For me FC Chelsea was always the favorite in the match up against Borussia Dortmund. I know that many people thought, that Dortmund would be the favorite because they had only wins up to that point in the second part of the season and FC Chelsea was doing not so well at the same time, but if you have looked a little more closely into the performances of Dortmund, then it was pretty obvious, that they had a lot of luck to win all their games back then. They could have easily lost a few of those games or made a draw because they were not the better team all the time.
It also was the same in the first leg against Chelsea where Dortmund only won with 1-0 because they were extremely lucky and Chelsea was not efficient at all with their chances.
This time though i think that Real Madrid is definitely the favorit against Chelsea but the blues definitely also have a chance to advance. For me it is like 60:40 for Real.

If you really watched the match you will understand that Chelsea played a good football but luck was on Dortmund side, when they were able to counter Chelsea and got a goal, during the second leg they came for a draw thereafter Chelsea got a goal, Dortmund players started playing rough football especially Emer Can who was supposed to be booked twice, Chelsea didn't give them a chance until the injury time when Dortmund  had most possessions, even at Chelsea worst you won't write them off, the match between Chelsea and Real Madrid is a 50/50 for both side.

Jackl87, Chelsea is certainly not going to win against Real Madrid. My reason for that is Chelsea is currently not performing well at all. And we all know how well Real Madrid can perform in Champions League matches. So I do not think Chelsea will actually be able to beat Real Madrid in the Champions League. I am actually going to say it is more like 70:30 in favor of Real Madrid.

I think that things here with Real Madrid look different, because when Real Madrid plays in the UCL it's something else, it's as if they grew much more, Chelsea is a team that has had a hard time winning, now as they are Really, I doubt that they can beat Madrid, especially because Madrid has a lot of experience, and as I said in previous comments, both Ancelotti and many fans want a final to be between Madrid and Milan, it's a dream final for many, and it would really be exciting, plus we as good fans have High expectations of the teams that are making Madridistas dream again.

I think for Potter champions league is the last chance to prove himself otherwise he can get fired just after losing the game against Real Madrid, that's why I expect to see Chelsea playing with full power against Real Madrid but on the other hand, since for Real Madrid champions league is the first priority I don't think if Ancelotti will let Chelsea win this game easily. 

When we are talking about champions league,  Chelsea of now under Graham Potter is not can not win real madrid.  I'm still wondering how will manage to win real madrid when their performance is not tough . Real Madrid will always win Chelsea as far as this season is concerned.

Well, everything points to that, I can't be sure what plan Potter may have, but lately he has lost a lot, in the PL they lost to Aston Villa, and Aston Villa was a team that could moderately win Chelsea, of course I'm not saying that the Aston Villa is an easy team, things here are simply seen from another plane, like Chelsea in UCL is something else, but to his bad luck he got one of the most titanic teams in fútbol like Real Madrid, The truth is that things are very complicated for Potter.

I agree that Chelsea is having some sort of trouble that is beyond the manager. There is a feeling in the club that makes everyone upset with whatever they have and they lost hope that they could ever be good. They need a manager that is not just a tactician, that's not going to cut it because tactics is not the main reason why they lost. They need someone who can bring the best out of the players and make them feel hopeful about the future again.

I mean if Ted Lasso was real, I would say that they really need him to begin with and that would be awesome, because they can get the tactics from some assistant manager, they need someone who could make everyone want to win again and play the best football they know they can play.

Instead of Chelsea having to focus on the Champions League to win, I even think they are better off focusing on fixing a situation that is currently really bad. Indeed, I understand that they also want to prove that they can still play well and can qualify by beating Real Madrid, but with what they have shown, will that come true? i don't think that will happen. Lampard has a tough job, I don't think he will be able to do the job quickly, it must have taken a long time. Long season for them with their performances like that.

It is my firm belief that Osimhen will return for the Champions League match against AC Milan due to the fact that they don't really need him, and we saw that Napoli without Osimhen did not perform as well as they did in the other games they played in Serie A, but since this match is important to them they will do their best to get him ready for it.

