Rocketpot.io refusing/delaying to pay out 170k win.

UPDATE. Tried contacting support to speak with vip manager “Sofia” for an update was told she doesn’t work weekends and was also now told I’ll be updated via email and my case is being reviewed by the “financial manager”. See pic https://imgur.com/a/H049Zy2

As of now, still no payout received from rocketpot.io and they continue to delay…

What you can do here is to wait only and contact them periodically asking them about the progress of your case. The good thing is that they are responding to you at least and also they have not refused to help you till now.

I don't know what will be the outcome of this case but it seems that this might take some time before they come to any conclusion. Keep your finger crossed as the hope is still alive for you.

The only problem for this case, the process time of the withdraw. Even @OP only can withdraw 20K$ every month, as long the withdraw is fast like most casino promotion while they told us "Any withdraw would be process" fast.

I know that nothing can be done in this case, I just think it's ridiculous! And this situation proves it, if there's a limit on withdrawals there should be some limits on max bets too...  in case the casino is working with a low bankroll they need to have some limits. Now they fall into their own trap, and their T&C looks funny... at least in my opinion!

I think they will pay in the end! They confirmed it's a legit win, now they just need to cash you out... they are delaying it for some reasons (lack of funds, maybe in the case of big wins there's some special financial manager review...), whatever reason it is it's a real pain in the ass for sure, especially with this amount of money!

both are a possibility but if they decided to not payout this would only ruin their reputation(at least here in the forum) especially when they already admitted that the winnings were legitimate and no foul play happened. as for the other update you posted, I guess you'll have to wait until Monday.

Still, anything can happen. I hope they do not come out with any new excuse or finding and lead to non-payment of the amount. Delaying the payment means that they are not interested in paying the amount and want to find ways where they can accuse OP of some fraud.
Let's see how they go about it but if they pay out the winning amount to the OP, they will earn a good reputation.

Their terms state all withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours. It’s been over that now since I requested the $6000 withdrawal as I was instructed to do. I was told yesterday by Sofia who’s their vip manager it would be today latest. I’ll be giving reasonable time, but also taking any action necessary asap. With all my proof and evidence and them even agreeing my winnings were legit(see previous update).  Black and white, it looks like rocketpot is further delaying to not pay out what is rightfully mine.

Based on that terms they already cannot keep up with what they are promising, their being absence is questionable although there are no complaints against Rocketpot as far as I know this one is big that it depends on what road they are going to take, will they choose to not pay you and just close or pay and build their reputation as a casino that can fulfill its promise even the amount is huge, it's their decision where they are heading.

There might be complaints before but most of them are fake or doesn't have enough evidence. There's also legit complaints but it was lite and easy to fix while this one here involves a big amount. Still, it was their responsibility to pay whoever wins in a legit way.

I think that before a casino starts, they will first think if they can afford to pay a huge amount if ever someone wins it unless if they are not serious on this business and has an intention to turn into a scam later on but in the event they pay all the op's winnings, it could give them a good impression which can make their sales to skyrocket and they might earn more money later on.

I would suggest that you wait a little bit longer. Although the casino staff promises that withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours, the casino may not always follow through on that promise. In some cases, withdrawals are often not processed for two days or more, but I think it's worth it to wait for a few days. Of course, if you are seeking to get your money as soon as possible, you can try other options, but I personally doubt that they will be very effective.

Normally I would agree, but actions speak louder than words. This is life changing money for not only me, but my family and friends around me. Until I receive any payout, I will continue to press forward. I’m sure you would do the same if you were in my shoes

Of course, anyone will do what you're doing and could be more, you don't walk away on $170k you have a case where you need to keep it up, they made a promise the ball and the update on this case is on them if they refuse payment this will going to be unacceptable to the community, you don't promise something then turn back to what you promise, and its good to know that you filed a complaint in the scam section, that's the right section for your complaint.

