, we can see surprising results in the first weeks of the league. You have to bet accordingly. There will be weeks where the favorites lose points. It's very difficult to predict which Anatolian club will make a good start this year. But every year a club makes such a successful debut. There are too many İstanbul clubs in the league this season. It means less travel for teams in that region. Players will be less tired, sometimes staying at home before away games. Instead of camping, this type will have advantages. It's debatable whether this will contribute in the field though.

It is really very early to start the league in Turkey. Even in the north of the country, temperatures are very high and it is quite humid everywhere. It is too hard to play a decent game. Season could start at least 3 weeks later, in my opinion. Even Istanbul is too hot for even 21:45 games. And I agree with what you have written, no team seems ready now. We will probably see very unexpected results indeed. I don't expect much from the big three also. First 8-10 weeks will be quite unexpected. And big teams need more transfers now. But in this economic situation, it will be very hard for every team.

Yeah, right now things are not good for start of this season but sadly all leagues are going to have early start of this season due to Qatar world cup which is going to play in November and December, so they want to adjust their time as well which is also very important for them. I was watching few games which are happening in different countries and feeling it's still hot and players are feeling problem due to this all, but they have to settle this for this season and next season could be again on usual time and all will be able to have their best.

In last two seasons we have too many difficulties for many clubs even top ranked clubs are also suffering with economic situation and world is also suffering badly due to Russia, Ukraine conflict which is having big impact on all clubs hopefully we will be in better position in next season.

Yes, they did a great job against BATE Borisov, 5 goals without a goal (on aggregate). In the next round they will compete against a club from Switzerland (Vaduz). It makes sense that they would not lose a single point in the early matches of the turkish super league match.

As we've seen from friendlies Beşiktaş is not ready at all. Goal problem is going on, Weghorst didn't show himself yet. Goalkeeper problem is going on, Ersin is not here mentally. Conceding a goal from the midfield shows a lack of concentration. The team is having a hard time creating positions on attack. We are in worse shape than last year. Batshuayi was at least getting into position, even though his goal conversion rate was very low. Weghorst can't do that either. It would be best if Emirhan İlkhan left. Although the transfer fee is low, it's not easy to earn more money than him. He is very weak physically, he has difficulties even in the Turkish league. If the Italians want him, then let him go.

Beşiktaş performed poorly in the first half against Sampdoria... The visiting team Sampdoria are playing boring like a classic Italian team.
