It was an expected occurance in the match between Manchester United and Real Betis, the away team came into this match with already existing 4:1 defeat against their rivals in the first leg at old traford so they were a little bit relaxed more than their rivals because of the advantage and they expected draw at most but the reverse was the case the won narrowly.

well, Fenerbahce managed to win this game thanks to a penalty, but unfortunately even with this victory they didn't manage to pass to another phase, and it's a shame, as it seems jorge jesus won't be able to win anything relevant this season, in many teams when he went to be a coach he always managed to make the team score a lot of goals and play so well that it even made me enjoy watching the games, but I see that in the case of Fenerbahce things are not going well, I very much doubt that he will stay at Fenerbahce for a long time, there comes a time when one becomes exhausted when one sees that the work one is doing is not going as expected

The cup is definitely going to a weird place these late seasons. While we have conference league, I can see some teams that played like conference league teams, and some conference league teams that play like Europa teams.

Fenerbahçe have been doing their best against Sevilla so far. That goal by a penalty gave a big hope to Fenerbahçe about making a comeback. They have had so many goal chances until now but still they can't score another goal. Arda Guler has been really impressive in the match. His moves, passes and goal attempts are really worth watching. Especially there was an incredible shot by him and it would have been one of the best goals in the Europa League if it ended up with a goal.

Sevilla are just aiming to decreasing the tempo of the match and secure the current score. I hope Fenerbahçe can finally score the goal they have been trying to do in the stoppage time.

Sevilla's goalkeeper Dmitrovic aimed to finish the time by cooling down the game throughout the match. Even in the simplest of positions, he lay on the ground and waited. The referee of the match, Michael Oliver, should have warned him about this. In fact, I think Michael Oliver should have shown him a yellow card. Fenerbahçe put up good pressure at the beginning of the second half of the match against Sevilla. But they could not spread this pressure to the entire second half of the match. Sevilla players prevented this by reducing the tempo of the match. To be honest, we did not watch an enjoyable match. But they deserved to pass the tour.

Manchester United has been in good form and this is really making them to always come out in flying colours in their recent match despite their last week draw in the English Premiership, the devil make sure that every minutes of their game with freiburg count by not giving chances for anything to happen.

To tell the truth I don't believe Sevilla deserved next round here. They didn't do anything special in either in the first leg or this leg. They just tried to keep their advantage by doing everything they can to slow down the match. This is one of the cheapest tricks in football but there is nothing to do about it. I was really angry at the attitude of Fenerbahce supporters in a part of the match as well. Because they threw something at Sevilla goalkeeper and caused the tempo of the match to decrease a lot.

Fenerbahce could have scored that second goal in this match but they weren't able to benefit from so many chances. Like I said I don't think Sevilla really deserved it.

Sporting cp vs Arsenal match has been very interesting, sporting has been having good time with arsenal in the past few minutes of the game and the have possessed more ball more than their rivals and with the look of things the seem not to be giving up soon, despite that arsenal form is intact we should not forget that this visiting side is also good they are ready to do anything in other to stop arsenal today so anything is possible in this match.

Even if Betis are playing in home, the man united in seeing tonight is not what I expected. Manchester United in the last match against Betis were more in control of the game than this. I'm beginning to sense that Ten Hag's Strategy today is to guide against conceding goals and it's really affecting the boy's game play. They find it difficult to dwell with ball and play at their free will, Al I see is fear and overly emotions.
Real betis seemed to be more confident than MU in the first 20 minutes which is not supposed to be so.

Ten Hag's strategy actually worked. They did not concede and they scored a goal. That's the problem with being a tactical coach, if you use a strategy and it works then everybody will praise you as a genius but if the strategy fails then you're a clueless coach that doesn't know what you're doing.
I expected a game like this from United. They won the first leg 4-1, with good defending they can't concede 3 goals. Besides the game is going to be relatively more difficult than the first leg because now Betis are at home where they are more comfortable so you don't expect them to make it easy for United.
It was a good game from Manchester United in both legs, they're in the last 8 now which is very impressive.

It is already too late for that to happen because his pre World Cup performance wasn’t that stellar and also he didn’t have a stunning World Cup either and this season individual awards will be sweep by those World Cup high performance. The FIFA award shows that already, maybe next season with this form and possibly trophies he could be there. Although he has having a great season there’s a great side of his game that he needs to improve. He wastes far too many chances and he some games many won’t arrive. Today he scored one but could have easily had an hat trick. Also his selfishness upfront deprives his striker more of the ball and needs to reduce that feed his strikers more if not any striker united signs in the summer might have goal scoring problems.

For me Juventus is one of the big favorites to win the Champions League this year. Regarding the match today against SC Freiburg i have to say that over the course of both matches Juventus definitely was the better and more dominate team and therefore they deserve it to advance into the next round of the tournament. That being sad, the way the game was going today was very very unlucky for SC Freiburg. I mean that penalty for Juventus shortly before the half time break was very hard for me. The distance between the ball and the arm of the Freiburg player when the ball was shot was less than half a meter and still Juve got the penalty and the Freiburg player even was sent off the pitch because it was his second yellow card. After that i was basically over for Freiburg.

Arsenal have won one goal, it has changed the aggregate to 3-2. I know it's a tough game because it looks like Sporting won't let Arsenal beat them without a good game. Arsenal could have won the first half, but in the second half I think Arsenal will concede a goal if Sporting's performance improves.
