In my opinion, Canada and Morocco are two completely mismatched teams in terms of strength. It's easy to picture the Canadian national team in the quarterfinals of the Ice Hockey World Championship, but not at the Mundial. Morocco, on the other hand, can be considered one of the world's top national teams, as they reached the semifinals of the last World Cup and played successfully against Brazil in this tournament. Canada has not faced an opponent of this caliber yet in the competition. Therefore, I believe that Morocco's skill level and experience in the knockout stage will help them advance to the quarterfinals.

Well, this match has been going on for about 10 minutes and so far nothing has stood out but yeah I agree with you that Morocco deserves to be the favorite. I'm not underestimating Canada but their only strength is as a home team so it can help increase their confidence. I hope this match doesn't end in a draw so there is no penalty shootout because Canada chances could be higher if it goes through penalties, imo. By the way, unfortunately whoever wins this match will probably face France we know that it is not a good choice because France is the main candidate to win the tournament. Moreover, Kylian Mbappé is obsessed with winning the top scorer title so he will do everything he can.

Canada have actually been able put up a good fight in this first half, who knows if they can maintain that momentum in the second half. There has also been a lot of physicality in the first half, imagine six yellow cards already and the match is not even finished yet lol or maybe perhaps the referee is just very generous in handing out yellow cards. As for Morocco, I’ve not seen anything special from them yet and they probably need up come up with something quick in the second half if they really wanna win or else I see this match going into extra time or even penalties and we all know how penalties are, there’s no king when it come to penalties.

Canada vs Morocco will happen soon. I'm in the full hope to believe Morocco will win this. They drew against Brazil. They beat Scotland and Netherlands. So it fuels my confidence to see them secure this game. I also think it won't be going through penalty instead they will end it during the stoppage time.

However, I believe that the Moroccan team is still quite ahead in this match, both in terms of attack and defenders, and if you look at the attack department, they are also quite skilled. No, I don't think Argentina are unbeatable. But I believe they won't be beaten much earlier than the expectations. 

However I must admit that Cape Verde resisted them amazingly last night. They could be the most surprising team of the WC so far. They made things difficult for some other big nations like Spain also.

Vozinha first attracted global attention in Cape Verde's very first match at the group stage against Spain, which denied Spain their full 3 points. He has not played in any "big" teams so far neither, been a very low level goalkeeper all his career all the way until he was 40 years old, and just because he looked good one world cup, doesn't mean he will go to Saudi league, I mean if he was 22 or something then maybe, but not at 40 years old.

Vozinha is already 40 years old and currently playing for Liga Portugal 2 club Chaves. I am not expecting enough response because his performance in the club is near average, and with this age, he has the most chances of not having enough potential to show something extraordinary even if he does a historic job here in the World Cup, which will be remembered for a long time.

I had not seen Vozinha playing before the World Cup, but the way he performed and saved some extraordinary goals at his age is just outstanding. His talents were overlooked until this time, but when he had the opportunity to showcase them on a world stage, he did exactly that.

Cape Verde was really a team of this world cup due to their great team depth and amazing performance. Due to them, teams like Spain and Argentina were in deep trouble, and they gave them real-time challenges on the ground. Now they are having an exit but with pride because they are surely going to have a chance of coming back into the next World Cup.

Cabo Verde played exceptionally well for a team that played in the World Cup for the first time in their history. Their defensive game was world class, and their goalkeeper was an exceptional standout considering the number of goals he saved.

I am eagerly looking forward to the match between France and Paraguay, my money is on France.

Its actually half time already in the intense match between Canada vs Morocco, as both team still struggling to score a single goal, despite the Moroccan having the most ball possession of over 67 percent while Canada has 33 percent. However, over 6 yellow cards have just been issured to both teams within this first half, four for the Moroccans (i.e Redouane Halhal, Achraf Hakimi, Azzedine Ounahi, and B. E. Cabo Verde played as if they were one of the nations with the best national teams. It's not about how their performance is, the most important thing is that they are still leading the game and if Canada finds it difficult to equalize the goal, Morocco will be in the quart finals once again.

I never expected Cape Verde to raise the bar so high against Argentina and made them wait until extra time before they were able to win. I rated France and Argentina to be the best teams in this World Cup so far because I haven't seen any reason to place Argentina above France or place France above Argentina. But after Argentina got exposed last night by Cape Verde, I now see France as the best team so far in this tournament and they are the favorite to lift the World Cup. Messi is amazing in this tournament, he scored against Cape Verde lead the World Cup top scorer chart.

Against Spain, all of us thought it was a mistake and they got lucky about it that's why Spain couldn't defeat them, just this morning they proved it wasn't a mistake. Those guys actually played football that will suffocate the opposition, imagine Argentina couldn't score more than one goal against Cape Verde in a whole 90 minutes match. Cape Verde equalised and stretched the game into extra time, I'm not sure anyone was able to predict the outcome of the match in normal time because majority will give it to Argentina. It's not because Cape Verde is an African country but I think FIFA needs to give those guys a special award for their heroics in this tournament. They brought in a special spice to this tournament because lots of tongues are all talking about them.

When competitions advances to the knockout stages, every team needs to be careful of making mistakes, they will want to always secure their house first and try to attack because once they make any mistake to concede any goal, they are out of the tournament if they are not able to score back which is usually hard in World Cup matches.

I will agree for a player that does not go for training. If he is fit, no injuries or whatever, he will do well better than what some players are doing in thus league. Ronaldo is now many today? He is still one of the best and better than some new age players that are been hype, you never getting any players like them and this Verde goalkeeper has done his best, if defenders failed to do their job appropriately then there is limitation to what he can do on his job.

The only challenge for him is the club rating, most European team will rush him if he is below 30, he will not be getting a gig contract at that age if we are been honest. At most, he wouldn't get more than that contract except maybe for other clubs that are not having options but it wouldn't be any European league, perhaps Saudi Professional league will want to hire him since they are the ones that do sign any players they want as long as they are good.

What a match between these two teams, and I was very surprised and happy to see a lower-level team give Argentina that much of a hard time. What a game, and that extra-time goal by Sidny Lopes Cadral what an absolute cinema! It was one of the best goals in the world and the best goal in the World Cup. In my memory no one has scored that level of goal in a World Cup. What a beautiful goal!

Some people are saying that it was just luck and happened by chance, but I think it was not by chance or luck. It was a fully calculated goal. It was not that kind of goal where the player was thinking of something else and something different happened. It was a fully calculated goal.
