Has this case actually taken 22 days with no resolve? If so, does everyone think that's ok? Seems a bit long IMO. I don't mind a site taking a few days to complete an extended check on a person but a few weeks is ridiculous.

@Hhampuz I know you have contacted your duelbits rep, could you please ask them what the hold up is? I know it's not your job to do so, just asking if it's possible to speed them up.

If Duelbits still hasn't paid then it seems to me that only one thing is possible and they are still investigating the validity of this player and his activities. A site like Duelbits has a huge amount of capital, 16,000 USD is a relatively small amount for this site. I do agree with you that it shouldn't take that long, but the most important thing in the end is of course that you get your money and Duelbits has always solved all issues so far without any problems.

All cases related to money, and especially the amounts that are large for us, are very emotional. Unfortunately, the most common period for the comapny to resolve the complaint is 30 days. There may also be a provision in the regulations that this period may be longer, even 3 months, here, as far as I know, there is no such provision. As long as you don't get an official reply, the case is pending and unfortunately all you can do is be patient. I think you will get an answer any day now.

I'm really sorry for what is happening with you but since you are keeping in touch with them and they say that they will back to you then nothing you can do except waiting. I know you have been waiting for over 3 weeks, I think it is because you play 3rd party games and if anything need to be checked then the provider is the one who is checking it. It seems that duelbits is also waiting for the confirmation from the provider about your case. Hope your case will be resolved as soon as possible.

I really just hope that they will speed up the investigation because I experienced same situation with OP for holding my account and it’s really frustrating if you can’t get an update even for a day.

what exactly are they investigating? Haven't they told you what they suspect you have done? because it doesn't make sense that they are taking so long to give the results of the investigation they are doing. usually casinos when someone wins a lot of money this casino withholds funds from the person to investigate (well I don't know why they do that I just have to believe what they say) but in your case we are not talking about a large amount for a duelbits.com level casino that's why it doesn't make sense to take so long to solve your case

AFAIK, it's ok to use VPN there as long as that's only for accessing and no other activities that you'll get involved in but only for playing. What's with this problem now? Have they contacted you?
It's going 1 month right now and no resolution yet from them? I know that they're reputable and a good casino but they shouldn't really let an issue like this long. Hopefully, you'll get your money and they'll be done with their verification, investigation and any process that they are about to do just to release and check your fund.

On the duelbits.com website, their ToS has a lot of restrictions about the countries from which you can play (probably this is the first time I see such a detailed list)

There are even country-specific restrictions for specific games. Have you checked carefully that any of the games you played are not restricted in your country?

It is the 10th day since OP have posted about the issue he have encountered with Duelbits. By now he could've got his problem resolved. Op is active in the discussion and he haven't mentioned anything positive on his side regarding the issue. AFAIK, it's ok to use VPN there as long as that's only for accessing and no other activities that you'll get involved in but only for playing. What's with this problem now? Have they contacted you?
It's going 1 month right now and no resolution yet from them? I know that they're reputable and a good casino but they shouldn't really let an issue like this long. Hopefully, you'll get your money and they'll be done with their verification, investigation and any process that they are about to do just to release and check your fund.
