There are many controversial decision in this FIFA world cup. After this world cup is over, FIFA must review the controversies of this world cup and must come up with plan on how to eliminate them from happening in the future otherwise charm of FIFA world cup will fade with time. Records are supposed to be broken from time to time so even if Messi keeps a record of the top goal scorer in the world cup, it will soon be broken but for now we should talk about Mbappe who is currently holding the record since he has 22 goals while Lionel messi has 21 goals.