Why, I really hate claiming or using "Deposit or some this type promotion". While we are on big win, they are can easily created any reason with this case. Best way always using raw cash, so they're not gonna to questioned the winning money especially from Live Games.

This the major reason why I don't always claim promotions and bonuses, there always have some hidden conditions that will make all your efforts useless when you make a big winning. So the best thing to do when you want to wager a bigger amount for a potential big winning one need to make a personal deposit and should not use bonuses.

So far they have been prolonging this case upon checking the last 2 pages of this thread, and they only 'confirm' that your winnings are legit, but not so much on the discussion of payments. Wait until Monday and let us know what happens. I have a gut feeling that this 'finance manager' would prolong this conversation even further. Or, they may set up a payment plan that works for them without getting busted. Either which way, accept that the answers that you're waiting for will take an extremely long time.

This is the first time that I am hearing about this site thanks to this complaint and I feel that your winnings are as good as gone op after skimming through all of your chats with them.

Any legit crypto gambling site would most probably request KYC and immediately release your winnings after verifying successfully. I guess that they don't have the bankroll to pay such a humungous win which implies that they scammed you.

This basically proves that you only win when your winnings reach your bank account successfully.

Oh I believe they will have to payout what’s rightfully mine. Maybe I’m being optimistic. For those wondering I’ve already done KYC checks with this casino. They’re a licensed casino and I’m prepared to take any means necessary including legal action and taking this to their gaming license directly. I know my winnings are 100% legit and the casino has even confirmed it. Due to their current communication I’ve decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait till Monday before I take further action, but I’m prepared to post this on twitter and any other form of casino forum I can find. If rocketpot honours this payout quickly I believe it will do really good for them in terms of creditably and liability and they can come back on this forum and gain customers knowing they honour big payouts. If rocketpot chooses to not honour the payout I think at this point all their creditably and reputation will be destroyed and in time their casino may even shut down. So in the long term it makes more sense for them to be a liable casino and honour this payout. I just think it’s terrible that when you go through all the scam threads of casinos not paying out, the one common denominator is a big large amount of winnings. Its terrible that some  licensed casinos will delay payments, look for ways to not pay etc…all because it’s a large amount of money. Having to go through this my self and knowing the anxiety its causing me.  It’s heartbreaking that some loyal casino customers have to go through this

Let us hope that the casino will give you a payout and they do care about the reputation that is built here. This is the first issue that they facing here in the forum nothing else. Probably, for now, they are preparing for it, and probably they are a small income casino which is it ios hard for them to payout a big amount. Just a question, have you contacted them already? How did you know that they will pay you on Monday?

 Another good reason to avoiding this promotions that are attractive just in appearance, Is the condition of rollover.. so while you get 100% on your deposit you have to wager this amount habitually at least 30 times and essentially on slot games.. so with a average of ~96% RTP/ (so 4% house edge) for those games, doing the simple calculation give 4×30 = 120%..
 so it is like playing a game with 80% RTP, or you have just 4 chances from 5 to just recover your money.. and even much less to win something... That with just (30x) wagering requirement !
 That's in addition to the time spent on accomplishing...

It doesn't make sense that there is another person going to check everything again after the support already confirmed your winnings are legit. If Sofia says it's up to the Finance manager now then the problem is probably about the availability of money or the absence of people who should authorize the release of payment.

This seems like the right path of action, it made sense to at first post in this section of the forum as the OP could have been paid his winnings relatively quickly and it would have been a mistake to create the scam accusation directly, but since he has not being paid despite the fact that everything seems to be fine then he needs to increase the pressure on that casino, I hope he gets paid but my intuition is telling me something is not right and the casino is just delaying things up until they find a way to refuse to pay him.

Do you think having a financial manager can make the casino pay him is money. This is really crazy looking at the way some casinos can be deceitful when they give bonus to their customers. Winning bets with bonuses do not always have a guarantee because their are restrictions to the fund won through it. I have seen many unpaid bets that are won through bonuses and the gamblers always go away with complains about not getting paid. Since this is bonus then it's not real money.
