I don't think that logic like that will work. then how about saying they scored 7 goals at Manchester United but failed to win against Bournemouth which can be said to be mediocre for a club of their class.
I think the condition of one big win match doesn't mean everything will be the same because indeed with things like that it's clearly a little complicated when talking about comparisons.

Liverpool have close to zero chance of getting into the 1/4 finals. We were 3-0 down against Barca from the 1st leg in 2019 and won the 2nd leg 4-0 to get to the final which we then went on to win. There are two differences now though, one is that the current team is nowhere near as good as the 2019 team, number two is that we are away in the second leg this time.

Basically what I’m saying is don’t waste money on betting Liverpool to qualify, it is not going to happen sadly.
The best odds/bet for me in the CL this season to win it is Napoli. They are a serious dark horse.

Yeah 3 goals difference is really a hard task for Liverpool, maybe betting on over or below option is profitable since Liverpool will try to score many goals and it will make Real Madrid score many goals in order to prevent from Liverpool can beat them. Real Madrid isn't a club which want to play in defense position, so the match should be a lot of goals. Napoli is a dark horse, but they seems doesn't have a good mentality.

It looks like we are getting close to the end of the road for Leipzig and Frankfurt. It is over for Frankfurt already after Napoli got that 2-0 win. Napoli didn't let their opponent become a problem for themselves. Actually Frankfurt were one of the surprising teams and they had potential to make more surprises in the tournament as well. But their performance wasn't good enough to get a win. I don't think they can do more in the second leg in Italy.

On paper, Napoli will not experience significant problems when hosting Frankfurt in the second leg later. moreover, the match will be held at Napoli headquarters. in theory, Napoli would win the game easily. because, previously Napoli toppled Frankfurt with a score of 0-2. so, Napoli only needs a draw to qualify for the next phase. but it looks like Napoli will not let their opponents dictate the course of the game, especially Napoli playing in front of their own supporters. if Napoli passes smoothly to the next round phase, I hope Napoli will show their best version of the game for their opponents later.

Inter - Porto has been one of the competitive matchups so far. Maybe not the majority of people are interested in this one because of its being a little boring.

Because there was only one goal in the first leg although there were so many goal attempts by both sides. Especially Inter were really bad at finding the target despite their being the winning side by 1-0. They wasted so many goal chances but hopefully they will be better next time. Porto have one of their important players missing due to a red card in the second leg - Otavio. But it is still going to be played in Portugal which is an advantage for them. I think everyone is free to choose to bet for any team and we cannot limit their freedom, if they still have high confidence in Liverpool then it is their right to make their own choice. Also, I agree with you that Napoli really don't have a very good mentality when it comes to the Champions League. Chelsea is not a bad club Chelsea has  a good performance but the only thing is that Graham potter is not coaching the team in a standard way  to coach teams like Chelsea, is not easy but he tried his best to win in Dortmund coach Graham Potter job was on the line as there were speculation of him to be sacked  him if he lose the match that is when every thing change,and the must surprised thing is Chelsea refuge Leicester city 3:1 now Chelsea is in win form, we are counting to win.
