This is one of the reason why I don’t solely believe in stats alone because they are deceptive most especially if you get a player that’s stats padding. In my opinion right from Wolves days Neto was clear of Madueke but Estevao comparison is just so too soon, he might have been showing glimpses and we all know the talent is there but seriously we need to give him time to show us that.

I also noticed that Madueke was actually good defensively yesterday for Arsenal but yet his lack of concentration when with the ball and in decision is still there, if Saka is ever fit he might just be competing for the left wing position with Martinelli who for me has proven that he can never improve his game than it is now.

Considering attacking abilities, I will currently favor Madueke ahead of Martinelli, and then considering defensive abilities, I will favor Martinelli more because his tracking back runs have been something too difficult for Arteta to ignore. I think that is the only reason he still plays for us because he makes the job for defenders easier.

I also watched Madueke and his forward runs, and although he is good, he is not very convincing, not as convincing as Pedro Neto and Estevao look to me.

He didn’t just get valued playing minutes on the pitch, he had the passes and chances created too, he just wasn’t good enough to convert, maybe for some other team but, certainly not for Chelsea and not in the EPL. It would have done him a lot of good to just leave the team but, seems the transfer deadline is reached and it’s done.

Isak joined Liverpool before the deadline struck, Liverpool might just turn out to be the most deadly team in the EPL with his signing.

It is not very bad actually. The deal collapsed because Glasner threatened to resign. Crystal Palace wanted to sell him even without signing a replacement first. But we still have Leoni and Joe Gomez as backup CBs. Also Endo can play as a CB in Slot's system. So we are more stacked in that department than most people think.

I reckon we go back for him in January.

It is actually very good for me because I wanted to choose Guehi in my FPL team but I was uncertain of the move to Liverpool. Now there is more clarity in the situation and I can finally get rid of that disaster transfer that is AWB. He is a Liverpool fan; he watches Salah stats padd every GW, disappears in 80 minutes, then scores/assists in extra time to rise from 6.5 to 7.5/8.0 every week.

Great addition to their squad, but now I'm concerned about Ekitike's development and playing time; the only reason they got him was Newcastle's refusal to sell Isak initially.  Gakpo, Isak, and Salah will now play up front.  However, I am also concerned about Gakpo's minutes too.

It's too early jump on Isak; he hasn't played in a long time. Keep Ekitike till Isak starts playing.

I would agree that some players do go to extra length which is often bizarre, but we cannot pretend that more often than not they are usually the victim, and it is always not win situation for them, whenever a player's desire is to leave the club, it is always deemed disrespectful but not the club, look Jadon Sancho's situation and a lot of other players at Man United including Anthony club freezes them out and they were told to go look for clubs that they're not in their plans, I think maybe a release should be mandatory in all contracts, football for these clubs is a business, and we can say outrightly that any club that signed a player were doing so out of the goodness of their heart or doing the player a favor, but I believe a player's heart is set out to go somewhere else, then the club should be willing to enter discussion with the player and ensure that they get paid whatever they think the player is worth to them.

No buyout clause in Ghehi or Isak's contract, the only clause Chelsea included in Ghehi's contract was " Matching clause" meaning if crystal Palace agrees a deal of €38m with Liverpool, Chelsea can match the same deal and take the player, it's called a right of first refusal. We also have a 20% sell -on-clause in his contract.

The club will always be bigger than the players, don't let the media gaslight you.
