That is our biggest problem with BSFL. It's H2H rounds are different and we hope super fun but people not submitting are ruining the experience for everyone. In traditional pools and all other competitions. Everyone is happy if someone does not submit. They just ruin their own odds of getting into the money positions.

The number of complaints you get every round (well okay, not always but still) proves there is a huge element of controversy, which is the natural outcome of H2H where one benefits at the expense of another. That double-edge sword you mention, however, is a painful vulnerability. An absentee in Superbru or any other current points-style season competition has no repercussion on others, but their absence in a H2H potentially affects every player in the league.

You should all in on Copenhagen. I highly recommend it!

Don't mind him at all fellas because that's definitely gon-Haa-land you in more trouble than you can afford, but if there is nothing left to play for, I mean why the hell not ? That's a potential 110 points, a win would mean from Grass to pre-Grace, depending on how one could manage getting extra points down the stretch to remain top of the pile.

It would be a double blow too as many Top 20 would be putting on Real Madrid (it is, objectively a value bet) to consolidate their positions. If anyone is in doubt, just look at Real's past results. They may very well win UCL, but they don't need a perfect record.

Let me guess the 'safe' way, going with Real Madrid to win ? I mean this is probably one of the safest way while trying to get 2x points though and half of the people on top 20 would throw their points on Real Madrid most likely. Kinda hard not to because they dominate UCL, dominate the league even stomping Girona so against RB Leipzig shouldnt be any problem for them

Real is the 2nd best choice in my opinion, there's 1 game I prefer to that. I do feel a lot of people close to the top will go all in on Real though.

Regarding the outsiders, I liked both Borussia and Barcelona. Didn't bet on any of them though.

I also think Real is the second choice,personally I have got all in with PSG,the players PSG have are simply far too superior compared to Real Sociedad and if they don't win at home against Sociedad I really don't know what to think about this team,that wants so badly to come to the final of the Champions League from many years.I think the draw has favored somewhat PSG as sure they could have faced an easier team but they could also have faced much more difficult teams than Real Sociedad so they better do their home work and win their game  .

Quite a generous odds for Real to win today, don't you think? It is clear that Real is not obliged to win today, and Leipzig is not as weak as Copenhagen, but 2.27 looks very good considering that Real are in a great mood after the last round of La Liga (although problems are defense remained).

Carvajal and Tchoumeni was looking like they were CB by born lol. I didnt expect such good defense from Real Madrid against Girona who were flying this season. Well, there were no huge attack though. I lost a bet (placed both team to score as Girona was scoring in every match).
Will miss Bellingham today so, it will be a tough one for Madrid today. I won't take risk although the odd seems lucrative.

Btw, this is a dangerous round for Champions League football with some teams having their talismEn    injured or coming back from international football(Asian cup, AFCON etc) and I think this will negatively affect team performance/results...and I feel some of these odds bookies have given for some of these teams don't really show this, but it is what it is...

Teams I will be staying away from as these could be a trap or high rewarding depending on pick>>> Bayern Munich, Napoli, Barcelona, PSG..anyway all the best Lads.

Submitted my picks in both pots, though, I don't have much chances to go up in both. My expectationsfrom today's games that City is going to solve most of things today and take comfortable lead. Though, Copenhagen isn't easy team, other Manchester team already experienced it , I expect that they can score once too.

Watching the RB Leipzig-Real Madrid game, I must say Leipzig looks more of the dangerous team  so far, and very threatening in front of goal too and should Madrid not start to flex their muscles now to show their superiority when it comes to Champions league football...am afraid they might catch them napping to cause an upset!!

After terrible Monday, today's CL helped me to recover a bit as I won my bets. Though, Real wasn't confident and I wasn't sure about their win until last minute. How many times they were saved by Lunin? Leipzig played solid game, but it's loss and going even with minimal negative result to Santiago Bernabeu leaves them not big chances.
City - nothing extraordinary, solid win and most of work already done.

I took a risk and gave it a try but it didn't work out.Leipzig played well throughout the match but they struggled to find goals.This will obviously lead to a pointless week for me.I'll just wait for some of my predictions on superbru to come true.The gap was already widening and I wanted to close it by expecting a surprise result but it didn't happen.I'll try to turn it around in the next round.
