I didn't captain Halaand and he's already on a goal in less than 30mins - it's going to be another long GW. 

Many of us do not have Haaland as captain, I see some of us went with Bruno, Isak, Pedro and so, only one person with a TC on Haaland and that is a great move with Haaland’s two goals.

I don’t think the defensive options of Manchester city will make a good pick because keeping a clean sheet seems to be a challenge for them as they still look very defensively porous that team with a good attack can break through and get a goal. I think it is better to bank on the attacking side of the team as they are more productive.

With the performance Cherki has had in his two games this season for Maresca in the Premier League, he will be hard for him to be ignored.

I am not worried about Haaland (C). I don't even have him and it's balanced by having other strong players in my team which team Haaland managers can't afford at once. Like Bruno, Gabriel, Mbeumo, Semenyo, Szoboszlai, some of you even have Palmer or Gibbs White (OK just me, but still).

Semenyo at least got an assist and the low-owned Cherki helped steal a bonus point from Haaland. I have about 18 points to catch up with using my various players, minimum, before I get a red.

I think I'll trade him in Game Week 3

I don't know how much he costs, but i'm not sure why you do. He is a top player, but not the kind that is going to bring you points. With the exit of Rodri, he is expected to be the deep-lying midfielder in this City team, so he will hardly get goals or assists. He would simply control the game right in front of the defense, by picking the ball up and giving it to others in more advanced positions, which wouldn't benefit you in terms of points.

When I was selecting my captain, I had Wirtz and Cherki next to each other. I was about to select Cherki but decided to make Wirtz my captain instead. Had I gone with my original gut feeling I would have added more points. If I had used the triple captain chip, I would have jumped to second place in the table.

This is just the beginning of week GW2 and I am already feeling tired, excited and frustrated

Liverpool is unreliable right now to have any selection from as captain; even Szoboszlai is a doubt because of how poor the entire team performance of Liverpool is. They are playing exactly like a mid-table team. Some people had the gamble for Isak to score and put captaincy on him; he scored and was close to a second several times in the game. He will likely have some confidence from that goal scored.

Liverpool's next game is against Ipswich Town; Should be a good opportunity for Isak to score 2+ goals in that game.

Huh I just started playing on fantasy and before I didn't know how to set up a captain for my team but after Manchester City played I actually got it easily on application in my handphone.

I searched and compiled on PC and had a bit of trouble because the features were so much more but one game I understood quite a bit about how fantasy works.
1 Week behind (because it was too late to arrange the team) but it didn't discourage me to keep following this pools even though my ranking is still at the bottom.

E. Anderson has a good chance of being one of the team’s most important players, just like Rodri was making the whole team work, but he might score few goals and provide few assists as well

I won't say it's bad start to the gameweek for me, sitting at 21 points with only 3 players that have played so far, but the only way this gameweek could be close to anything I'd consider a good week is if Bruno as my captain manages to get some positive returns and Arsenal where my whole week depends on keeps Aston Villa at bay with a cleansheet.

That's the beauty of the FPL, excitement, anger and frustration all in one, at the same time...  One thing is you'll never get it all right, and it's always going to be a battle of how much you get right against how much you missed, I hate that Salah is no longer in the FPL, he was always a default captain choice to with Haaland, but right now, I don't think I'd see past Haaland if he was on my team, he's likely going to be getting the band every week. I had to settle with Bruno for this week, the alternative for me would have been Isak, and Liverpool are performing way below expectations, there is no indication that I won't be aggravated as soon as Man United game comes to an end tomorrow too.

Crazy how good he was in this round with two goals and everyone who had him profited a lot. Im still angry that i had him on captain in GW1 and in GW2 i didnt have him on captain. Hopefully Bruno does something so this week can pay off. If Bruno dosent do something im gone a be really nervous about my decisions. Today couple of players destroyed me especailly from Tottenham that cant do anything.

I was so lucky that Isak scored a goal today. He is playing really very badly that he couldn't even manage to control the ball in many situations. I'm still a little lucky as I have got over my captain choice with the minimum damage which could have ended up with a disaster.

For next week I'm thinking of selling Sangare and Bruno Fernandes.

I was already moving away from that until Isak scored today and place me in a more shit show, now I need my captain Pedro to produce a double digits tomorrow to fix up things for this week.

Yeah, that is it. It makes no sense to have defensive midfielders in your team, except it is one that somehow gets goals and assists, which hardly ever happens. As for making adjustments, you are only allowed one free transfer per week, every additional transfer would cost you 4 points. So, if you are thinking of making more than one adjustment, it's either you use a chip or decide it is worth taking a hit for.

Today couple of players destroyed me especailly from Tottenham that cant do anything.

Spurs changed big parts of their squad and they will need time to click. Don't have anyone in fantasy from them but they killed good multi bets for me when they failed to score in both games. Had the money on both to score of course.


In other news, anyone tilted and already took Cherki into the team? Seems like he had to beg to stay on pitch after half time, meaning his minutes will surely not be that good going forward. Now with Gakpo signing as well....

Glad i had him since gameweek one. Not sure about that. I still think Maresca prefers Foden in that role. Cherki only got a start cause Foden played on the right. And Foden's minutes were better so far and Maresca highlighted him as pillar of the club together with Gvardiol and Haaland. I actually lean towards taking Foden in front of Cherki. Plan to WC soon anyway so I can make it right if I got this call wrong.

So far in first two rounds they took the most points from me and now im starting to think about replacing them already for the next gw. Im really tired of the ,Tonali cannot do anything and they paid so much for him and its just a shame,plus defence should be good with all the names i see but its really the opposite.

I want Cherki in my team but im worried they will bench him like always or limited his time when he plays.
