Actually, just post all the necessary evidence and follow the format, for sure if the community finds it substantial, you will get the help you deserve.

How you can prove those people who said duelbit steal or not pay their money is genuine users? It's easy to create new accounts on those dumb reviews site and I leave a reply whatever I want.

I don't believe Duelbits is a scam casino, moreover Hhampuz already take an action to address this issue to Duelbits which I think they're already working about this accusation. I can't blame which one is wrong here, but my personal comment about Duelbits is they're a trusted casino that I know.

That's not "normal". If his funds got frozen the moment he hit it big then they're up to no good. That's shady moves by duelbits, maybe instead of protecting crypto casinos which are known for all sorts of shady moves call them out on their shit so this guy gets his money.

When you observe the system you have to know that many people is communicating here in order to complete their post quota and especially in gambling section. Some comments here lack reasons and when reading you will become confused for some comments. At times i began ti ask if the some people reason before typing any letter from their keyboard. Since Trustpilot has no intention to verify any of the reviews, anyone can post nonsensical allegations there without any proof. Of course, some reviews may be genuine, but others might be fake, so it's difficult to distinguish between them. As an example, take 1xBit. Their TrustPilot profile shows over 55% five-star reviews. Can you believe that?

But now there's a compliment, in my opinion there are many reason why duelbits do that. Maybe the OP break their TOs or maybe the duelbits team or admins have a suspicious of his account.

Duelbits is a great site for years now, and this case is already under investigation. This may take longer since Duelbits will look for their best reason to hold this account, and if they are wrong hopefully they can give something in return to OP for experiencing this unfortunate problem. If OP violates the TOS of Duelbits, its better for two parties to talk privately, but I think OP has a legit claims here, let’s just see and wait for the next announcement of Duelbits regarding this case.

I was surprised to see this accusation against duelbits a well-established casino, and that make me want to make some further investigation on duelbit only to find out that this user already made a thread on scam against another casino which makes it hard to understand unless this user post more convincing evidence against both sites to attract the right judgement.

For the sake of their reputation, they should have to, they should protect themselves from this issue and should be fixed as soon as possible because this will probably start their reputation will be down. I brought this thread up to my contact at Duelbits and they've told me they're aware of this and will be in contact with the player when a conclusion about this case is made.

Anyone from any of my campaigns who posts in this thread asking if Duelbits knows about this or just some other general nonsense post that doesn't add anything to the thread - your post will not count in your weekly requirement.

I am also very disappointed with duelbits, they removed my sports bonuses and limited my account, for no particular reason. I have not been profitable either, I play bets on matches from time to time, I do not recommend playing sports here, See if you play casino and are on loss you won't have any problems right? In your case, Duelbits apparently considered your actions suspicious, but why don't they directly talk about it, why risk your reputation for $16k.

This is actually kinda disappointing given the track record of Duelbits. I personally recommended this casino to most gamblers as its UI and games were properly managed; not to mention, they have an active campaign signature with an excellent campaign manager.

With that being said, $16,000 is a lot of money but I really doubt that they will risk ruining their reputation with that amount. With years and years of brand building, this kind of delay can literally cost them their whole business if not settled within the time. OP, continue to provide us with information regarding your case and if duelbits have already unlocked your funds.

Duelbits are aware of the situation with op's issue and yet they still didn't provide any reason why op's account is on hold even 5 days later starting from the day this thread is posted op updated us that the withdraw is still on processing. I wonder if duelbits will give a compensation for that is a long time to wait for your funds to get withdrawn from duelbits. I'm sure that those who have a review site that is unbiased when giving reviews will and found out about this will surely add it on pros and cons.

If there is a constant dialogue with representatives of duelbits, then your problem is under consideration and then you just need to be patient, all these issues that relate to payments are not going as fast as we want.

I wonder what you're going to expect in this thread while duelbits already know this case and promise to inform you when their investigation already completed? No one can do anything except duelbits itself.

If you think duelbits is scam, you can leave a negative feedback and create flag type 3 on duelbits representative account duelbits then copy paste the flag link and ask any users to support your flag.

Though you still didn't get your money back after doing this, but that's the only way to mark a scam casino in this forum, administrator or moderators wouldn't do anything.

Has this case actually taken 22 days with no resolve? If so, does everyone think that's ok? Seems a bit long IMO. I don't mind a site taking a few days to complete an extended check on a person but a few weeks is ridiculous.

@Hhampuz I know you have contacted your duelbits rep, could you please ask them what the hold up is? I know it's not your job to do so, just asking if it's possible to speed them up.
