Your reasoning may be valid as unnecessary violence is being as a sport or used for gambling purposes such as humans fighting with each other or people using horses to race but these things differ to Cock Fighting. Scientists used animals such as lab rats to test inventions that could possibly help humanity from danger such as Covid. I also feel sorry for the whipping of the horses. I don't think it's right for horses to be whipped either. However, when horses are whipped, they are not forced to exceed their natural capacity and strength. They are encouraged to do what they normally do. Horses are good runners. The government has always taken action against such a situation. However, if the general public has done such activities, the government is often confused in it. At present, some bad people do this to promote them online. But here they will not be able to make benefit.
There is no chance of coming regularly even if it goes online. Because those who manage or conduct such games are always trying to hide themselves if it is transmitted to online then they will definitely identified.
