I don't agree with this statement completely. Crude oil prices were already quite high due to policies implemented by Joe Biden after he assumed office as the POTUS in 2021. When the invasion started on 20th February, crude oil (Brent) was trading at $90 per barrel. Currently Brent is trading at $85.26 per barrel. The real impact have been on natural gas. At times, the price went as high as $3,000 per thousand cubic meters and this meant that a lot of manufacturing units within the European Union either had to shut down, or had to scale down the production.

Russia is part of the biggest supplier in oil and the short suorpply is affecting the world. The war is affecting the europe countries hard because two countries in the war are two big supplies to europe. Russia cut supply of oil to euro and that affecting production, gas use. The Ukraine economy supply large amount of iron, steel, ore,stag and ash to the world and euro now in shortage include animal vegetable fats and oil to euro and the other countries.

This is hard time for economy to survive what is your thinking about the collapsing of world economy with highing inflation.

During the last 10-15 years, governments around the world have resorted to distributing freebies and subsidies to the unproductive population. In order to fund this largesse, they have to either increase the taxes, or print shiploads of money. And in most of the cases, they have done both. The M1 money supply has gone up by 10x-20x in many of the countries in the past decade or so. Obviously there will be economic repercussions when these things are done.

I do not really believe that this is precisely the preparation for a nuclear war. 

All this is very similar to the return of the Cold War rhetoric between the USSR and the USA. 

However, this does not mean that they are planning to turn the cold war into a hot nuclear war.  The fact is that the Cold War is a very good way to mobilize the population of Russia to confront the rest of the world.  This is a very good reason to isolate the country and close the borders for entry and exit.  All this increases the manageability of the country in the current situation.
