Honestly, having bitcoin should really be enough but in nowadays competition where every platforms do make out standard on having lots of coins been accepted and mostly been on top ranking altcoins in the market

You made a very important point here, because due to high volatility of some altcoin most casino decide to either stay with a few stable coins for deposits or create their own women to support the ecosystem. Trustdice payment system and currency have been a big challenge to most players and if the team can work on that or spend the time to develop their native token for easy access to their site it will be better. The only thing I want the team to work on is the area of new game development which the team has also mentioned.

I'm suggesting Litecoin, Dogecoin, TRX, and even BNB/BUSD if possible. Those are tokens that I usually on most gambling casino and has lesser fees and faster transaction speed. If also possible, in platform token conversion so in case someone would like to withdraw on other crypto, they'll be able to do so.

I like the idea of token conversion and I think not many casinos are doing this but this is helpful if you got a tip from your friend, you got coins from rain, from the contest, and you didn't like that coin. You can easily convert it to the coin that you like. They can include a fee with it but it should be friendly so that users won't be discouraged of using it.

About the chat function, boarders are great only to make chat more exciting but badges are not new. They are common. Usually it identifies the players rank. So far i havent seen any casinos which had integrated NFT just like on Rollbit.It wont really be that a bad idea if they would really be doing the same.Im not saying totally completely copy but at least

Maybe its not copying but also adoption, if they are going to adopt they can innovate it and utilize more the NFT, so far only Rollbit successful on doing this.
Having an update with the site is ideal to stay with the competition, I also suggest to make more promotions and increase the exposure here in the forum give at least a year of promotions then you will see the difference. Host an art contest, game contest and stay active with your signature campaign. I also agree with other post above, More low to zero gas deposit options. TRX, Matic and BNB would be a nice additional to your accepted coins. Also it would be nice to add some dog tokens like DOGE and SHIB for those people who want to just want to spend their tokens since it doesn't have that much utility also has low fees. Minesweeper and Plinko are popular games among crypto gamblers I think they would be great if added to the casino game.

I like  both mines and plinko but I think they're available just about everywhere, so implementing them could be a plus for you but wouldn't be anything new that Noone has seen.

More contests and promos would be good. Wagering contests, special roll contests, or something to let the community and your chat be more engaged.

List of coins to be accepted in an established online casino is indeed a factor but there are others which are more important such as registration for it to be acknowledge not only by players but also non-gamblers. It would give credential to a gambling platform to support the label of being "established". This would be followed by the general security of online casino. Why haven't I mentioned about reqards, bonuses, and games being offered? 'coz that's the bare minimum and all of the online gambling casinos already have that. An established gambling platform would focus to important things other than those which are pleasing to the eyes of the gamblers, and that includes internal sectors of a platform.

As a matter of fact, we currently only support direct deposits via BTC, ETH, EOS, USDT, USDC, and TXT (our platform coin). If you wish to deposit with any other altcoin, the option we provide is to deposit it then convert it to one of the coins we directly support. The whole process is automatic.

Because EOS has a free transaction fee, does it mean a free withdrawal fee also for EOS?

Yes it is. We don't charge any withdrawal fees on any cryptos we support. However, customers would still have to pay the gas fee.

Original provably slot games will be nice because the number of original provably fair slot games is not that much till now.
