Ok as per Tank Davis, there will be a press conference, maybe to announce this fight,

https://twitter.com/Gervontaa/status/1632105626188009472

And after that, the tickets will be on sale, and then we will find out if it could be sell out in the next couple of hours since there is a big hype on this fight. It this happens, then big money is on the table for this two.

Gonna be fun to see this two throwing words and trash talking, hehehehe.

^ Yeah, it's going to be full of *bleep* and *bleep* in this press conference. Both are huge trash talkers and we know that when to fighters like to bad mouth against each other, it's hard to stop.

Did the venue though has been announced yet?

I now they are targeting Las Vegas for this fight and there are 2 venues vying for that slot and I might have missed the official place of this fight, just saying.

Yes, that is expected mate but that will be fun to see because this fight is a bit personal for them both. They've been dancing back and forth on the internet for some years now and fortunately, it's happening and will take place in April 22 at Las Vegas, Nevada.

The venue is still TBA, I'm thinking that organizers will first feel the people's response towards their tickets on the first few days of selling it so that they could tell which place is more suitable to cater a large crowd. After that, the place will be finalized and as well as the PPV price.

They know they can sell out the biggest stadium but booking a stadium takes time and they are probably thinking about how much they can charge and fill it out. This is a big fight and if it finally gets made then a lot of people are going to be willing to pay above average ticket prices and the boxing promoters know it. I wonder if they will go for a larger venue and keep prices down or if they go for a smaller venue and charge a huge fee for the tickets which would stop a lot of purists from attending. I hope they go for the bigger venue because there will be more atmosphere too.

I agree, they know that they can sell the tickets in any stadium with this kind of magnitude. Everyone wanted to see this fight and even if the price is too expensive, many are still going to buy it anyways.

And if I'm not mistaken, there are two venue they have in mind for this fight in Las Vegas. And it makes that they are going to make it for the gamblers to come in and spend their money.

They cannot charge huge amounts but I think boxing has changed the purists are not attending fights any more because of the rising ticket costs. I prefer when they go for bigger venues because the atmosphere is better but because more real fans can attend and not just rich people because they are usually better priced because there is more space. The less space in venues the more competitive to get tickets and the more they can charge. It would be a shame if they put Garcia vs Tank in a small venue and price out real boxing fans because I think this fight will go down in boxing history.

I think that this press conference is very interesting.  Right before their hand do the boxing, this press conference will make their mouth to do the boxing for them.  I agree, since there are lots of hates between this two, we might hear a lot of trash talks and censored lines as they talk to each other.

This press conference can heat up the fight and might probably produce more audiences that is interested on the possible result of their fight and wanted to witness it live.

In the beginning there were 3 venues considered for this fight, and then it was cut to 2 when they say that it will be in Vegas, so it's either

a. T-Mobile Arena - 22,000 sitting capacity
b. MGM Grand Garden Arena - 17,000 sitting capacity

So base on that numbers alone, I wouldn't be surprised if T-Mobile will be their obvious choice.

But we will have to see on the press conference.

Yes, that is why they are taking their time to finalize everything including the place where the fight will happen because they know that this is a mega fight and anyone will surely come and see these two stars dancing in one ring and proving who's the greater between them.

As of now, they are still waiting for the crowd's response after the 2-day press conference as that's where they will commence the selling of tickets.

It will be a disgrace if they pick the MGM arena over T-Mobiles  I think MGM has less atmosphere and the ticket prices are as expensive as the T mobiles. I want as many fans as possible and I am disappointed that they are fighting in vegas I think it would be better to go to bigger venues in other states. I do not know why vegas is always picked for big events is it because the commission is less strict?

I think it's the big money that is coming from this boxing events, it used to be New York in the early days of boxing, Ali vs Frazier, - fight of the century was held in MSG. So it's all about the money that the city is going to make, Floyd make Vegas his home, and there are great fights in the city.

And since this is a big fight, everyone will come to watch, bringing in their money that week, playing in casinos, eating in restaurants. Not sure about the income tax for fights though or for this boxers, but then there is the Federal Income Tax.

