Congratulations mate, like i said in one of my previous comments, the delay experienced at a time as this is one that shouldn't surprise gamblers, since we were in a festive period,  a lot of business owners take this time out to have some rest, use it as an opportunity to spend some quality time with their families.
So this simply means that trying to reach a team as this during such period will require double to effort one would need if we weren't in a festive period, so also with trying to have your account verified, so i believe with this in mind, your rating for this casino shouldn't be based on this experience you had trying to get your account verified, it was just a wrong timing, but am happy all is settled now.

Does they notified to all gamblers about the reason why they remove Bitcoin? Because they must inform it to everyone before the delisting will happen in order to make the gamblers withdraw their money first.

If they're not notified to all gamblers, well it's could be an one red flag since the casino is free to add and delete anything that they want. Just imagine they firstly said Germany is allowed to play in their casino, but tomorrow they will change the rules to ban Germany.

I have something really weird on my account happening.

The odds on ALL games have been lowered on my account. Whenever I am logged in my odds are clearly lower than when I am logged out. This means they have personally lowered the odds for all games on my account only.
Is this normal practice?

I will give you an example: Real Betis 6,95 Draw 4,60 Barcelona 1,44  is what I have logged in.....but when I log out I see: Real Betis 7,50 Draw 4,94 Barcelona 1,47.

Can this be corrected?
