What exactly tells you that Real Madrid is any better than Napoli right now? Sure you can look at it historically and say that Real Madrid has so many titles while Napoli has none, but that doesn't make sense right in this moment. Except if you argue that the experience sets Real Madrid apart from the rest. That might perhaps be a point, but I would say that that comes into play especially in the final of this tournament, not so much in a quarter or semi final.
Now it 's only less than two hours to go until we will all know what the next matches will be. I am excited like hell for it.
Napoli have had easier matches compared to Real Madrid. Real Madrid play in 1 of the best leagues in the world and Napoli does not. Real Madrid have better players in every position then Napoli. I am not saying that Napoli does not have a chance of winning the competition but Real Madrid have a history in the Champions League as the most successful team ever and if you look at how they are playing they are playing amazing football against better teams then Napoli. What makes you think that Napoli are better then Real Madrid? |

the percentage of AC Milan and Napoli in being able to win the UCL this season is very small compared to the other remaining teams, if you look at the strength of the teams, the two representatives of Serie A are not the favorites to win the title.
we see the strength of other teams realistically, even though they can place 2 of their representatives in the quarter-finals, that doesn't mean that Serie A this season is much better than last season or other leagues.
Overall yes, the chances for these 2 teams are smaller compared to other strong teams such as Madrid, Man city and Bayern Munich But Napoli I think they can't be underestimated they are the strongest team in Serie A right now with strength on all lines I think only Madrid can stop them or the situation could be different if through a penalty. 3 teams representing Serie A have qualified for the next stage, namely AC Milan, Inter Milan and Napoli. So, from these three teams, I see that the ones that will have the most difficulty in getting through to the semi-finals are Inter Milan and AC Milan. while for Napoli I think they deserve to be included in the strong candidates who will qualify for the Semi Finals maybe even the Finals. two clubs that have very good records in their respective local leagues are Benfica and Napoli. they experienced very few defeats and led the standings with a considerable difference in points. |

The UEFA Champion League quarterfinal draw results have been determined as shown here by friends. There are some interesting things from the draw. I would not want to pick a favorite out of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Manchester City, but for all of them they couldn't have picked a harder route to the final. For Bayern, they would have to beat Manchester City and then probably Real Madrid. It can't get harder than that. But it also couldn't get any harder for Manchester City and Real Madrid either. The allegedly weaker teams play against each other with Benfica Lissabon against Inter and Napoli against Milan. I think Napoli is a big favorite here and I would also say that Benfica is not to be underestimated either. They have been very solid so far and play some dangerous offensive soccer. |

Unfortunately this season is about to become worse for Chelsea as they will end it without any title even with the very large amount of money they have spent and invested in the club. Interesting to see Manchester City have to meet Bayern Munich and maybe they will be a next victim by Bayern Munich like PSG. If they want to win Champions League, they must beat strong clubs there such as one of most successful clubs like Bayern Munich that win 6 titles so far. Inter Milan will meet another club from Portugal and if they win against Benfica, Serie A will have at least one club in final match. In another quarter final, Real Madrid will re-meet their opponent in the past season quarter final, Chelsea. I like the results of the draws because they are fair to all teams, which means that there is no clear favorite team to win the Champions League. Unfortunately this season is about to become worse for Chelsea as they will end it without any title even with the very large amount of money they have spent and invested in the club. Chelsea with just the players have a chance considering that they have almost the same quality with the players in Real Madrid, but from coach and tactics angle, Graham Potter is completely inexperienced to face a club with the status of Real Madrid and that will be the problem. Real Madrid have already sent home one English team, another one in blue is about to follow. Real Madrid seem to be happy with their quarter-final draw as Chelsea are a team that looks no better than Liverpool. Chelsea have appeared weak in many appearances, both in the Premier League and other competitions. Therefore, the draw automatically makes Real Madrid the most favorite team to qualify for the semifinals. Ancelotti in technically far more experienced in the Champions League than Graham Potter. I don't think Chelsea can make things difficult for Real Madrid even if they have one home game, it won't help much if the performances are so unpromising. This is a tough game to predict, both teams are good and have experience in the champions league, just as the coaches. This game will be down to strategy, team selection and tactics. Pep Guardiola had coached Bayern Munich for the past few seasons, so Manchester City shouldn't really be expected to have trouble finding solutions to beat Julian Nagelsmann's side. Manchester City must come out victorious in this phase if they want to reach the final, obviously this will be the toughest challenge for Manchester City and also the coach. Julian Nagelsmann has beaten Barcelona and PSG this season in the Champions League this season. But however he really has to exert all his tactical capabilities to beat Manchester City who are also title contenders this season. This is the most interesting match in my opinion compared to the other 3 matches. AC Milan have struggled so far this season, even in the Champions league, unlike Napoli. With how in-form the Napoli players are, AC Milan will have a tough time. They will have to find a way to manage Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Victor Osimhen and Hirving Lozano who have been sharing the goals and assist. Serie A big match, well I don't think Milan have big chance to qualify, this is good way for Napoli after getting Milan as their quarter-final opponent. Napoli are good in Serie A, here they are favourites. It's a shame, Milan looks like they will face failure this season from their fellow Serie A side in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. |

Now the drawing for quarter final is finished. Manchester City vs Bayern Munich. Milan vs Napoli. Real Madrid vs Chelsea. Inter vs Benfica. Very interesting. again, Bayern must prove their toughness. after successfully qualifying in the group phase, and overthrow Barcelona. Bayern was met with another tough team, namely PSG. even so, Bayern still proved that they deserved to qualify for the next phase. and yes, this time Bayern's opponent is a team that is one of the strongest challengers in this competition. I'm curious what Nagelsmanns will have to say after the results of this draw. but what is certain, this match must be more interesting than the matches that Bayern Munich went through before. Meanwhile, the other matches don't really offer exciting matches. whereas, I hope that in this draw Napoli will meet Real Madrid. however, at least both Napoli and Madrid, are both more favored than their opponents.
