Sadio Mane doesn't have a history of serious injuries so far, but a week before the world cup started he had to accept the fact he couldn't play for Senegal in this world cup. Well actually Viicius is a very good player, but I don't think he can replace Neymar Jr, I think Neymar is very necessary for Brazil, Neymar's injury is not that serious, he just needs to have a good rest so he can recover to the fullest, Thank God it wasn't a sprain, but it was very close to being a sprain, what happens is that when speaking in medical terms, the names given to the injury are quite strong and usually scare people, but In itself it is an inflammation on the ankle for having made a bad movement.

Personally, I have had this type of injury, and I know that a physical therapist fixes it in seconds, but it is very weak and some therapies have to be done so that it can recover quickly, in a normal person without the appropriate technology as they have. Regarding Mane I would also say that it is a personal tragedy. This was the tournament that he deserved during his prime age. He wasn't in the very best shape for Bayern Munich, but playing for the national team at such a tournament is a whole different ball game. I think he could and would have been one of the shining stars in Qatar. Senegal is all about the spirit and unbelievable motivation and that is also what Mane is about. I also understand Mane because he is one of the best players in the world let alone best Senegal player, but Reus is not really "that" good, missing him shouldn2t really disrupt Germany all that much.

I agree that he is a good player, but we aren't talking about like Mbappe to France, or Messi to Argentina level of importance here, Reus is good, even great, but he is not a world class superstar level player that worths 150 million or something, dude is a good player and that's it.
