Morocco's defense is strong. But did Brazil create a very strong attack in yesterday's match? Brazil's performance was abysmal. If morocco had an experienced striker  in attack, Brazil would not have been able to score points in this match. Morocco created a  lot of chances. But their finishing was weak. Ancelotti probably did not get enough time  to work with this Brazilian squad. The understanding among the attacking players was very bad. If this does not improve, brazil will not be able to do anything good in this World Cup.

But this was just first match. Even a genius like Carlo Ancelotti need to be given a little safe time to get the team in line. More the tournament progresses the more wild Brazil's game becomes, we have seen this many times before. So it would be very foolish to write them off as losers right now

Anyway by showing such a fighting game on field Moroccan player have earned a lot of respect from football fans and betting markets around the world. I didn't expect Curacao to score against Germany and my BTTS were shattered by Livano Comenencia's goal which I didn't even know existed.

I think I underestimated Curacao even though I knew they qualified because they have a very good stats in the CONCACAF zone but their opponent was Germany and I felt they didn't have any chance to score but this 1 goal was enough to slap my bet.

But there are still other bets left because I'm pretty sure Germany is ahead and over 3 could still happen in this match.

The draw between Brazil and Morocco is probably a fair result and it tells us two things that we kind of knew, but this kind of a confirmation: Morocco are able to compete with teams that, on paper, are better than them; at the same time Brazil are still struggling against good/very good teams, their chances of winning the tournament are low in my opinion.

Aside the hate, come on Morocco is the best in Africa, they outshined Brazil it was a shocking result, we all expected Brazil to win with ease but Morocco were so good, they will go far in this tournament, they way they player like ana average team.

Brazil has to work more on this attackers, aside vini,there was absolutely no body up front with him. I believe that the goal will motivate them to hold on to their ground and bring out their best performance since, they be able to draw the game because I don't think that they can win Germany despite their counter attacks. Germany has wasted a lot of golden opportunities that they should have used to take over the lead. A good defending from Curacao.

Germany is so terrible. They maybe doing one sided game in term of possession and attack. However, they can even conceded a goal against Curacao, which is placing at 82th of FIFA rank. This is terrible. Even if they're winning this game. Their defense has to be blamed over this.
I see no reason for a club in top 10 of best football nations conceded against a nation that is playing their first WC.

Now the World Cup is turning into a great event with just 22 minutes of Germany vs. Curacao, 13 shots on goal from both sides, and 2 goals are also scored. Curacao was expected to be one of the weakest sides in this World Cup, but they scored an early goal and brought themselves on level against a team like Germany.
 
Before starting, I was expecting this match to have over 4.5, and now 2 goals have already been scored. This surely can go with a few more goals. Curacao is ranked 82nd in FIFA rankings, while Germany's current rank is 10 there is no comparison between them.

It's impressive to see how Morocco has gone in world football, being able to spot advantages in the field is one thing that qualifies a good team. Morroco was able to do that to Brazil, they found out quickly how to penetrate the Brazilian defense from the left side which they failed to dance to in the early stage of the game, therefore falling for the consistent pressuring of the Atlas lions that lead to the goal which Brazil conceded. Morocco have to go on with same energy or above that to advance in this year's world cup.

If there is any team in this world cup that I don't value now, then Brazil is the team for now, I don't know if there is going to be another team later. The Curacao national team played an exciting match unexpectedly full of surprises scoring a goal against Germany. It seems the German coach will have to think hard about instructing his players to press harder and play more aggressively to avoid a draw that would be detrimental to the German national team. However I am very optimistic that the German team will win and defeat Curacao.

In the second half, Woltemade two strikers had to play in place of Kai Havertz, who didn't develop much in this match. I think Woltemade is very good, with his tall stature, he will trouble the Curacao defense, guarded by Bazoer and Obispo. Hopefully, they can secure the 3 points for the German national team.

They are fully prepared for having the top spot in their group because I am not expecting any challenge from any team for them.

Haiti couldn't beat Scotland. I think Haiti put in a better performance in the match, but they weren't very effective in front of goal. Scotland managed to secure the win with the goal they scored in the first half. In my opinion, Haiti isn't a team with the potential to earn points in this group, but the fight they put up against Scotland showed that they aren't actually a bad team. Since I think their upcoming matches will be tougher, there’s a high likelihood they’ll finish the group stage with zero points.

They are basically like a mascot for the world cups new 48 team structure. With some teams already automatically going there, it meant Haiti had a chance and they won and we all know they were just a terrible team that should have not been here, and they just happened to get lucky that's it.

Of course they are going to have zero points, that is what is expected, and would not be shocking, and a zero point group stage is still great for them because at least they joined it and that is fine.

Haha looks like we're here to say something, Curacao provided a surprise by equalizing the score in the 21 minute but yeah Germany turned things around to 3-1 and we can guess this result. Regarding how Germany could concede that goal, it is not something strange I mean any scenario can happen but what is certain is that Germany must learn from this mistake not to underestimate their opponents. I suspect Germany could have scored at least 2 more goals in the second half although I hope the final score is 4-1 because that's my bet

By the way, for today's match, I'm more interested in waiting for Netherlands vs Japan, I want to see how this Asian team survives the Netherlands' attacks. Moreover, Japan has a good record in the last 3 friendly matches.

This has given hope to other African and Asian teams that they can also play last stages of the world cup and try to win the FIFA world cup. Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Neymar will miss the opening game of Brazil against Morocco. Meanwhile Morocco will be playing their opening game with key players like Achraf Hakimi. It will be interesting to see whether Morocco can repeat the performance of their last world cup or not.    

Morocco undoubtedly performed at a high level in today's FIFA World Cup match, i believed that they would be the ones from our African continent who would be able to put up the strongest performance, maybe other African countries would be able to play better, like Senegal. You are right that Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Neymar Jr. would not play against Morocco but after watching Morocco's performance on the field, we felt that this team would have played more cautiously even with Neymar playing. Brazil was lucky enough they were not losing. Their overall performance was terrible compared to the Morocco. The good part was Morocco left up a small space for Vini to shoots. If Morocco defenders were doing a bit better. I believe Brazil would lose that game.

So this is also marking that being the top of football men rank doesn't guarantee them to win the game easily. I still see so many problems especially on their midfielders. Their current performance is reminding me with the way they played during CONMEBOL.

I agree with you, Brazil's performance was not as expected, in fact they did not do that, Morocco played better in all aspects than Brazil, they were much better in terms of attack, and they also did a lot of defense. Before the match, it seemed that Brazil might be able to beat Morocco, but in the match, it was seen that Brazil was facing a very tough situation in terms of defending their defeat.
