Sporting CP isn't very hard opponent for Arsenal but it is not possible to win every single game for a team. Arsenal is favorite and they will play in their home ground. For me the winner of the Europa League is way harder to predict, than the winner of the Champions League. The reason for that is quite simple. For many of the big clubs like Manchester united, Juventus or Arsenal the participation in the Europa League still feels like a burden to them because obviously they would like to play in the Champions League instead and fight for the biggest title in club football there. That is why smaller clubs, that are 100% motivated are having a pretty good chance to make it very far.

I do not think like this.  There are huge differences between small teams and these big teams.  Let's take Juventus as an example.  They have been suspended by 15 points and are currently very unlikely to make it to the Champions league in Serie A.  However, if the European league champions, they will be in the champions league next year.  That's why I'm sure they will be more motivated in the European league.

I think they would be a lot more "motivated" that's true, but just because they are motivated doesn't mean that they will win it neither, there is a good chance they could still lose even if they want to win.

The other teams are not that bad neither, like how do you think Juventus could beat United or Arsenal? They are pretty good teams as well and one of them is leading the premier league table right now, that's not an easy team to beat and even though Juventus could be motivated to win, they may just be not good enough to win which is why I highly doubt that this could work well for them. I hope that we could see a good competition, and not easy win, but I think they will lose.

Agree. People should expect Arsenal to win easily against Sporting because Arsenal performs very well in EPL. But it is Europa League, it is an international league. The leader of the local league can fail to reach the final round in this competition, just look at how Barcelona was eliminated.    Also, it is a home match for Sporting, they have more motivation to play there. However, getting a draw at Sporting home isn't so bad result for Arsenal. At least they were not defeated, so Arsenal will be easier to do an effort to qualify for the next round. Arsenal only needs to win with 1 goal only at home, but they must ensure that Sporting players can't make a single goal.

Regarding Man United, they are leading with 3 goals gap (current score 4-1). I think Man United is safe to qualify for the next round. They performed very well in this competition, I assume they will play in the final round.

The bet this time doesn't seem to go well for me because indeed I did 3 bets that I did all fail.
I bet on this match and only Leverkusen made me quite happy but for the others, I completely failed the prediction.
My Rome and Sociedad game was a draw and it was at Arsenal and Union Berlin but it was completely reversed.

The last time I placed some bets was over the weekend and likely the one I gave Liverpool winning against Manchester united came through but all the other tickets were destroyed due to one or two clubs losing, this has been a very tough time in the various leagues and most of the bigger clubs are losing their current positions.

Arsenal actually did not disappoint for me, they could at least get a draw at home Lisbon, and they also play better rather than the home team. I think which disappointing is Union Berlin, they really dominated that match but they could make only a draw result. Regarding Manchester United they are very comfortable because now they can scored again, and final result is 4-1.

That was a heated game and Sporting were able to put gunners to a draw trap. I don't know if it is a good result or not since the away game will be played in Emirates Stadium and Arsenal will be more aggressive. Sporting have a rare chance to advance if they keep performing that way and push to penalties or a late goal.

The result seems to be good for Arsenal, taking the match events into consideration. The Portuguese team took the lead in the second half and were able to widen the gap, yet Paulinho wasted the opportunity. Regarding which team to qualify, Sporting has a good record against English teams in the European leagues, whereas they managed to qualify for the next round in the last 6 cases when they faced English teams. After Liverpool humiliated Manchester United on Sunday by beating them with wide margin of 7 goals to nil, so many people starting seeing Manchester United from a whole different perspective but I still had strong belief that that result isn't gonna affect the mentality of the squad and they proved me right tonight by comfortably beating Real Betis. A brilliant performance by Manchester United today, I love the way they played with eagerness to score. It is a relief for the team but todays scorers need to be more happy because they have been under pressure since the weekend loss. Ten Hag’s decision to substitute Dalot for Wan Bissaka was the right call. It was what United fans had wanted against Liverpool after the first 45 minutes. In today's fixtures of Manchester United vs Real Betis, it was all Manchester United. Real Betis didn't have much of the ball and was more on the defense. I did expected a lot of aggression from Manchester United and that wasn't lacking in the second half. Ten Hag demonstrated his need to win by making halftime substitutes and Weghorst played more than an attacker would today. He was in the forward, midfield and had some good chance at defense too. Good for him, he scored in the game!
