anything can still happen in this fight. even though I favored Real Madrid in this fight. but yeah I can also say that Chelsea played pretty well for these first few minutes. but we didn't know after the match heated up towards the end of the first half.

The first goal has been created now and Madrid excelled through Benzema's goal some time ago.
It will be even more difficult for Chelsea if they can't get out of Madrid's rhythm because looking at the current conditions it seems that Madrid are very comfortable with possession of the ball and the attacks they are carrying out.

Real Madrid on the other have been when it comes to playing in the Champions League and they have continued this feat courtesy of an early goal from Karim benzema and I know they will certainly be more goals to be scored by them this evening.

We expected Real Madrid to dominate the match and win. And they are able to dominate from the start of the match. I would definitely say if Real Madrid doesn't have bad luck they will win. However, there is a possibility that the match will be a draw. Benzema managed to score. And he is playing great. But I expect better performance from Vini and Rodrygo in the second half. These two players did not perform well in the first half. The team expects a little better performance from them in such an important match.

Milan - Napoli match is a little more interesting now. Because so far Napoli have had many more goal attempts than Milan but still Milan managed to get ahead first after two attempts only.

Osimhen's absence is really felt for Napoli right now. They could have scored at least one goal so far if he wasn't injured. They still have Kvaratskhelia on the field though but I don't know how big impact he can make in the remaining part of the match. He is a really great talent but he is performing much better as a duo with Osimhen mostly. Now he has a bigger responsibility for not losing this match. Milan already beat them 4-0 away in the Serie A which must be giving them extra confidence. But let's see if they can really win again this time in the Champions League.

The first half is almost over and it seems that my worry has come true that Napoli cannot develop their game in this match without Osimhen. Napoli did dominate the game more and created more chances. but one mistake by Napoli against a counter-attack from Milan had left them one goal down. and the current score is 1-0 in favor of Milan. and I thought the first half would end 1-0. but now Milan are more confident to attack the Napoli defense area after they got the first goal.

I think Chelsea will be depending on individual players because the team might not have the technical ability to outsmart Real Madrid.

The first half was very interesting because I saw that Chelsea were also good in attack. Their defense was good, but Real Madrid managed to find a goal first. Again and again, Benzema is the best number 9 right now. I'm very confident to expect Real Madrid to win, but I haven't completely said it's safe if it's only 1-0 up. If Real Madrid keep up the pressure, then I think the second goal will come before half time.

For a while Milan and Napoli are still 0-0, but Napoli looks like they will try to win this match.

I would have liked to think that but, AC Milan has been very challenging too and just now, they've had there first goal and are building momentum to finish the half stronger.

Napoli looks the better team but, they haven't produced any dangerous attacks, just a couple of outside the box shots but, the goalkeeper has always been there to have a clear view and his hands on it.

AC Milan might as well get this round, they've got a header that thundered off the cross bar which could have easily been the second goal for AC Milan.

Chelsea have a big challenge in this match,which is the problem of a strike to net the post after a good ball work. The are trying their best to see that they represent the Chelsea,who do give Real Madrid difficulties in UCL. The are scared of coming out to play the game and they don't even have any game strategy from the way I see it. The only good opportunity the had to net the post was stopped by Real Madrid goal keeper. I know Real Madrid will score more goals in the second half.

Real Madrid was supposed to get more than 1 goal if Valverde was not selfish and if Kepa was weak. Actually Chelsea had a very good formation to match the Madrid team.
Having Chilwell and James in the flank to play box-box was a good option and also having Kante lock the midfield was great. What actually was lacking for a natural 9 who is a sharp shooter to convert any opportunity.

In the second half, if Madrid continues to dominate Chelsea, they may get like 2 more goals which will make Chelsea totally hopeless in the returning leg. But for now let's see what Lampard will do with the Chelsea team for the second half of the match.

The first half of both games ended 1-0. I wasn't surprised about the real madrid game but I didn't expect milan to finish ahead.  Napoli was the better team even though they played away. Milan scored with only one shot on target, but it must be said that napoli had more scoring chances.  They had 9 shots but couldn't score. I think they can increase the pressure in the second half and find a goal.

He displayed his immense talent as a dribbler and was assistant in Benzima's goal. His speed and trickery left the Chelsea defenders suffer in this first half tbh.
Looking forward to the second half, I can say that Vinicius will score at least one goal. If Real Madrid continues to play with the same intensity and focus as they did in the first half they will undoubtedly score more goals which they need for the second leg in Chelsea.

I agree, Chelsea's squad has more potential, but there is clearly a problem. They need to solve it as soon as possible. They have spent a lot of money on transfers this term and that's actually bad for them. I don't think there is another team this year that has spent so much money and wasted it. Real madrid were playing better and really could have scored more goals in the first half.
