Of course the squad is completely different because in the past was full of Indonesian, while now they're full of Holland. It's no longer Indonesia to be honest, it's Netherlands v2.0. Netherlands is currently at the 7th rank in the world, it's not surprising why Netherlands v2.0 can qualify for World Cup and give a fight against higher rank countries.

Australia should've secure 3 points because they've score one more goal in the injury time, it's surprising China can score one goal.

Furthermore, it is indeed correct that the Indonesian national team currently consists of many diaspora players, most notably hailing from the Netherlands. It tends to give the national team somewhat of the appearance of “Netherlands v2.0” because many of them are people of Indonesian descent born and who have developed their football careers in the Netherlands. A few have even represented the Dutch national team in their youth categories. Nevertheless, as long as they give their best on the pitch and have the intention and hope of making Indonesia proud, that is what matters. What is key is their commitment to make Indonesia proud on the international stage, and that is an initiative I will always support.

And it is commonplace in modern football, where many countries tap into the potential of their diaspora players. Not only Indonesia, but countries in Europe as well often fill the depth of their national teams with players who have a diaspora background, especially from Africa.

It is truly unfortunate the behavior of the referee who led the Bahrain vs Indonesia match. Not because I am Indonesian that I say that referee Ahmed Al Kaf led the qualifying match badly, but towards the end of the match this FIFA licensed referee really harmed the position of the Indonesian team.
If indeed according to the rules the extra time given was appropriate, I would consider the final result to be acceptable, but what Ahmed Al Kaf did was not fair at all.

I was really disappointed with the performance of the referee from Oman in that match. Since the beginning of the match I saw indications of cheating by the referee. Of course I can't judge him because I'm from Indonesia and the referee understands the rules of football better. However, Bahrain's second goal really didn't make sense. The referee gave 6 minutes of additional time and in the 6th minute the referee didn't end the match but waited for Bahrain to attack from their defense line. I wouldn't have been disappointed if Bahrain scored in the 90+5 minute but they scored in the 90+9 minute. He reminded me of the referee who cheated Italy in the 2002 World Cup.

It was very controversial the referee at Bahrain vs Indonesia match, Indonesia failed to secure three points after conceding in the final minute of added time. One of the most controversial things about referee Ahmed Al-Kaf was that there were many favorable violations for the Bahrain National Team during the 6 minutes of added time, but the goal occurred in the 99th minute or more than three minutes of added time.

During the 6 minutes of extra time, there was no stoppage at all but referee Ahmed Al-Kaf had another point of view with the match running until the 99th minute and making Indonesia fail to get their first three points in the qualifying round.
I think FIFA and AFC make serious investigate how bad and controversial of Ahmed Al-Kaf to suspend him from all FIFA and AFC matches for the future.

It was very controversial the referee at Bahrain vs Indonesia match, Indonesia failed to secure three points after conceding in the final minute of added time.

Hopefully, they learned from this and aim to secure victory with 2 goal difference or at the very least improve their concentration in the last minutes of a match so they don't concede late goals again. Complaining about unfairness can't guarantee anything IMO, even if governing bodies revise or stop using a controversial referee I don't think they'll change the results of a match that has ended. A football team can only depend on themselves to secure 3 points in this modern time.

I really hope that Maarten Paes will be fine and will play as a starter in the match against Bahrain, although Shin Tae-yong still has goalkeepers such as Ernando Ari Sutaryadi, Nadeo Argawinata, who have their own qualities if Maarten Paes is really injured then that decision must be taken by Shin Tae-yong to play both goalkeepers, because it is impossible for Bahrain to penetrate the Indonesian defense guarded by Mees Hilgers, Jay Idzes, Rizky Ridho, or Jordi Amat who has just recovered from his injury, so playing Ernando Ari Sutaryadi is a good thing for Shin Tae-yong to do, If Maarten Paes is really injured and insists on playing Maarten Paes then the impact must be considered for the next match, because Indonesia will host China in the next match.