You make good points and I think the casinos are involved in getting the fights in Vegas because it generates a lot of money like you said. Vegas probably has less income tax then many states because of their view of certain laws in Vegas. I know there are a lot of people who travel to Vegas but it is very far for most Americans and very expensive for international fans who want to watch big fights like this one. I could never afford to go to Vegas and pay for accommodation and tickets for the event.

Mike Tyson made his prediction for this fight hehe. He is on Tank Davis, however, he also told everyone that this will be a good fight. Does this imply that King Ry has a chance more than everyone's predictions? I quite certainly speculate that this fight might show that King Ry is better than what was expected from him.

While in Saudi Arabia for the Paul Vs. Fury fight, Tyson had a quick interview with Fight Hub TV, discussing upcoming bouts in the sport. Tyson discussed the lightweight bout and said, “It’s going to be a Good fight.” The ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’ expects a thrilling fight between these two lightweight boxers.

Tyson further went on to choose his side for the fight. When asked who he thinks will win the fight, Tyson responded, “I gotta say Tank, but it’s going to be a good fight“

Very interesting prediction by Tyson, I thought he was on the bandwagon on Garcia, since he guest him on his show years ago and that's where the fun started between the two because Ryan went on a tirade and verbally attack Davis.

They even called Tank and see his reactions.

But maybe Tyson really choose Davis because of the power that Tank has, and yeah, everyone knows that this is going to be a good fight.

Ok as per Tank Davis, there will be a press conference, maybe to announce this fight,

https://i.imgur.com/4cw5XWf.png

https://twitter.com/Gervontaa/status/1632105626188009472

And after that, the tickets will be on sale, and then we will find out if it could be sell out in the next couple of hours since there is a big hype on this fight. It this happens, then big money is on the table for this two.

Gonna be fun to see this two throwing words and trash talking, hehehehe.

I'm really looking forward as well on how these two would banter during press conference and maybe they would have a heated argument during weigh-ins hahahaha and would definitely want to see those two fight head-on given that they both have undefeated record on their professional career.

I am not reading and hearing any other boxer's opinion even though some of them might have a point but it would really depend on how they would do inside the ring on the day of their fight.

I think boxers are slightly favoring Tank Davis to win in this fight, as what we have been here, Tyson is on the side of Davis and so is the other boxers. But there are some like Tim Bradley (although it's up to us to value his opinion), that wants Ryan to put a punishment on Davis.

So the odds might not reflect what boxers or even our community thinks who is going to win in this fight.

Both has a knockout power and so that could be the difference, as who will land that perfect shot to score a knockdown or knockout.

What Iron Mike did is a pure prediction and it's nothing to do with his biases because if that is the case then he could've choose Ryan Garcia to win instead of Tank Davis, but what happened was opposite as Mike sees Tank's potential and might have a successful fight over Ryan Garcia. I guess we already know why he chose Tank because aside from power, Tank got a massive IQ inside the ring which I think Ryan Garcia didn't have as that is learned throughout training and experience.

We'll see if they will actually dare to trash-talk face-to-face. Cheesy Maybe they can bark at each other online but can't do it face-to-face. Cheesy And it'll be fun to see how the other top fighters that are also throwing bombs at each other like Haney, Shakur, and Lopez. These Top Rank guys will probably laugh at this PPV event but with no real belts on the line. I really hope that the winner of this fight will go ahead and face real competition and not go back to the usual cherry-picking of opponents.

Baofeng mentioned before the 70k capacity Allegiant Stadium and the arenas of T-Mobile and MGM Grand. And as I mentioned earlier, I really doubt a stadium will be used in this fight. Boxing promoters in the US will most likely stick to boxing-proven venues like the MGM and T-Mobile, especially in a Vegas fight. Tickets will be more expensive of course compared to making this event in a stadium.

We will likely know that soon in their press conference, I bet they will start throwing words with each other and to add-up some spice, those trash talks might be under the belt because besides from marketing the fight, the rivalry between those two is no doubt real. But going after a champion? Their most probable chance is if Haney will have a mandatory fight as the winner of this fight will surely got the slot. But as of now, he is not yet due to have a mandatory fight.

I'm expecting that to happen, so aside from the marketing these two fighters are already throwing
trash talks online so what more once they already facing each other in their presscon.

Let's see if how they will use this venue to attract more fans to support the upcoming fight and how they will bring or
add excitement with those below the belt trash talks.
