Arsenal won their match without having to sacrifice playing their best team, but still the victory was quite convincing enough if you don't put the scoreline into consideration.

Man Utd on the other hand lost the match to Real Sociedad, I don't have anything at stake on fixture from the get go, except for a couple of live bets in the ~79 with Real Sociedad offered at 1.5 Odds to secure the victory, which I took of course, because I really didn't think Man United were going to get back on level terms even though there was a bit sense of urgency, they seem to lack the cutting and edge look sharper on the counter attacks and a lead Real Sociedad aren't going to commit all 1/3 of their men forward in that scenario.

A couple of other upsetting results were also witnessed today, AS Roma with their second consecutive lose after a demolition from Udinese at the last weekend, Mourinho men fell to another defeat, while Union Berlin lose to Royal Union of Belgium is another result I couldn't have seen coming.

Am not saying defects are good thing or something one should be proud of but I must admit Manchester United didn't play awful they have improved when you compare this game against real sociedad with the ones in the premier League against Brighton and Brentford you will understand what I meant, Manchester United drop some players at the bench that have been starting the previous matches they have been winning, Rashford,Martinez, Sancho and Bruno Fernandez did not start this particular game.

Europa seems like it started with a banger, teams are playing very well and everyone seems to be taking this way too seriously. Normally the early week games wouldn't be this hardcore, but looking at how the teams played so far, all the ones I saw (watched highlights only) looks like teams are playing with 110% and putting it all on the pitch this week.

Normally we would see a bit more "lazy" play where they do not run this much, but it looks like teams are not lacking in effort and trying their best. That's good, it gives us the best football we could watch, because seeing games where players just do not care will end up not being that great fun to watch.

The role of Bruno is lost and it is clear that Fred is difficult to replace in this match.
Judging from the results obtained, it's actually not very good but on the other hand at least they didn't concede many goals in this match.
The fact that some of the rotations shown are clearly still not up to the mark and I think there should be a bit of improvement back in the midfield especially replacing Bruno.

Very frustrating for Ronaldo and Manchester United, he wanted to leave the club this summer so he does not miss out on playing in the champions league for the first time, it did not work out for him and he is still a united player, and now to play in the tournament he wanted to avoid by all means and not scoring or performing too good will be so frustrating for Ronaldo, i feel bad for him, he is yet to score any goal for manchester united this season, and nobody knows how long this drought will last; United will have to improve in their next game if they have any intentions of competing for the Europa League.

Omonia Nicosia were slight favorites to beat Sheriff Tiraspol but the scoreline shows another story altogether. Sheriff Tiraspol scoring 3 goals while not conceding any, is a surprise and a half. Nicosia managed 9 shots but only managed to get 1 on target, while maintaining 60% of the possession.

Prime cristiano has long gone , he plays like he is losing his confidence , the touch he had pretty poor though despite collectively the team playing not so bad , real sociedad just successfully makes united frustrated and as for the result they keep the 1 goal lead till the end of the match.

honestly they were games in which they had some shocking results, arsenal won and but seeing teams like Roma and manchester united losing was something very shocking for me, I would say that these two teams are short of more players in attack and defense, they still need go through big changes if they want to start seeing big results, roma depends on even 11 to succeed, but their attack can't score many goals, while manchester united is the same thing

I was rooting for them to win but it did not seem likely considering the fact they couldn't even score a goal. Aging is something that can not be avoided by any athlete and also by anyone. And logically it wasn't his goal-scoring instinct that was missing in Ronaldo.
