Juventus cannot be considered favourites to win the Europa league this season because this season there are many top names on the list, against Nantes in the return leg they will have to come on top. Shakhtar has got important won from Rennes yesterday but i think Rennes chances to qualified is still good because second leg will be held at Rennes home ground and Rennes were very good at home even at their domestic league Rennes can able to beat PSG at that time and on group stage Rennes has impressive records because they had unbeatable status but unfortunately at that time they didn't make it to get first position on standings league because Fenerbahce had better points than them

Shakhtar defense is not so impressive for me because i can see based on their previous matches Shakhtar has several times conceded 3 goals or more so Rennes might be will realized this and for next match i am sure Rennes will be able to beat Shakhtar

This can't be a good reason to say Shakhtar is going to win the game again just because they won the last game against Rennes 2 days ago because as you said Shakhtar doesn't have good defensive power and they proved it in the last matches in the other hand because of the last game Rennes should try hard to and start the game with attacking style so I guess you can even score the first goal and then try protecting the goal. But regardless of that both teams could show good performance in their last games and I don't expect to see an amazing game from these two.
