Lazar Markovic was a promising winger actually when he was young. People had big hopes about him but he couldn't improve his game much and he is a disappointment now unfortunately. He played for Fenerbahce as well in the past but couldn't shine there too. Now at the age of 28, he is back in the Turkish Super League to play for Gaziantep FK. To tell the truth I don't have big expectations from him. I expect him to have an average season or maybe it can be lower as he hasn't been performing well.

With the age of just 28 and having big setbacks mean now he is already going to below then average player but now coming back in Turkey and having chance at Gaziantep FK can bring both sides of his career more down and having good future now this all depends on him how he is going to turn this because as he is dropped from Fulham mean his future is already dead in this game and if he wants to restart than give his 100% or just leave this all for any other better work because he already lost his best age in this without any good result just a big disaster which is going to more deepen if he is not going to change things for himself.

Maybe he will end up playing worse and could end up not being valuable like this as well, or gets injured and that is why its a big risk. Of course its not going to end up a sure thing but it could be a good amount of profit if they end up with a big chance to win in the end. Lets hope that it gets better but I would still sell him anyway, would be a lot quicker result at least.

The score 0-0 at home when Champions League qualification was still not very good for them but there is still a chance now and indeed it would be better if they won.

There are many  players like this both in football and I have seen them in basketball as well. I remember Andrew Bynum as the biggest example, dude went head to head with Shaq back in the day and that caused everyone to consider him as "better shaq" for a while as well, of course it was just a silly move but he was seriously good that's true.

In the end, we are talking about Bynum being out of the league and retired before he was even 30. That's why I think it could be something close to it, Markovic could be a player that "once" was a good player, but he is not one right now and I do not think that he could turn things around this year, he doesn't seem to do that well last year, why suddenly become great this year?

Maybe it is a loan deal for Galatasaray but I think that they have done a good job by bringing Haris Seferovic to the team. He is 30 years old and I don't think that it is an old age for him. He performed really great in the 20/21 season by 22 goals in 31 matches. However he wasn't given much chance last season. Galatasaray benefited from the situation well. They needed a proper striker transfer. But I think that Mostafa Mohamed shouldn't have sent from the team. He was a decent striker and they would still be able to allocate a place for him in the team.

When I heard about this transfer, for a second, I was little bit shocked that he just wanted to go instead of just keep playing for Besiktas if he is indeed a Besiktas fan/player. But this was only my initial thought. I of course think that it is both good for him and for Besiktas. He made the Besiktas club earn some money. That is quite good. Of course every good player wants to play in a big team in Europe, that is only natural that he wants to go.

I have to say Galatasaray waited for the new manager and the new president for a while. Now that they handled both of those anyway, that would be something easier now. I personally believe that these transfers are great ones, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't be shocked about the result because they were always doing good transfers here and there in some years, and then do horrible ones later on.

Just 10 years ago this was the team with Burak, Drogba, a prime peak period of Selcuk, Sneijder and so forth. of course it is not going to be the same thing as this year, they are not that good this year, but they are not as bad as last year neither that is the important thing.

It is a very good match for the broadcaster, also extra income for the teams and a good excitement for the fans. Both teams are not ready for the new season yet, but if there is a match, it will be very exciting.

I am also waiting to watch this derby. Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are among the strongest teams in the Super League. However, Galatasaray's performance in the last season was very poor. And if they can't stabilize themselves this season, they will surely lose against Fenerbahce. But the match between these two teams in Super Lig is always exciting.

Right now, it's much-needed publicity for Turkish League because this will bring positive image of this league and peoples will have better understanding about them even I am feeling they need to do this on yearly basis with top four clubs go and play in few countries maybe in early times have some issues or not good response but surely in future this can bring good image and better results for Turkish League which will help them to have more market and players from different countries.

In recent years, they are on decline in quality which is going to be bad for them, hopefully with this they will have better and quality players and positive results in UEFA which will help them for having more revenue.

Marcao's lack of defense is very evident.  They will see this in the friendly matches as well, and they will definitely be transferred to that position.  Maybe they can transfer former player Ozan Kabak.  He can play successful matches in the centre-back position.  Morutan, on the other hand, was transferred with high hopes, and now his rental is on the agenda.

I think Fener and GS are not the strongest anymore to be fair. I think it's a bit less and they are definitely not the "derby" that they used to have. Fener is better now, and maybe they will win this year if they play well, they were doing alright last season, but GS definitely doesn't feel like they are doing fine. They built a better team this year, but that's not going to actually change anything right now, it's going to cause a lot of teams in between these two.

Back when one of them were the champion and the other one was second, we had a good derby, but it's more like 4th vs 11th these days type of situation at any given minute and that's why it will be boring for sure.