Victor Oshime has been a plus for the squad, coach, fans and every person part of the club. Although he's absence wouldn't affect them much despite the big role he has with the squad. They might look lucky because they will face Milan, and if they won they are supposed to face Inter Milan, and both teams are well known to them as they play in the same League, but the other branch of the competition will result in Real Madrid, Manchester City, or Bayern Munich in the final, and all these teams seems stronger and more experienced than Napoli who qualified for this stage for the first time in their history.

Osimhen would be a big loss for Napoli if he really misses the game, but Spalletti has already provided a positive update about his injury and expressed optimism that everything will go well for him. They wouldn't have taken even the slightest risk when it comes to Osimhen. I know a team should never depend too much on a single player, but as much as I would like to agree with that idea, most of the top teams have a few players that are irreplaceable 1:1 and that is the reason why they actually are a top team. Osimhen perfectly fits into exactly that squad he is now playing for.

Regarding Haaland, no comment, huh? The guy returns and scores two goals and then gets a break. Could have even scored another hattrick if it wasn't the break given by Guardiola that stopped him. What I noticed when I watched those goals he scored is that it doesn't even look like it is hard for him to get those two balls and put them exactly where he wants them to be. I know he is not a model (), but his face is as if the attempt if effortless in itself. The header for example, he runs around his opponent, nods the ball into the net and that's it. I am looking forward to much to the game between Manchester City and Bayern Munich, but I think this is a 60:40 game in favor of Manchester City. Bayern wants more needed a lucky shot to win the game today because they don't know what to do with the ball when they enter the danger zone of the opponent. Maybe it is too much of players like Sane and Musiala and not enough Lewandowski, for obvious reasons.  

Real Madrid's loss didn't surprise me as I thought that most of them who are first choice for the Champions League would also be very careful in this game. That will be another interesting game between Real Madrid and Chelsea.

Yes, those were two big enough matches that brought together two giants who performed well in the domestic league. For me, it will be difficult to predict the final result because Manchester City in the Champions League is performing quite well, as well as Bayern Munich.
However, in terms of the productivity of goals from these two teams, maybe Manchester City is ahead because they have Haaland who is really hungry for goals. But at bayern munich they don't have a single sticker who is able to score a lot of goals this season but not that I think they will have difficulty scoring goals in this match.

Among other things, Sadio Mane hasn't found his best form after a long injury and also recently Choupo Moting suffered an injury that allegedly will be absent against Manchester City.

I think I will make Manchester City the winner in this fight because they are currently in pretty good shape and none of their core players are injured at the moment.  Oo no they have one player who is injured, namely Foden

But generally I agree that the game between Manchester City and Bayern Munich is most likely the strongest and closest one we get to see now in the quarter finals, although I have this feeling that Manchester City could destroy Bayern Munich in the first leg. Bayern isn't in top shape and they have a hard time scoring as I said before. Manchester City took 45 minutes against Southampton as well, but then they are easily able to make it three or even four goals.

It is common reason why when a club falls into a crisis when very bad results and conflicts between coach and player, club usually will choose their players and let their coach goes away. Especially in big clubs with many star players who have good quality but only need good system to play in and contribute their best with their best mood. When they have better mood with a new coach, their contribution will become bigger at least in short term with a new coach.

I don't know it is good or not too bad but if he won't be able to play in a first quarter final match with AC Milan, it will be bad for Napoli. I can not verify the information from Sportsgambler which says that Osimhem will be missing till mid April. It means Napoli are facing risk of losing Osimhem for that match with AC Milan.

Real madrid is still far above chelsea. Chelsea is nothing more than a mediocre team who is always facing lose in the premier league. Real madrid may facet the same thing as chelsea but chelsea is consistently lost in the domestic league. that was making real madrid looks far greater compared with chelsea. So many people feeling doubtful with chelsea that will be facing real madrid in santiago bernabeu. You must also be aware that if the performance of real madrid is far better. Chelsea is now placed at the 11th while real madrid is still strongly sitting at the second position of laliga.
Just because real madrid was facing the lose against villareal and doesn't mean that the performance from real madrid will be equal to chelsea.
The performance of chelsea this season is very bad. it's even badly compared with some meaty clubs like wolves and soton.
