He is still very young though, maybe a lost won't hurt him that much. It might take some time to bounce back though, but if he has that mentality then he can go back to the limelight again. Just like what happen to Teo Lopez when he lost Kambosos, we all know how loud and brandish Teo that time, then suddenly Kambosos took his soul and take all his belt. And it takes Lopez at least a year to go back again and fight. But this time he decided to move up in weight in 140 lbs, won fights and now will be fighting for the belt. Only true boxing fans would be interested in attending the fight in person. While the ticket prices may be expensive, there will undoubtedly be people willing to pay the price to witness these two great boxers face off in the ring.

According to some articles, after the tickets were sold out, there were some buyers who wanted to by them for $29k. This is fight is very much hyped. I wish it will be a very good fight similar to what much of the experts have predicted.

Also, the promoters should rent Las Vegas Raiders' Allegiant stadium, have a big screen and let everyone pay $100 per person to watch the fight hehehe.

All of these talk sh*t won't matter after they settled everything in the ring, let them fist do the talking. I don't usually watch cocky boxers talk (regardless if he's a mediocre or an elite fighter) in a press con, because they usually don't have anything remarkable to say other than looking down on their opponent.

Maybe he thinks he is the king and Ryan Garcia is just the top challenger for him. However, that's still underestimating his opponent because despite both being champs, Davis sees himself on a higher level. I hope Ryan Garcia will prove Davis wrong and show him that his current thoughts are incorrect.

All of these talk sh*t won't matter after they settled everything in the ring, let them fist do the talking. Well, Davis is one of the good fighters out there so as Ryan, but I won't call them one of the best until their done with their career. It's not gonna just about the records though, but it's all about who your opponents was.

It's already part of the boxing culture though, you either learn how to trash talk in press conferences so that you can bring hype. And it's obvious that this are two American boxers, so they can do all the talking. But let's say some fighters who can't speak fluent English, then they are not going to open their mouth as much as they can and bad mouth their opponents. Manny Pacquiao for one is a good example, and as you have said, maybe fighters trash talk him but usually he got the best of them because he uses his fist.
