I so much love how the draws went, the pairings are in-fact perfect. Manchester City are good match for Bayern Munich and for sure this will be an interesting match to look out for same as Real Madrid versus Chelsea, Inter Milan vs Benfica and Napoli vs Ac Milan. Chelsea fans are unhappy though, they know this is the end of their champions league journey because they cannot beat Real Madrid. It seems we won’t have a final of two English clubs fighting for the trophy.

But there is something interesting from the UCL draw this season and I want to relate from their meeting in the previous season. Real Madrid vs Chelsea usually the winner of this lag always comes out as a champion. An example can be seen in the last 2 seasons in 2021 Chelsea won in the semifinals and then won, last season 2022 Real Madrid won in the top 8 and then also won. How about this season, will the winner of this match also come out as champion?

With this UEFA Champions league draw I am picking Napoli would be in the final, I don’t know if it’s the spirit of Maradona same spirit some people felt helped Argentina win the World Cup and also Napoli are in line to win the scudetto and now possibly be winning the UEFA champions league.

Also in same manner I think Chelsea may just surprise everyone and to reach the final at Istanbul although it would be a very difficult task for them to achieve.

I'm already seeing Chelsea out of the Champions League honestly. Because technically they can't stand any chance against Real Madrid under the current conditions of the teams. Yes maybe Chelsea eliminated by showing a good level of performance especially in the second leg. But Dortmund and Real Madrid are teams that are far away from each other in strength and experience in the Champions League.

It just seems very difficult for Chelsea to stand still against Ancelotti's Real Madrid. Real Madrid have just demolished Liverpool on aggregate and Chelsea can share the same fate with Liverpool. There isn't a big difference between Chelsea and Liverpool now.

It seems that this season Napoli has a chance to qualify for the Champions League final after seeing the draw results in the quarter finals, Napoli against AC Milan on quarter final and the winning team against between the winner Benfica vs Inter Milan. Based on Napoli performance in domestic league success defeated Milan seems have chance success qualifying to semifinal and waiting between Benfica or Inter will be easy Napoli opponent..

Have advantage after looking quarter final drawing match because they will not face the winner between Manchester City vs Bayern Munich and Real Madrid vs Chelsea in semifinal, but Napoli have to win first against Milan if want have chance to semifinal or final stage.

Madrid can't lose for anyone at this crucial point....I'm solely a Barcelona fan, but I can't dare to guarantee a win against Madrid.
As at the last match, everything went wrong when Barcelona took possession on the ball and -- after all they tried, it was impossible to make a goal -- then, just at the closure of the match, an own goal came from militao... That was a pretty big flop.
Since these is a different tournament entirely, they'll have to keep their finger crossed -- let's assume they are able to defeat against Bayern, then they'll have to Play finally against Napoli.

The match between Napoli and AC Milan will be very competitive. Because both teams are in almost equal form. But I will put Napoli a little more because this team is also performing very well in the Italian league.

The performance of Napoli and AC Milan this season is very different and not the same. If you look at the performances of the two teams in Serie A this season, AC Milan still has to struggle to stay in the top four of the standings now. Meanwhile, Napoli are still very comfortable at the top of the standings with a very large gap for their rivals, including AC Milan. So both of them have very different performance levels this season and Napoli's chances of winning over AC Milan in the Champions League this season are much bigger in my opinion.

This seems to be the case, however I would guess that Milan if forced to do it could choose to go for the Champions League and ignore their local league while Napoli cannot afford to do this, this could give a small edge to Milan as their players not only will be more focused on this tournament but they could even enjoy more rest as well and be on a better physical shape than the players of Napoli.

Honestly the sparkling form of Napoli will be difficult for AC Milan to stop them in the UCL quarterfinals, they are playing brilliantly I'm UCL this season,of course the two teams are playing in Seria A knows each other style of play and in their first meeting Napoli defeated AC Milan at San Siro, truly AC Milan will really focused on UCL because of their slim chances of closing the gap on Napoli who is posed to win the Scudetto and presently leading Seria A table, I am predicting Napoli to win the match against AC Milan after considering the in-form of the duo of Victor Osimen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who had been very consistent in their performances this season.

Manchester City can do the thing PSG couldn't against Bayern Munich to be honest. I believe they have a bigger chance than PSG to eliminate them. Guardiola's system is way better than Galtier's that's for sure. PSG had a great trio in their hands but they just couldn't benefit from players like them. Their problem was definitely with the management so Galtier was at fault about that elimination I'm afraid.

