Trying to justify the new signings by shifting old ones deep to accommodate Cunha, Mbeumo and Seskos in attack. Bruno should be playing behind the striker with his passing and shooting abilities not deep in the middle.

I still have my Palmer in the squad and I am thinking of selling and going for Bruno Fernandez and also looking to upgrade one of strikers to wood as Ekitike seems more costly.

Nobody is going to buy Amad in FPL if he cannot even get into the goalscoring positions to shoot like in that Southampton game.

Sadly I have him instead of my initially draft which had Ismaila sarr in it. I will have to stick with him for the Burnley game and then go back to Ismaila Sarr

I have had to lose points for the sake of trying to correct my mistakes from GW1. What an expensive error I had with Bamford. Had he been allowed to play, I am sure I would have added some points but I did not know the manager informed him he was not in his plans and would be sold. That was not the only one, I had other players to replace. I lost points but am happy with the current selection.

I watch every game (if I can) and make transfers during the game if I am unhappy with the player. No time to play around!

There is famous FPL saying about captaincy that when in doubt, give it to Salah, and that was what I did in the first two weeks and it paid off partially, but this time I’m moving differently not because I don’t Salah, instead because I wanted something different. I went with Bruno Fernandes, I’m not sure how popular he’d be for captain this but I hope it will be worth it for me.

Eh! Really lucky I made early transfers and saved days ago. Wanted to come in and make 1 transfer, and saw the deadline had passed. Was almost so certain kickoff was in 3 hours but it's actually just 30 mins away. Funny how brain works, hope it counts for me that Bowen is still in my squad eh heh.

Not too concerned right now but just want to learn a bit about it this season. I think the past seasons I end up with squad of lower value than when I first bought. Heh.

I use this site... yes it is a bit inaccurate... because when I sold Areola the price change happened a day later than what this site predicted (imagine my first transfer was made in favor of a reserve goalkeeper).

I just signed up. A huge load of stats for me and apparently Bowen is a huge differential for me (hahahaha). Bowen according to that is only 22% progress to a drop (I'm assuming like I've seen before 100% means the drop happens) so I'm "safe".

Not sure I like that the first 2 pages of players on upward trends are not in my squad. But I guess I can't just base everything on price.

I bit the bullet and did this, now the question is captaining him or not...

I cancelled mine and went with Palmer to Bruno instead - Mateta GW4 and GW5 fixtures are too good to sacrifice him for Wood( both good fixtures anyway)

Bruno, blood on your hands today if you fail to match Pedro's points ( swapped captaincy last minute)

I had no intention of leaving my captaincy with M. Salah in this GW, I hope I’m wrong and my not having to take it off him due to time limit pays off in the end. It would be Liverpool’s first big game, hope the injury to Saka and Odegaard could mean a great deal else, I don’t find a lot of goals coming from this fixture and mostly, not from M. Salah. Richarlison would have made a much better captain this GW3, I have good feelings about him in the Spurs Vs Bournemouth fixture.

I was happy for the penalty and thought J. Pedro was going to take it then I saw fucking Enzo holding the ball. He's a midfielder, what's he looking for goals for? Give that ball to J. Pedro to build up more confidence. I Capital J. Pedro and still couldn't get more points than he gave me last game week all because of Enzo taking that penalty. Dude is already on an assist and still want goals.

I benchboosted, liked Konsa and Dewsbury's fixtures too much not to. Konsa is yet to play but Dewsbury got me a nice 12 points.

With Bruno as a captain and his late penalty goal, I should be in contention for the best score in the league. What a stupid way to lose the game for Burnley.

I had 2 free transfers accumulated and replaced Palmer - Guiu with Kudus - Wood. However Kudus had a really poor day.   

But I've bigger hopes about Wood. He is vs West Ham and you know how bad their defense is now.

Great job by Fernandes! Happy about making him my captain. And I wish Dewsbury-Hall was my 1st option on the bench instead of 2nd. I made a huge mistake there.

I thought I was going to be the only on that decision to captain Bruno Fernandes in our mini league at least, lol. I'm not going to rejoice, until Salah plays and then I'll know whether I'll rant or praise my instinct of going with him.

The only reason why I'm not angry about wasting a transfer on Semenyo for this GW is because I brought him in for an injured Palmer, while my two Tottenham defense didn't work out today, but Tosin does make up a bit for it with a cleansheet and DC points.

I went -4 to get both Semenyo and Richarlison - but it's a decision for the next few GW's.

Both look in really good form to me - and I think in the short term they outscore Palmer even if he'll be available after the break.

I had 5 starters today and was able to collect only 22 points from them. Thankfully I had Mbeumo at least. He collected 10 points of it by himself thanks to scoring a goal.

Cunha is my biggest regret for this week. He got injured and was able to play for only 30 minutes. I have been struggling with injury problems in my team quite a lot recently.

I think the absence of Palmer too might lead to such considerations but if there is going to be any improvement in Jackson’s game play, I highly doubt that. His days of missing chances and not having to convert the few he managed to get hold off aren’t done just yet.

So I was looking to make Richarlison my captain and I’m glad I didn’t do that. Next was taking a point hit before the start of GW3 and still, I didn’t do that. While both players had no impact on their games at all, my not having to do anything with them might have just saved the day for me.

Yes, he should return, feel bad for him but the club comes first and nothing has been signed just verbally agreements. We can't afford another panic buy when we have someone like him.
