Pep has been aiming to win UCL with city since a few years ago but the problem is the competition is very strict and pep was also losing against chelsea in the final. that means if city needs to work even harder to make it happen. I am not that sure that Manchester City will defeat Real Madrid. As you could see in the game against Bayern, Manchester City also allows for the opponent to create chances. Manchester City did by far not control the game at all times and we have also seen that Haaland can miss a penalty. In the Champions League Real Madrid has shown that they are a different beast than in La Liga and that they are able to score at any time. This is a big difference compared to Bayern. They have issues scoring and that was the same in this game.

In a two leg series between City and Real, I think it is a 50/50 game. One reason is that City will play with a lot of respect after their experience from last year. I usually thought that City will be the favorite here, but I would adjust my opinion due to the performances Real Madrid has shown. If I had to say who has a small advantage, I would go with City, but only like a 55:45 at maximum.

There is no doubt that Manchester City will be champions this season. The extraordinary performances they have shown this season will be very difficult to stop. The opponents they face in the semifinals are Real Madrid, this match will certainly be very exciting but Pep Guardiola seems to have prepared a special strategy to knock out the defending champions.

Milan and Inter are equal opponents. They had passed to this stage simply by luck alone. The squad of the two Italian representatives is not as competitive as other elite teams in the Champions League. But I agree if you say that their achievements so far have been quite great.

AC Milan's performance wasn't exactly stunning... All the statistics were against them except for shots on target and that made the difference. In the end AC Milan was more efficient, but it would at least be fair to say that Napoli was also not given a penalty that should have been awarded without any doubt. Leao clearly fouled the Napoli guy. They could and should have scored earlier anyway, but if you don't then it is the well-known problem of time running out.

There is no doubt that Manchester City will be champions this season. The extraordinary performances they have shown this season will be very difficult to stop. Real Madrid will play against Manchester City in the semi-final

It is a second time they meet each other in Champions League semi final and a repeat of the past season semi final. Manchester City by beating Bayern Munich impressively have shown their growth and confidence as well as stronger mentality when playing against big clubs in Champions League.

If if I may ask do you think real Madrid can defeat Manchester City with the current form of City this season I guess the answer is no but we all know real Madrid to be a team that is ever ready when it comes to the champions League. I am still doubtful if pep guardiola has learnt enough lessons and is ready to win the champions League this season.

Both clubs currently have very good forms and I think chance is 50 - 50 for both clubs. It's hard to pick what team will win after all between Real Madrid and Manchester City. History has its voice but sometimes there will be surprise. Personally I would like to see a final between Real Madrid and AC Milan which will be a meeting of two clubs which already won 21 title so far.

The two Italian Giants will play each other in the semi-finals.

It's a first semi final in Champions League for AC Milan after 16 years and the last time we had a Derby Milano in Champions League is exactly 20 years ago in 2002 - 2003 season.

For the game between inter Milan and AC Milan, is very difficult to predict the outcome of the game because this two teams are from the same region I think the possibility of inter Milan progressing to the final is more sure

AC Milan looks to have better form than Inter Milan but the way Inter Milan won over Benfica in quarter finals is a warning for AC Milan. Derby Milano is always hot and unpredictable and it is a derby Milano in Champions League. The importance is bigger and Inter Milan with risk of ending Serie A beyond top four, will surely focus on semi finals with target to play in the final match and take the trophy.

Actually I also hope that Manchester city and Real Madrid can meet in the final. but it seems that strong teams have met since the round of 16 and in the quarter-finals. But in the semi-finals Manchester city really have to deal with Real Madrid which of course will be more difficult for them to beat. it's even possible that Real Madrid will even bury the dream of Manchester City which has wanted the Champions League trophy for a long time.

These are some interesting odds. I mean these odds indicate some strong advantage for Manchester City even when they are playing in the Bernabeu stadium. I disagree with that. It should be more equal. The odds imply that the most likely outcome of that game is a win for Manchester City, but no, I think that even a tie is more likely than that. I know this is about nuances, but if it was like 2.7 for Real Madrid and 2.5 for Manchester City, I would get the idea of the bookmakers, but this difference is a few degrees too big. It isn't worth a bet on Manchester City at all.

The performance from bayern was declining so hard after tuchel has become the new coach for bayern. The fact that if bayern was always facing lose since tuchel has become a new manager. It’s likely that bayern will still continut its bad trend. Bayern is only having bundesliga as the last hope to get a trophy. It will be a disaster if bayern will not able to get it. What a crazy movement from bayern. The management was just erasing the dream to get treble winner. Naglesmann has been working so hard to make it happen but tuchel was destroying all of dreams owned by bayern when naglesmann are still there. That‘s blunder by bayern to sack naglesmann and then replace it with tuchel.

The thing that i don't even understand is about how tuchel keeps said that if the performance from bayern is quite good at this moment. It can be seen from his interview after the match against manchester city. Public got surprised to hear what already said by tuchel in interview.

Yesterday's games were exciting and thrilling; not just because of the big names but how desperate the home teams were to secure at least a chance to keep them in the competition.
 In Man city's case, it was a done deal as in the first leg, they managed to secure their spot by thrashing Bayern 3-0 at the Etihad and just used this return leg as a means to just fulfil all righteousness because I strongly doubted Bayern to come back since they lacked composure, finesse and the finishing techniques to win the game.
 It's going to be a cracker come 9th of May as two great bulls will lock horns and honestly, I can't predict it's outcome other than it'd be intense!

Pep Guardiola has been train Manchester City since 2016 and from local competitions Guardiola has been wins everything and only european competitions trophies which he never got before so he make champion league trophy as his primary target for each season and this is fantastic moment for Guardiola because all they have to do is only beat Real Madrid and reach to final matches but in my opinion Real Madrid is different than their previous opponents because in this competition Real Madrid has strong champion mentally

On the other hand finally after long time we will see again Italian teams in the semifinal match but unfortunately Inter and Milan have to met each other early and this is could be tight match because both teams already know the weakness of their opponent but at least Italy has 1 representative in the final match later

Not intending to underestimated the two clubs from Serie A who will face each other in the semifinals because what these two clubs from one city have achieved is extraordinary, because it was never considered that they would be able to go this far and in fact they were capable and one of the clubs in Milan it's going to the final, but in my opinion the other semi-final becomes the final that happens earlier Manchester City vs Real Madrid.

The two clubs have H2H were quite balanced by beating each other and also ending in a draw so this will be a semifinal which will be difficult to predict who will be superior, maybe when the first leg matches have been carried out it will start to be seen a little which of the two will have a bigger chance to advance to finals stage.

Real Madrid, who will host the first leg, will definitely not waste this opportunity by winning the match as well as trying to score pretty much goals, and interestingly, if they are able to get rid of Manchester City, this Spanish Club will be the club that gets rid of 3 teams from the English premier league, first Liverpool second Chelsea and maybe Man City next, even though this will be the most difficult match compared to when getting rid of the 2 previous teams.