Manchester City don't have a bad history against Bayern Munich. Now they are in much better condition thanks to Haaland. He put on an amazing show against Leipzig by scoring 5 goals and nearly breaking a record by himself. He will be the biggest threat to Bayern Munich. This time he won't find Lewandowski against himself to compete as well. If he makes difference in this matchup it will be really difficult for Bayern Munich to advance.

Interesting draw. But not for Man City. It's really unlucky for Man City that the chances of winning the Champions League this season are starting to run low because of the draw. Even though Man City can beat Bayern Munich, King UCL Real Madrid will be waiting in the semifinals next (I'm sure Real Madrid will win against Chelsea). And the luckiest of the draws were the teams from Italy, starting from the top 16 to the quarter-finals, the drawing was fairly easy, I'm 99% sure someone made it to the finals. The Italian team.

I agree that Real Madrid and Napoli seem to qualify for the semi-final round because they will play against weaker teams. But for Bayern Munich and Benfica, I am not sure that they will be easy to go to the next round. Man City has a strong squad, they even have Haaland as a machine goal now. I think Man City is stronger than Bayern Munich. While for Benfica vs Inter, I assume Inter is a bit superior with its squad. Although inter doesn't perform well in Serie A, they performed quite well in UCL.

IMO, these are 4 teams to qualify for the semi-final round:
- Real Madrid
- Napoli
- Man City
- Inter

Real Madrid have been the most consistent team in the last 6 years in regards to the champions league and this season they are fired up as usual for the Champions league title. History is about to be repeated again this season, The same way Real Madrid eliminated Chelsea and Liverpool last season. Real Madrid have already defeated Liverpool and now been paired to eliminate Chelsea. This is so interesting, I will be keeping my fingers crossed and anticipating the return of the champions league games.

I don't see anyway in which Manchester City would manage it to winning the UCL. The trophy is sure within the teams in the middle and that would be Napoli, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Manchester City don't look like a team that could get it done and I think they might have to face Real Madrid again. If they can manage it to beat the champions, then they could have a chance else, they can as well go have therr focus on the EPL alongside with Arsenal after being eliminated from the Europa by Sporting CP last night.

There are no exact predictions. I think some surprises will happen in the quarter-final match. this is football when a weak team is taken for granted but they are a team that is fully consistent to beat its opponents. indeed Manchester City has a strong enough squad depth to become champions after they showed how strong they are when they beat Leipzig with an aggregate of 8-1. Apart from that we might think that Chelsea is not too strong after they struggled in the domestic league to get a victory but they also have a very strong squad and that could be a miracle factor for them in the Champions league.

From the Serie A team, Napoli have had a pretty good pace this season, they even have a little advantage because their opponents are from the same league, so it's no stranger that Napoli can take advantage of their strengths to beat AC Milan.

How do you mean by real Madrid having to play against a weaker team? It's necessary I remind you that this is UCL and no team should be underrated especially not the likes of Chelsea who have had to beat through teams like Bayern, real Madrid, and even Barcelona at this very stage in their two UCL competition that they won in 2012 and 2021 and there's every possibility that such could repeat itself. Believe me man, Chelsea is a team to beat when it comes to the UCL.

I think you have a good point here, but we shouldn't forget that Bayern Munich also has a good lineup. What gives Bayern the advantage, in my opinion, is the tactical commitment and winning mentality they always show against all competitors. Hence, this match will undoubtedly be the most exciting match in this round. On the other hand, the winner of this match will face the winner of Real Madrid and Chelsea in the semi-final. Real Madrid will most likely qualify considering the bad situation Chelsea have been suffering from this season, thus whoever qualifies from Man City and Bayern Munich will look for revenge from Real Madrid.
The odds look like favoring Man City in the first leg, which is normal as the match will take place in their stadium, but I can't underestimate Bayern in this match, because strong teams show their mentality and personality in matches like this.

This is really a very special season for Napoli as they can even make it to the finale with this level of performance.

It mostly depends on what team they will face until that round of course. They got a lucky draw for the quarter finals in fact. Milan are one of the teams that can eliminate as long as they apply their usual game plan. Napoli have already been much more successful than Milan in this season. They beat Milan in San Siro in the Serie A also. I expect them to eliminate Milan by winning both games here too. A finale like Manchester City - Napoli would definitely be interesting. But I just can't see a finale without Real Madrid for this season too.

I actually think the opposite.
At the moment Napoli are in very comfortable conditions in their domestic league with an advantage of 18 points obviously this is something comfortable and can ignore Serie A for a while because indeed this will not be a problem either for them if they do that. it's just that this will not be able to do Milan.
Their position in the top 4 of Serie A is still very threatened so they are also in a difficult choice here.