In the end, Maarten Paes was able to play from the start and it was very encouraging condition for all Indonesian supporters and also an advantage for the Indonesian national team itself because the presence of Maarten Paes gave confidence to all players that they had great goalkeeper and it was very possible to win.
He played very well today and I saw Maarten Paes make several saves even though he did not respond to anything in the first goal scored by Bahrain thanks to very hard free kick from Mohamed Marhoon that hit the top goalpost and bounced in.
It just that Indonesia game was very good so that they were able to restore the situation by equalizing and managed to dominate the game in the second half until they were able to score goal again for 1 - 2 advantage before something quite surprising happened where the extra time for the second half exceeded the limit and gave Bahrain the opportunity to score goal again and equalize the score to 2 - 2.

I'm not someone who follows the games of Asian national teams in great detail, but from the little I've been able to research, in my opinion both teams have problems in attack. Even scoring one goal is very difficult, but Indonesia has a good defense when compared to Bahrain, which is why I see this as the type of game that will have few goals. Maybe there will be only one goal and Indonesia will win the game due to their good defense. I saw that the bookmakers are placing Bahrain as the favorite, even some football analysis sites are placing Bahrain as the favorite. But I think Indonesia has a better chance of winning.

This match showed different condition, in the first half Bahrain was superior in terms of attack and defense because all players were really able to block every Indonesian attack attempt by always closing the space in every position of the Indonesian players.
It just that in the second half Indonesia game was very good, they could defend better and get various right positions in every attack attempt, but there was lot of drama in this match, I quite salute Indonesia game which is really getting crazier with significant increase in quality.
I also got betting win in this match, next against China I think Indonesia can get an absolute victory.

Brazil is a traditional team, from this traditional team we have seen many legendary players who have made history in football. You claim that Brazil played well in 2002 but here I would like to add something to you. For example, Brazil has played well in these 22 years, but they have not won any major tournament.  

After 2002, Brazil won the Copa America several times and were defeated in the final. It doesn't mean that Brazil is not going well now, but it doesn't mean that Brazil doesn't have good quality players. There are still good quality players in Brazil but the biggest problem is that there is no experienced manager in Brazil right now to give direction to these good quality players. When a good manager takes over Brazil will once again become one of the best teams in FIFA.

The Brazilian national team has never missed participation in World Cup and their poor performance in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers makes it little doubtful whether Brazil will have to miss out for the first time? Current standings of CONMEBOL FIFA World Cup qualifier  Brazil national teams on 5th standings position and bit difficult opportunity qualifying to World Cup 2026 because have few points remaining from Bolivia and Paraguay national teams have 9 points.

Upcoming two matches later facing Chile and Peru, have bad news for Brazil national team because their important players Vinicius Jr and Eder Militao have out from squad after injuring. It is not true that a team like Brazil will not qualify for the main stage of the World Cup. Brazil has qualified to play in the main stage of every World Cup so far and we have faith in Brazil that they will continue to do so. But when we remember that former four-time World Cup winning team Italy has never qualified for the main stage of the World Cup in any World Cup tournament, we have doubts that Brazil can really qualify for the main stage of the 2026 World Cup. You said Brazil has consistently underperformed in major tournaments like the World Cup since 2006, and the biggest proof of that is the fact that it's been a long time since the team failed to qualify for the semi-finals.  

In the last few World Cup tournaments we have seen Brazil exit from the quarter finals and now it is doubtful whether Brazil will be able to play in the main stage of the World Cup.

Every time Brazil goes to the World Cup they aim to win the Mission Hexa but so far they have not been able to fulfill their dream of winning the Mission Hexa. There is no player from the team that Brazil won the World Cup with but now Brazil has nothing to be proud of this team. Argentina had performed poorly in the last few years even before winning the World Cup and still regretted not winning an international title in 30 years, but they eventually became World Cup champions. Also won two Copa Americas in a row. The Brazilian team must try to improve a lot. If Brazil are not able to improve themselves everywhere then their dream of winning the Mission Hexa will never come true.

The country has so many quality players, and if a coach can put together the right squad, they can win any competition.
